I had a good experience- took about 45 minutes on a Saturday morning to jump my battery. The man was professional- I would recommend

This company sucks. Guy said he was 10 min away and 5 hour later. I said are you high?? What the f are you doing? This company is the worst. I don't recommend this company at all. Only if you want to wait forever. Hello get it together people!! Google maps has them permanently closed. That's a sign people stay away from them!!!! read more

Horrible service- if your roadside company assigns this company to do your service, call back and ask for someone else. You'll save yourself time. Do not deal with them- they will leave you high and dry. They accepted my service call at 8:38 pm with a 60 minute ETA. When 80 minutes had passed, I called them directly- got VM. Called my roadside provider, who somehow got them on the phone. They claimed they called me several times but only got VM, so they closed the ticket. They didn't bother to call my roadside company to let them know- just left me sitting here. I got several calls during that time, not sure why theirs magically didn't go through, or why they couldn't text me. No courtesy, no service. Avoid these people at all costs. One star given under protest. read more

Fuck these people and the tow truck they DONT ride in on. If I could give them negative stars, I would! Paid out of pocket for a jumpstart through my insurance company... on Thanksgiving morning. Had no issues waiting the original hour as it was a holiday, but then they went to the WRONG address, did not call to say they couldnt locate me. Instead I get a text from my insurance company saying they couldnt find me and they left... wtf?! So I call my insurance, find out they went to wrong address, reschedule the jump, even though they have "moved on" so It will be another hour. I asked to speak to the dispatcher for the tow company to verify the address, give it to them. Hang up with my insurance company, text confirmation for the read more

I join in the sentiment of many reviewers before me. These people are HORRIBLE. My roadside assistance used them for my 1st AND 2nd dispatch call and they SUCK. I sat from 10:43am until 2:53pm when a DIFFERENT company came to pick me up. I called to get an eta and they wouldn't even pick up my call. After my first 2hrs of waiting I received a call from a guy to tell me "we just got your service call 5mins ago and we'll be there in 20 mins" yet I sat for ANOTHER 2 hrs when a different company was dispatched, arrived and towed me. Save yourself the headache and go ELSEWHERE!!!! read more

The absolute worst company. It's a joke. I saw one good review on here which must have been a fluke. Super unprofessional. The dispatcher hung up on me and then never picked up the phone again after leaving me waiting for several hours. This was booked via my insurance company road side assistance. This company is a joke. read more

I won't waste my time, or yours, repeating all the negative statements about these losers. Suffice it to say, after a two hour plus wait, I got my car manufacturer's roadside assistance to get another service and it worked. There aren't enough adjectives to describe what a poor example of customer service this place is. If anyone suggests these dopes for anything other than a punchline to a very bad joke, run away as fast as you can. read more

Towing services usually get a bad rap, but this is scathing review is more than deserved. I was sent to them via my insurance carrier to replace a dead battery. They did and within a year, the battery died. They REFUSED to honor the 2 year warranty they provided upon purchase of the first battery. After a month of unanswered calls and un-returned voicemails, I finally got the driver to come out. Then that battery died within a month!!!! I cut my loses and purchased a new battery from a different source. This place deserves no stars and no business. They should be removed as a vendor from every insurance policy. They are truly, terrible people. read more

Stay away , just read all the reviews . If you get this company because your insurance or dealership is using a 3rd party to schedule your roadside call back right away and demand another company . I don't get how they even still have contracts read more

One star is kind. I waited for about 5 hours and they NEVER came. I understand the weather was treacherous. If you can't do the job, then don't say you can. When I hear a precise time like 4:04 that sounds like they really think they can do it. To then say, they are 30 minutes behind schedule is fine, if it's true. Stop stringing along the customer. If you say you are going to be there in 30 minutes, mean it or say you don't know. They never came and no one ever picked up the phone. All I got repeatedly was the mailbox is full and can't accept messages. I repeat. They never came and never updated me. All the updates came after I had to chase down my insurance company. Disaster. read more

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a business. Twice I've called Toyota Care and twice they've dispatched This service to "help" me. Both times I waited over 2 hours for assistance! The company has a phone number that doesn't accept calls and doesn't communicate at all with you about where they are, when they're arriving. I can't believe this is the best service Toyota can offer its customers. The only consolation is that the service is free because I would have a hard time paying for it. I'll stick with AAA who always shows up when they say they're going to. read more

