3 day stay, October 2025. Pros: Clean & spacious room, full size fridge, free parking, 11 minutes from the NFL HOF. Cons: *The shower head was terrible, we couldn't adjust it. Front desk clerk asked if we wanted to change rooms as we were headed to an event. When we returned, the same clerk checked and said there wasn't any available rooms. Then he said maintenance would be in the next day, and that never happened. The bathroom door is a sliding door that's hard to open and close. Breakfast consisted of items you can tell were previously frozen including the eggs. Digital key in the app often did not work. read more

Front desk didn't show up for 15 minutes.. leaving the entire front desk area unattended. Finally the line grew and several people were waiting, and then the check in process then proceeded to take 30 minutes. The clerk clearing has no idea what he is doing (Jordan) and made this experience very irritating since it was late and I needed to get kids to bed. read more

Tucked back in a very quiet location, this hotel is clean, quiet and a great place to get away from the noise and traffic of what is otherwise a fairly crowded area. Like all other Home2Suites, these rooms are full suites with kitchen. I'm not sure of the age of the actual Hotel itself but it still feels fairly new and is very clean. There is a suite shop downstairs and the hotel offers a variety of both cold and hot breakfast options. Would I go back? Every time I visit this area and have to stay, I always stay at this hotel. I highly recommend. I will say though, it's a little tricky to find. You might think you're going to the hotel next door, but watch for the markings on the actual road itself. This is a great place to stay for short or an extended time. The prices for the suites are reasonable. The staff is friendly. They greeted me and wished me a great day! The building is a modernized version of Hilton places to stay. Some of the amenities are a pool and gym . The suites have dishes and a kitchen for the chefs! When you check in, water and snacks are offered for free. One can come down to the lobby for free bottles of water during the stay. For the health conscious people, the fruit bowls in the lobby are replenished throughout the day. There is unlimited coffee and hot chocolate available. Free breakfast is included with the stay. The suites are located about 8 minutes from shopping and restaurants via car. But there is no maid service for those staying less than 5 days. So, be prepared to clean your room read more

I was very disappointed when the clerk who stated his name is Gage at the desk put a hold on my card without notifying me. I had to find it on my card charges. Upon me questioning him in regards to it he stated " We don't tell anyone". read more

Breakfast is terrible..Nothing to choose from. Pool was out of order. We had to ask front desk to pick up the trash on our floor from trash cans next to the elevators since the whole floor smelled terrible for 2 days in a row.. Just stopped here for the night on our way to see family in North Carolina. Our beds were comfortable, the room was cozy, the shower was nice and the place was clean. They have a continental breakfast with frittatas, sandwiches, sausage gravy, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt and more. Other than shower gel not being full in the fillable bottles in the shower, this place was nice. It cost about $132 for a one night stay. Elevator was easy to take. There was really no one around in the lobby in the morning. The decor in the lobby was decent. It's behind the Hampton so it took me a minute in the dark to figure out where to go and not a ton of available parking. Overall, it's a nice place to stay for a few nights amenity wise. I would just encourage more staff presence. read more

Stayed here while in town for a dart tournament. Hotel is new and clean. Room is in good shape and very clean. Still not a fan of the way they do breakfast. I would much rather the food be hot and buffet style, or even a order and pay type of set up. Not the way they have it with the frozen pre made items that need microwaved. It just doesnt taste good. Be warned if you choose to stay here. The day our large group arrived (pre booked a block of rooms months prior) we were all told we would have to depart halfway thru our trip and move to a hotel with fewer amenities. We were given no reason except they "were accidentally over booked". Seemed odd they figured this out the day of our arrival. We later learned they had kicked us paying customers out in order to house illegal migrants. Yes it really happened to us all! Save yourself a ruined trip and stay at an Airbnb! Update: they have still not refunded us for the night as promised and definitely not for our stay as also promised.. I am shocked at how poor and shady management is. This hotel is great until you have to deal with Management.. My husband and I stayed in this hotel and had a good experience up until dealing with the General Manager, Ryan. When my husband pulled the blinds down, the large metal cover fell and struck my husband in the face. Leaving a large gash, a lot of blood in the middle of his forehead and feeling very dizzy. We shared this with the front desk who was very apologetic and offered to call in maintenance who came in very quickly to help. Maintenance was also very apologetic and kind. We took pictures and completed an incident report. We were told our entire stay would be taken care of. That is when the good service ended. The next day- The GM called and shared he felt only one night comp was justified. He never asked if my husband was okay, wasn't apologetic and implied he was being dishonest. My husband offered pictures and asked him to speak with his staff for proof and he refused. My husband has keloid which results in puffiness from a scar. To reduce the puffiness he must get costly injections by a dermatologist. He will still have a large scar in the middle of his forehead. Not only did the GM not offer any additional stay but he was unwilling to offer ANYTHING to fix the problem created by his hotel. Frustrated in the GM's inability to take ownership in partnership with feeling one nights free stay is equivalent to a large puffy scar in the middle of the forehead, my husband asked for his supervisor's information. He refused to provide this and provided a lawyer instead. This case is currently pending. I will update if they do anything positive. read more

