I highly recommend Everglades Equipment for their lawnmower repair staff and services. The business…read moreis an authorized Honda lawnmower service shop, so when I had a carburetor problem with my mower, and being a relatively new southwest Florida resident, Everglades was where I went. Repairing the problem wasn't easy. Apparently, Honda had a problem with their replacement carburetors and I kept having the same problem - a gasoline leak coming from the carb, which leaked through the air filter, each time, contaminating the filter. Four times I had to return my mower to Everglades, but every time, they were great about checking it back in, making repairs and getting it back running again. Their culture of wanting to do the work right and standing behind their work is becoming more rare in my experience, and I appreciate it. Yes, it would have been best and more convenient to have the work done right the first time. But stuff happens, and Everglades made it right. My mower now is running great again. When my mower needs service again, Everglades Equipment will be my choice. I'll also look to them when I'm in the market for a new mower.

As a result I decided to try Everglades again, and I'm glad I did I needed a part for my X300 I walked in and by chance I met Travis. Any way my 1.16 part turned into 178.00 I think Travis at one point in his life was a use car salesman. Just kidding Travis I got the part I needed and because Travis took care of me I brought a set of blades for my Honda push mower, the X300 and a cordless handheld trimmer, she gave me hell when I got home, but I told her Travis gave me a deal . I'll be back!

As I have learned to understand from my time with the owner of Grainger and from what I have read,…read morefarmers are more than the people one would perceive driving a tractor or in the fields harvesting fruits and vegetables. They are a business of many different people who need to study state and federal regulations, manage money & employees and grow their crops with the love & passion that drives them every time they start a new day. These farmers must continue to acquire or lease additional land, update equipment, and research for new technology to generate more food with fewer resources. Grainger Farms grows many acres of tomato's, Citrus and watermelon. They have a tomato processing/packaging plant which is where there main offices are located. I personally very much enjoyed the day with the owner who was educating me about Grainger Farms and the business of farming. Jimmy Grainger is a wonderful individual with a passion for the business that one can easily witness while experiencing a day on the farm with him. "Farming is a passion business" as stated by many.