Poor poor service. They will leave you waiting, and cancel the call without notifying you. Do not use!!! They never showed up.. Waited 6 hours +. Went through Ford's roadside assistance. These guys NEVER showed up. After repeated calls to Ford they assured me each time that they were '20 mins out' Finally after 2.5 hours we canceled and called someone else. Horrible. Dispatched by State Farm for my dead car. I waited almost 3 hours and was repeatedly told that the truck would be there 'in 20 more minutes'. Last time I called to check status I was told that the driver came and I wasn't there. This is absolute crap. I was broken down in a shopping center parking lot and could see both entrances from where I was sitting. Never left my car. This place does not deserve to be in business. Waited for 4 hours at the airport with my dog locked inside my running car. Roadside assistance company said driver couldnt find me. Why don't they shut this facility down? Or state farm road assistance find a better service dealer. My car's battery gave up and called statewide to send someone for Jump Start & they picked this very *** statewide roadservice to assist us in 50 minutes..Even after 3 hours they did not show up and i made multiple calls to state farm to hear "we apologize, the driver should be there shortly". And they never showed up. Really? They ruined my day & i had to cancel all my appointments due this. This will match other reviews. These people were called by my roadside assistance. The gave an initial ETA of 60min. I called after 60min, was given update of another 20min. After 40min I called and was given update of another 20min. After a total of 2 hrs, my roadside people (Agero via USAA) dispatched a second company who arrived after 30min and jumpstarted my car. At this point it was too late to go to Autozone for a new battery even though I discovered the dead battery at 6PM. Statewide called me at the 2hr mark and told me it would be another 40 min. When I was sitting at home after getting jumpstarted by the other towing company, the Statewide truck driver called me at the 3hr 40min mark looking for my car. So to summarize, this company obviously lied about timing 3 times and would have left me waiting for more than 3 hours. I should mention it was clear and early evening when this started, so weather is not a mitigating circumstance, though sitting in a 40F car for almost 3 hrs was very unpleasant for me. If you are reading this review, you are probably in the same situation as me and this is not helpful. I will say, if your roadside assistance people call this company you should cancel your coverage, as I am doing, because they obviously have no respect for you or your business. read more

I'm not sure what kind of drivers they have but they really dont know what they are doing. Progressive sent them out for me to tow my car. I wait for 2 HOURS!!!!! When the driver shows up he was very rude and started off picking up my car from the rear. It's a front wheel drive car so I had to tell him to pick it up from the front so it doesnt damage my transmission (which he replied back with a nasty look) and picked it up the right way. Once we get to the destination he told me he cant park it on a hill. Every tow truck driver I've ever dealt with has been able to do this behind my house where I wanted him to drop the car. Instead he thought it was a great idea to drop it diagonally in the middle of my driveway and drive off telling me I have to push it where I want it. These 1 star ratings are true. I already reported them to my insurance company and i will never recommend them. They were unprofessional and clearly do not know how to tow vehicles. Use je'analiz towing. I used them to put my car in the right place and he laughed when I told him about statewides driver. I've been in the auto business my whole life I shouldn't have to babysit a truck driver and tell him how to pick up and drop a vehicle. Below is how my vehicle was dropped. To the left is how statewide dropped my car and to the right is how je'analiz towing dropped my car. Statewide is lazy and incompetent. Avoid them like the plague. Putting my car where I wanted it turned into an all day ordeal when it didnt have to be. read more

State farm sub Contracted this company to tow my vehicle. Great job on the first one. That is the one star given. I bought another car and had to have it towed approx a month later, same driver so I was like that is a score. So he drove over my lawn to get to the same area that he was able to drive in the first way. He over shot the area by about 3 feet and drove on my lawn. Then while driving to the rear of the lawn area he drove over another part of the lawn that had a sump pump pipe under the grass and he ran that over. The driver smelled like he just left a bar. Still yet my lack of judgment let him tow the car anyway. While he was backing it up onto the flat bed he pulled it to far back and damaged the bumper area. State farm and Agero is the company called for claims. Don't expect them to take any fault in this. Agero denied all claims and so now I must take it to small claims court. Ugh. What a terrible service. Be warned. You can ask for a different tow service and you owe it to ourself to do just that. read more

It is impossible to put my frustration into words with this company. My Roadside Assistance sent them to jump start my car when my battery died. My eta was 41 minutes. It ended up taking two hours. The guy pulled up in a van, smoking a cigarette, so I was a little alarmed. He started my car and told me to run it for ten minutes and it would be fine. The next morning, my battery was dead again. I should have known ten minutes was not enough time, but I trusted the "expert." I called my roadside assistance program again at 9 am and my eta now was 10:41. I missed my morning appointments. As 11, 11:30, 12:00 came and went, I continuously called this company for an update. All I kept getting was "15 more minutes." I will never allow my roadside assistance program to refer to this company again. read more

