When there is a take away offering up both curries and pizza, I believe it is the quality of the former that really gives away how good that take away is. Pizzas are easier to get away with, you normally get what you expect, and all there is to moan about is if it is too crispy or floppy, two things that depend on personal preference..
A curry is harder to get right. Whether the ingredients are fresh or ground, the right ammount of each spice can be the difference between a masala and a phall!
Station Pizza's pizza was fine, a peperoni pizza inseperable from any other samey-samey fast food joint: both satisfying and bloating.
The curry on the other hand, was very average. The lack of fresh ingredients you'd hope for, but ultimately not really expect were predictably absent, the sauce tasted of nothing but a chefs over-zealous arm tipping in the curry powder. I agree with Alex, stick to the pizzas. read more
