We came to visit one of my best friends and her family and so happy we chose this hotel. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious with the extra living space and kitchenette. It had all the basic dishware, paper towels, small dish soap, and full size refrigerator. The bathroom sink had Dove soap & lotion bottles and the shower had soap, shampoo & conditioner bottles. We enjoyed the breakfast area downstairs every morning with a good assortment of options, including gluten free bread. It was a nice way to start our morning every day. The staff was very friendly and even gave me a few disinfectant wipes upon request to wipe down a couple little spots that may have gotten over looked or not cleaned enough, which I was ok wiping off. That and just a couple little things on the floor that the vacuum I guess couldn't reach and they didn't notice. They probably could do a little better looking over the rooms again making sure they didn't miss anything, but over all it was a GREAT stay, and we will definitely consider this hotel for future visits.

This is their idea of making a bed.

Well it seems the longer I stay here the worse it gets. The bathroom and sink are emitting a raw sewage odor. To try to combat this, we have to leave the fan in the bathroom on. Found another milipede in the shower yesterday. I also thought this hotel had a "no party" policy, but I suppose that depends on who you are. For the past two evenings a large group of people have commandeered the patio. They are grilling food and playing games. To add insult to injury they have gathered all of the patio furniture to one side and are occupying every available table and chairs for themselves. When I asked the manager about it, he said it was just a gathering. He also informed me that it was a common area for everyone to use. I told him it looks like a party and there seemed to be a double standard as to what management feels constitutes a party. When I asked him how could everyone use the patio if all the tables and chairs were occupied by one group, he continued to make excuses. At that point I just had to walk away after telling him to just say he didn't care. This will absolutely be my last stay here. I only wish we could leave sooner.

This is a solid hotel, complete with a well appointed kitchenette and convenient amenities. Our two-bedroom suite was clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk was a bit snippy with the guests, but I imagine that might be partly due to the fact that she appeared to have been on duty for literally 48 straight hours. This review is really a 4.5 but I am inclined to round down because our bedsheets had "KKK" scribbled on the tag but were somehow still in circulation.

Went on a business trip w/ my husband and 12 month old baby. When we first came in we noticed how dirty the floors were. We weren't able to get any housekeepers to come clean because of Covid? so i cleaned with my bare hands and paper towels so my child wouldn't walk around in dirty floors. The rug was filthy, had to pick up bunch of little things that could have caused my child to choke. There were staples on the ground, everything was dusty as well. I cleaned as best as I could with barely any cleaning supplies, I pretty much just had disinfectant wipes. I went to the bathroom and ran the water and there's a bunch of nasty black crumbs on the tub? So I cleaned that and the toilet as well. I checked the beds and there was old blood stains on the comforter to one of the beds. I complained to an older white lady named Eva in the front desk and she said word for word "oh no, that's horrible. You're not supposed to be able to see that" I mean what?! How about just not have dirty sheets? After a long stressful night we went to sleep and idk why I didn't think to check underneath the sheets but when I did there were I don't know how old piss stains. You would think with Covid being around that this hotel would take cleaning more seriously. Later my baby started to develop vomiting and diarrhea, my husband drove us home so we could take him to the doctor and found out it was a stomach virus. It could have very much been because of the lack of cleanliness. I later on developed symptoms too and so did my husband. Overall DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL! Horrible horrible. SO disappointed. No one wears masks, they have social hours and free breakfast but everyone touches everything and cooks don't wear masks and nothing is clean. I came here thinking it was going to be a great experience, I stayed at other staybridge hotels and they were nothing like this. Save your money! Oh, I also forgot to mention. There were blood stains on the ceiling? Like did someone get murdered in there or something? The dishes were dirty and when I called to complain about the piss stains on the sheets the front desk said that the manager would come up give us some sheets and talk to us and he never came up and the bed was still just stripped with no sheets for days.

The room we were in was absolutely disgusting. As well as the pool area. There were clumps of hair around the pool and in the hot tub. In the room the dishes said they were clean, but when you looked they were covered in food. Also above the one bed appeared to be a booger ceiling with bloody boogers stuck to the ceiling. It was appalling. The fold out mattress had multiple different colors of staining. The outlet covers by the shower were cut to fit and had missing caulk exposing the switches to water. The floors were gross and turned socks colors in minutes. All chairs and couches were covered in stains. The room was set up nice, but absolutely no cleaning has been done. I would not recommend staying here at all especially for the cost of the room.