This place is ridiculously unprofessional. I made my call to State Farm at about 10:30 to tow my car to my car dealership. They told me "Statewide" would be there within the hour to tow it. At first, I didn't worry when at 11:45, they still had not arrived. A computer-generated recording called me and said they were on the way and would arrive within 15 minutes. Cool. Well, 12:00 came, then 12:30 and then 1:00. Within that time, I received a series of robocalls, each one stating that they would be here within 15 minutes. I also spoke to someone who told me the tow truck driver had run into some "construction traffic". By 1:15, I knew that I was being given the runaround. I called in AGAIN (a total of 4 calls made), and this time, I was told that the tow truck driver told them that he had come to my house and spoke to me, looked at the car and determined he would need a flatbed truck and couldn't take the car. i was ASTONISHED. The guy had NEVER spoken to me, never showed up at my place and DAMN sure hadn't looked at my car. So he LIED. This was a MONDAY morning in the summer. School is out, and roads are easy to navigate at this time. Not sure why the company even took the call if they knew they didn't have a reliable person to handle it, So... another tow company was dispatched (Kitts Towing). This company arrived within the estimated time frame... THANK GOD. This guy was very courteous and could not believe it when I told him about my experience. He also stated that this company had a poor reputation, as evidenced by the other reviews on Yelp. So... yeah. Terrible experience with this place. I'm so grateful that Yelp exists so that I can warn other people about them. By the way, make sure you check out the "unrecommended" reviews to read about more negative experiences other people have had with them. Take THAT, Statewide. read more

One word...liars. Their ETA to my car was 60 minutes according to my roadside assistance, then 20 minutes, then 72 minutes...yes 72. After I talked to my roadside assistance and told them they still had not shown up I got a phone call back stating Statewide had been to my location and tried to contact me and locate me and couldn't so cancelled the call. They never called me and were never here. They claimed to have called my roadside assistance too and they have no log of that call either. What a bunch of scum bags, when people with car issues are trusting them. I see by their reviews they do this often. Roadside assistance/insurance companies need to stop using this company. read more

This was hands down the worst company I've had to deal with. They were dispatched via Audi roadside assistance and its understandable to be running behind schedule but when I finally got ahold of them they were blaming me for not answering my phone - while I was desperately staring at my phone for any incoming call. The driver was quite rude from the moment we connected on the phone and made it seem like I was bothering him. He ended up cancelling service when he arrived, drove away, and wouldn't return my calls. Avoid this company at all costs, especially if it's an emergency. read more

Complete joke of a company.. wish I could choose zero stars. I waited 2 hours for a tow truck and then called the office. This company deserves 0 stars if the option was available. The fleet company my vehicle is associated with set up a tow with statewide and gave an ETA of 120 minutes, after that time had passed I contacted roadside assistance and was given an ETA of 15 min. That 15 min soon surpassed and again, called roadside and was told 20 more mins for an eta. After that time came and went I spoke with Chrysler personallly and was told statewide canceled the tow due to a "fender bender on the highway" I guess they ran out of excuses. God forbid I wasn't in a safe location... but now 3 hours and 10 mins later and a new tow is being arraigned. read more

Could not be WORSE!!! my roadside assistance tried to send them as third party on two different occasions at least 6 weeks apart. Both times, after an hour wait, I called statewide directly to be told, as if from a script, "we only have one driver in your area and the driver broke down." After my roadside assistance sent a new provider and I told them the story, the new provider replied, "let me guess, statewide, right?" A formal complaint was lodged with ford roadside assistance. Hopefully they drop these clowns as soon as possible. This is not something to mess around with, as their service is supposed to be helping people in unsafe conditions. If I could choose no stars and just give statewide "the finger", I certainly would. read more

I have never left a rating as low as this for a viable company! Mainly, because most care enough to do the minimal things needed to maintain decent customer relations, not this beast of a bull in a china shop operation! I had a flat tire on my rental car and called for help. It was in 110 heat in the middle of the day. Was told they would arrive within 60 min. After waiting well over 60 min, I tried calling the number provided to me and no one answered. After multiple attempts to reach someone, I received a call from a person that quickly asked if I still needed service and he would arrive in another 20 min. He did not arrive in 20 min. Another 40 min later he finally arrived. So after waiting for well over 2 hours, it was only about 10 minutes of work and then the service person forgot to leave me a receipt of the work he did. Absolutely positive do not use this company. Used them through my warranty service and never arrived after pushing back the time twice. If you see this comes up on your provider, cancel them and demand another company. The operator of this company only answers for insurance providers and not the customer.
