Trading standards need to look into this as it's very bad practice to lie To paying customers and trick them like this. I have seen so many complaints on Google reviews and trip advisor about this and it doesn't seem to phase the management of the restaurant at all. All customers who paid these high service charges need to be refunded and compensated for this!! This restaurant should be shut down for this!