The Staybridge Suites Canton is exactly how a hotel should be run. From the front desk staff, to the attention to detail in the room, to the breakfast crew, this hotel should serve as a model for how future properties within the IHG chain are operated. To the hotel owners/management team: nice work. Reasons why I loved my stay: - The staff member checking my wife and I in took a call in the middle of checking us in... after he asked us for permission. Courteous, respectful, and aware. - The rooms were gloriously clean, and well organized. - Small details, like having a bag of popcorn in case you had some late night munchies, makes a guest smile. - Did I mention how clean the property was? - Breakfast had many options. The staff working was so great about keeping things clean. - I did not sample their evening meals, but I saw the menu and it changes daily! I 100% recommend this property if your travels happen to take you to this area. Top notch.

I loved the idea of having a full kitchen and separate bedroom. However, the room was extremely dirty and overpriced. There was a dead fly on the bed and blood spots all over the sheets, pillow cases, and blankets. There's also strands of hair all over the suite, as well as pieces of trash on the floor when I checked in.

Getting here is pretty easy as it is pretty much right off the highway. Once inside the main entrance has a rotating exhibit of that years new inductees. For 2026 the new indcutees were: Drew Brees Larry Fitzgerald Adam Vinatieri Luke Kuechly Roger Craig So much memorabilia everywhere. It was cool to learn about the origins of pro football starting in Ohio and how there were pro teams across Ohio and the midwest at one point. Then, the NFL basically morphed from a bunch of defunct leagues. All of the face busts are super cool. I think most of them looked pretty spot on with the actual player. There's a giant Seahawks section since they won the 2026 NFL Super Bowl. I also really liked seeing all of the winning Super Bowl rings. The Lombardi trophy is also inside. The gift shop is enormous with just about any NFL item you can think of for all 32 teams. Parking was plentiful, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. After a photo opportunity at the entrance, we were free to explore the museum at our own pace. As someone who isn't a huge football fan, I was mostly tagging along for my husband, who was excited to visit. While there were plenty of exhibits, we were surprised that some notable players we expected to see had very little presence. My husband enjoyed the experience overall but felt there could have been more to see. One thing that stood out was the lack of seating throughout the museum. If you're planning to spend a few hours walking through the exhibits, be prepared to stay on your feet. We spent about two hours exploring and found the two theater presentations to be the highlight of the visit. The films were engaging and, for me, the most memorable part of the experience. The photo packages offered at the entrance were quite expensive, with the cheapest option starting around $38 for digital downloads only. The gift shop was also on the pricey side. In the end, we purchased the digital photos and a few small souvenirs. Overall, it's a worthwhile stop for football fans, especially if you can take advantage of a combo ticket. While my husband was glad he finally got to visit, we both felt the experience was a bit shorter and less extensive than we expected.

The stuffed mushrooms were excellent, it was the best dish we got. Fish was fried a bit hard but still tasted good. The Raspberry Mojito was decent, the mint added didn't add anything but didn't take anything away. The service was fine, nothing amazing but nothing bad. It was dead when we went just some people at the bar and some golf bros that came in as we were leaving. The bad: Please offer bottled water, that tap water tastes straight from the lake. If it is bottle water it's the cheapest water I've tasted. Good thing I ordered lemon with it. The fries, there was so much salt that they burned to eat. Whoever was so heavy handed with the salt needs to scale it back a bit or offer the fries by default without salt. They had a good taste but it was lost to extreme sodium. The inside was clean, like I said it was dead so it was organized. The bathroom floor was sticky but it's not the worst bathroom I've been in. We might come back, we really enjoyed the mushrooms but I got my entire sodium allowance with just a couple of the fries. We barely ate the fries, yet we're not comped them as we stated they were bad. They removed the soda I had to ask for to get the salt out of my mouth because that water tasted so bad. Both plates of fries went back after the complaint and we still had to pay for them.

Throughout nearly the entire movie, two girls (roughly between 9-13 years old) were loudly giggling and talking. At one point, someone from the theatre came in, told them to quiet down, and then left. The noise immediately resumed and continued for the rest of the film. This alone made it extremely difficult to enjoy what should have been a great movie experience. When the movie ended, the same two girls ran up and down the aisles screaming. I later learned they were either the children of, or under the supervision of, a theatre employee -- specifically the same person who briefly told them to be quiet earlier. They were also seated in a rear section where patrons are apparently not even allowed to sit. There were very few people in the theatre, which made the lack of enforcement and professionalism even more noticeable. If this is typical of how screenings are handled, it raises serious concerns about management and customer experience. I believe the audience deserved better intervention during the film, and frankly, an apology or compensation would be appropriate given how disruptive the situation was. The Canton Palace Theatre is a beautiful venue with a lot of potential, which makes this experience all the more disappointing. I hope management takes this kind of situation seriously moving forward so guests can actually enjoy the movies they pay to see.
