I called a couple of electricians that I've used before and none of them worked on weekends. I searched here to see if I could find someone else. I really lucked out by finding Trinity. He was a great guy and we have some other jobs that I want done so I will definitely be using him for them when ready. Thanks Trinity!

We called Alexander Electrical Services, and talked with Victor about installing a new circuit…read morebreaker and outlet for an electrical fireplace. Unfortunately we are very disappointed with the service. The first impression was good because Victor came to do the quote as soon we requested even being late at night. However, our experience after that was terrible. Victor didn't come on the day he scheduled to do the work. We had to message to remind him. He came on the next day. He also added a spot light in the room. The new circuit breaker tripped on the 1st test, but worked on the 2nd one. As soon Victor and his colleague left the house we noticed the ceiling drywall piece that was cut for the light spot was thrown in the middle of the plants in our front yard. On the next day when we tried to use the new outlet, it was not working, we checked the circuit breaker and it was off. We turned it on and it was tripping instantly. We message Victor and he guaranteed the work done has warranty and it would be fixed. However, he said he would come multiple days but he has never appeared. When we finally scheduled a day, very late like 9:30pm/10pm, at the time he was supposed to be in the house he sent a message saying he noticed his stock of circuit breakers was gone. He would need to buy more. He discovered that only on the time he was supposed to be in the house. When we asked for a day to come, he said he could not schedule a day or a time (what?!) to so the work, but it would be a day this week. He never messaged us interested in complete the work. We messaged him this week again, he said he would check if the circuit breaker was delivered or not. We messaged next day again asking if he would come and he didn't answer back. The work was not completed, we really had a hard time to schedule appointments and this company has no commitment with the client. We ended up asking another professional to complete Victor's work. And yes, the circuit breaker Victor put was really defective.

Ralph and Lisa are running and growing a professional, respectful and reliable commercial and…read moreresidential electricity business. I hired Ralph and the P3 team for an owner-builder shed-to-office finish. I know I made the right choice in doing so as I sit and type this from my newly designed space. Both Ralph and Lisa go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction, and they have built a 15 person team of full time employees and skilled technicians that can be relied upon. Mike (project lead), led by example and communicated effectively with me as a busy work-from-home homeowner. Mike organized his team well, stayed focus, and was willing to get his hands dirty, even self-digging a 100+ feet electrical trench in the dead of summer. In summary, I received high quality service at a fair value. Don't hesitate to use P3.

A couple things that truly made for a convenient and professional experience. 1) Communication - I needed to correspond with the company all through phone or email because I don't live at the residence and my folks dont speak English well enough to speak with those who came out. In a market where pricing among electrical contractors are relatively similar, the customer service experience provided by these guys guaranteed that if I need electrical work done in the future I wouldn't hesitate to call them back.
