Yelp down... Kicked me out and "closed" my account?!?! Why…read moredoes Yelp make it so hard for me to support...? Glad I was able to fix it this evening. Quality/Quantity - One of my buddies favorite malls and he wanted to show it off. Well his favorite part of the mall was the food court, where we all ended up having lunch. He is a regular here and loves their food court, Urban eatery. See my few pictures. And the lunch was so good, see pictures. I ate at Cazba and got the Gheimeh Tachin - A crispy bowl of rice with meat. My buddy got Chinese?!?! Guess he still craves Chinese, and he currently lives in SF and is NOT Chinese; he is not even Asian. Then my wife and I did excessive shopping. See the few photos I took. I was too upset with Yelp to take pictures! Has the usual local brands I support - Canada Goose, Lululemon, Aritzia, Roots etc. Ambiance - 108+ businesses. 14+ food options. Events - See their website. Open 7 days a week; see individual businesses for hours. From 10am to 7pm, 8pm, or 9pm. See their website. Paid parking; see their website for costs. We walked from the house. Service - Overall good. But it also depends on what you do, buy, eat, or drink. Service is good. Everywhere we went. Especially Canada Goose and Lululemon! Price - Reasonable. The US $ is currently very strong; $1US = 1.40 CAD. $18CAD, $13US for our lunch at Cazba. Inexpensive for what we got, thank you. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success.

Mall was bright but nothing special…read more Conveniently located, in the downtown of Vancouver. Just the heart of everything. All the shops you need are there: Lululemon, Pink, Norstrom, food court. Just a regular store. Just wish Nike is inside too (maybe a small store in additional to the Robson Street location). Value is good for some stores, reasonable for others, food court seems pricey. Every store customer service was good. I would come again if I am around the vicinity.

This renovated mall is quite grand compared to its former self…read more Once it was an aging old covered mall but now has transformed into a modern outside and inside (when complete) destination! I was impressed that from one corner I spotted theatres, dining options, retailers, banks and a drug store. My favorite area is the huge outdoor plaza. Open sky, seating, dancing fountains and a waterfall. Nice even for pets. Perfect spot for having a coffee. Concierge, gift wrapping, coat and parcel check, escalators and elevators are available to enhance a guest's experience. There is a variety of retailers such as Urban Outfitter, L.L. Bean, Rogers, Sporting Life, Nike, Eyes Inspire and Sephora to name a few. Royal Bank, Van City Credit Union, Canada Post and Dental offices are some of the businesses that have set up shop here too. You have to have dining choices and there are over 30 right now to please the appetite. I've been to Japa Dog, Saboten and Cazba in their deluxe food court. All were surprisingly five star experiences......impressive for a grab and sit down casual meal! Earl's kitchen and Bar, Bow and Stern and Hello Nori are on my radar for my next visit. Pay parking seems to dominate the areas I've parked in my five visits to this center- unless you are visiting a financial institution for under 30 mins or have it validated by certain retailers like London Drugs. Tip: Remember where you parked. All the levels look the same! LOL

London drugs is also bigger and better here -- it recently reopened at a better location inside this mall with entry from the plaza and drew a huge crowd on the May re-opening date. I think Amazing Brentwood offers much better value since its opening and their ratings have gone up from 1 star in my books, ever since they updated their parking signage. I appreciate that they improved from their early opening days in 2022/2023. Now, it's easier to find their parking lots with free 3 hour parking and more convenient to pay via scanning of a QR code. In addition, there are four restaurants here that offer complimentary underground parking for 2 hours. Overall I am pleased with their service and they offer good value. It's amazing for convenience where it groups together good shopping brands like Lululemon and Sephora plus reputable Asian and Western cuisine such as Hadilao, Neptune, Earl's, Tap & Barrel, Bow & Stern, and La queria etc all in one location. I would recommend Brentwood for their spacious parking lots, cleaner food court environment, underground parkade on rainy days and for the various restaurants at Brentwood with happy hour options.
