A technician came to my home, inspected my roof, and provided an invoice stating that he had repaired wind-damaged shingles, installed kickout flashing on the chimney to help prevent water damage, and sealed exposed roofing hardware. About two months later, after a period of heavy rain, I discovered leaks in my attic. I contacted another roofing contractor for a second opinion. After inspecting the roof, he told me that the issue should have been identified during the original inspection and that he did not see evidence of the repairs that Red Roofing and Gutters had listed on their invoice. As a result, I had to hire another company and spend additional money to address a problem that I believed had already been resolved. Paying for work that appears not to have fixed the issue, and may not have been completed as represented, was extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Red Roofing and Gutters and would not use their services again.

It was quickly approved and FE went to work. Now we have a gorgeous new roof and gutters! Best of all, FE's contract stated our total out-of-pocket cost upfront. Antonio also passed all vehicles that were in front at 20 miles above speed limits on double yellow lines. Reckless driving seems to be a regular thing for the owner and their company. Based on this interaction alone, I would not use this repair company as they don't seem to have much regard for things or people around them already. It looks like the only address listed on the LLC is a residential address, which ironically, is a block away from Lumpkin County HS where our encounter was. Huge red flag .
