All the bad reviews are from several years ago. The customer service is great - they always are…read morelooking for people that need help from the minute you walk in. Their selection in the plumbing section (gas piping) was better than Home Depot's. They also have a great selection of other things from Home decor, to fishing, clothes, and a gun counter. Value is decent, not super cheap but I see value in customer service and not having to walk through aisles and aisles before finding what you want.

I brought in my pieces today and Joe greeted me at the counter and we worked the problem until the solution was found. It took several different stops in several different locations, but, Joe helped me piece it all together, got me the teflon tape I needed to be safe and after I brought it all home, my grill is finally working! Thank you Joe and the entire team over at Ace Hardware! You guys and gals are absolutely AWESOME! And even though the prices are higher than other places, the service MORE than makes up for it!