Being on the road is definitely made easier when you have a great hotel room with a FULL kitchen! Not only that, but my room was so spacious! It had a desk and couch, so I could stretch out and really feel at home. And the lobby was huge, too (yet still very comfy and cozy), complete with a modern business center. The front desk staff was also incredibly welcoming and friendly. There is amble parking by the elevators and plenty of carts to load everything. The best part about my stay was: my room was quiet. So many times hotels have paper-thin walls, but I barely heard a thing and slept like a baby! Highly recommend! read more

I never leave comments , however, I think this time I will because of our great experience. We often travel from NC to Mich and stop over in Canton Ohio to shorten the drive. This time we traveled with our 2 King Charles spaniels. We rarely travel with them so we did not know which hotels allowed pets. Well we stumbled upon Home 2 Suites and not only do they allow pets but the rooms are EXCELLENT! Both going to and from Mich we stayed at Home 2 Suites and the rooms were clean and fresh. You would never know pets of any had ever stayed here. Also, we love the rooms with 2 double beds. All the accommodations of home along with breakfast. So to avoid getting too mushy here. This hotel is new and lovely. I generally always have a great experience with Hilton properties and I stay in them often with no complaint or trouble. We had a pleasant experience until we left when we discovered a serious problem. I called corporate to file a complaint and was told I would be getting a phone call. I got a generic brush off email instead. I then talked to corporate again and a few days later my money had been refunded unexpectedly. That was nice but not what I was asking for nor expected. I just wanted to talk to a person to make sure the problem was being taken care of. I'm very disappointed that management did not have the cojones to just make a phone call or give some reassurance the problem was being handled. Mostly because I would have stayed there again if I was sure the issue was taken care of. Does management need to work on customer service? Yup. Sure does. read more

The hotel itself was ok. The room's flooring was a little shabby, but I did have my dog with me and just assume I was given a "dog-friendly" room. There was also a stain on the white comforter on the bed. The wall was so thin between me and the guy next door that he kept me up all night with his snoring. So thin, in fact, that I heard a phone vibrating and thought it was mine. It was his. THAT THIN. The only way this is even getting three stars from me and not just 1 or 2 is that they allowed my dog without an exorbitant fee and the breakfast wasn't that bad. read more

I was performing standup at a fundraiser event in Canton and got a room here. I had never stayed at a Home2 suites before, but being a Hilton Plus member I figured it would be good. Well, it far exceeded my expectations. Love the modern layout, with the bedroom decor my new favorite of any hotel. The staff was dynamite, being especially sweet to my daughter who is on the autism spectrum. One of the best free breakfasts I've had and the lobby area is spacious with lots of couches and chairs to do work and socialize. I am putting the Home2 suites in my top 5! read more

It was a nice hotel however they charged us three times adding up to almost $500 which is clearly EXTREMELY inconvenient, with no offer to remedy the situation other than refunding, which takes about five business days. Completely ridiculous. We also weren't told that the pet fee was $75 when we were booking the room. read more

This is a great new concept by Hilton. The rooms were fantastic. Firstly, the sheets were like that old cotton vintage shirt and were incredibly comfortable. The layout was spacious with a curtain divider, if needed, between the bedroom and pull out couch. The kitchen had a full size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. It was also stocked with glasses and silverware. The bathroom had dispensers in the shower for shampoo and soap which is much better than the little bottles. The decor was very European which is a fresh concept. Lastly, the amenities were fantastic. They had a saline pool, fire pit, 2 outdoor grills, sitting areas, and free breakfast. The breakfast had a nice selection of cereals, breakfast sandwiches, yogurts, etc. I am a gold member and would seek out this hotel in other cities. read more

When I first got here they put me in the wrong room... we paid for a bigger room and they put us in the smallest room. So the girl Nicole at the front desk was happy to help and put us in a bigger room but the room smelled so bad of dog I couldn't stay in there.. so then she moved me to a different room which was perfect, the room is like a little apartment. read more

They were very helpful, accommodating, friendly, and they went above and beyond to make sure all 22 families that were there were well taken care of throughout our 4 day stay.
