While this school has a wonderful front admin lady, the operations are much lacking in quality and service. The classroom portion is great, the driving portion on the other hand is very lacking. Scheduling is the first issue. They give you a limited time to complete all the required drives, and threaten a surcharge if you run late, but do not provide the slots to sign-up. Instead of making a regular schedule for each student, such as every Sunday at 10 noon, or Mondays at 3:00 PM, they leave the process to a first come first serve basis where you sign up on the internet. Given they do not have enough instructors, these few time slot fill up instantly and thus you are not able to schedule your drive. While the front admin lady was very kind, and even the owner reached out to me in attempt to fix this issue, the fact remains that they are overbooking in relation to their staff. In addition to this, the one driver instructor they have seems to be a bit burnt out on doing this job. My hat is off to him, I could not teach many teenagers to drive, but it is the profession he has chosen and as such, his temperament must be better than it is. He yells at the students, belittles them, and does not communicate with the parent in regards to the students' strength and weaknesses, nor his expectations. Apparently this program does not fully teach your child to drive, it is just an expensive supplement, and you the parent are still required to take your teenager on many hours of drive time. While this would be great in a perfect world, alas, many of us work many hours, which is why we are paying a professional to teach. This additional drive time requirement is not made clear upon enrollment (with the exception of fine print on a contract). It should be made explicitly clear that this school does not fully meet the drive time requirement, in fact it only meets a small fraction of that requirement, leaving the rest to you. The driver instructor should consider this lack of information and not belittle the student regarding the parent's lack of information. After my son had an incident with the driver instructor I went to find out what was going on. Not only did the instructor belittle my teen driver, he also attempted to belittle me. Indeed, he said he was tired of teaching teenagers who were not practicing. When I advised him that I was going to speak with the Administrative staff to seek a refund, he replied by saying "I don't care who you call, if they fire me, I'll just go work for another company." I attempted to be cordial during the entire conversation, but in the end, this instructor would not even shake my hand. I was flabbergasted. I did seek a refund and sent a letter explaining the entire situation. While the front desk attendant stated they would refund me, I have not been refunded to this date. I'll chalk it up to an expensive lesson, but I implore you to not make the same mistake. Paid $410.00 in April 2021 to have my teenager start in May. Complete the in person classes in late June 2021 and was told the next part of the class would be completing 7 - 1 hour driving classes. Was told to sign up for the classes through their website on Saturdays @ 4pm but somehow there are never any classes available to sign up. Finally complained enough where I was being placed in classes without ever signing into website. My teenager was supposed to be done in Nov 2021, but that did not happen because of the lack of driving classes available. Due to the change in management, everything has gotten worse. My teenager needs two classes left to be able to take the DPS test but we cannot find any available driving classes. I actively search the website on Saturdays at 4 pm and there is nothing ever available. I had to start paying for teenager added to insurance because it was either add or exclude her, per insurance company, so she's added with no driver's license, just permit. I've texted, left sticky note messages, emailed, sent FB messenger messages, but nothing. They just took our money and had no disregard for finishing out the program. read more

Stay away from this place. They do not have enough classes. If you do not get on first on Saturday morning you are so out of luck. The owner will say well you should have got online on Saturday. You try to schedule classes and then cant and then they charge you more money. WORST customer service and WORST availability of classes. AVOID this place. read more
