After installation, we had problems we never had before: roof leaks, ceiling damage, and animals entering the attic. We also had roofing nails left around our property that caused flat tires. Every time we reported an issue, we were given a different explanation...a nail, then the chimney cap, then chimney caulking. We have video of their "water test" where water was sprayed directly into the chimney cap vents, which is not a realistic test of rainfall. An independent chimney inspection later found no issues. We also have documentation from pest control showing missing drip edge that may explain how animals gained access. This company did not properly stand behind their work or provide a consistent, honest assessment of the problems after installation. I would strongly caution homeowners to look elsewhere.

I then tried working with 2 additional roofing companies to fix my roof through my insurance. Nalley was the only company that was able to successfully work with my insurance and in an honest way. I worked with Shane very closely and he was always timely, professional, patient, responsive and solution oriented with my many calls and texts! I am recommending them to any neighbors that need roofing help. I wish I had reached out to them earlier so I would have saved myself 7 months of turmoil, time, worry and inefficiency with the other companies.

After requesting a quote on our roof, the CEO (Alex?) insisted I tell my insurance company to…read moreschedule him to do an inspection. There was a vague allusion to some storm damage from last year's hurricane that never made it here (even though they hadn't inspected anything.) I never got a quote and told them I wasn't interested, then received excuses instead of what I needed and warnings about how hard it is to call my insurance company and file a claim. Without knowing anything about the job a number of $14,000 or so was tossed out after informing them we were not interested. Another company (Mancilla Roofing) did a thorough inspection, climbed up on the roof and listed things they needed to do specifically, gave us materials samples to mull over, and quoted $9,000 for the entire job to include replacing all the roof vents and features, and even running a magnet over the property to find any nails that may have escaped their work area. These guys seem to be locking themselves into potential customers through the insurance company immediately to pretty much name their price and prevent anyone else from competing with them. I didn't get the feeling that any of this was on the level, but I am guessing that if they can overcharge insurance companies enough this way their actual roofing work should be done pretty well and they wouldn't have to cut corners. The other reviewers here who don't seem to understand how their insurance works all gave them 5 stars after all.

I needed some work done on my office building's metal roof, so I got several estimates for both repair and a replacement roof. I was shocked at the prices that were being quoted to me, and was about to resort to one specific company to do the job; however, I had to text them several times and ask them to schedule me in, and never received any response. Their attitude was "we are busy without your business"! Luckily, I came across Nailed It Roofing and Restoration on Google; Kevin returned my call right away and came out the next morning to check out the roof. I thought for sure, he will suggest replacing the whole roof just like the other companies. To my pleasant surprise, Kevin recommended that I do some repairs which may hold for a few years and then replace the roof if it is absolutely necessary. My cost for the repair????? It was $275.00 instead of tens and thousands of dollars; how can you beat that? Kevin even came out on a Saturday to do the work so not to interrupt our business; who does that anymore? He is genuinely interested in providing the best value and honest service; he is not just trying to "make a buck" which I appreciate so much as a small business owner myself. I have been recommending him to all of my friends and colleagues, and I strongly suggest you give Kevin a call if you are in need of any roofing, deck or paint jobs around your house or for your commercial buildings.
