Completely unprofessional especially since I was offering my space to help them park and my neighbor and I getting in trouble with usps for THEM obstructing the mailman/mailwoman from delivering our mail. I was sick and the crazy wind made me hoarse so I was just yelling a bit so they could hear me. Hey "BOSS", next time figure out what the situation is before you come out yellin. I love my neighbor, absolutely, and was trying to help yall to help her and you came outside looking like a total jerk screaming at me. It's not my fault I'm hoarse and your dudes couldn't hear me over the 65mph gusts of wind. Stay away, very unprofessional. Not impressed with how they treat ppl. They obstruct everything then tell you to call the number on the truck if you have a problem. THEN go get big "boss" to come out and scream at you like a freaking idiot. You have a loooong way to go in maturity before you could ever run a truly successful business as your customer service skills leave MUCH to be desired. Might want to take a workshop in growing your customer service skills. I've worked in customer service my whole life and what you did was truly tragic. You didn't even know what was going on and you still came out yelling and acting condescending. No apology for misunderstanding the situation nothin. I'd rate a 0 if it would let me.

The person in charge to schedule an appointment called Annette was not nice from the first time I spoke to her. First she scheduled an appointment for Monday 12/13/2021. When I called her back to provide the parking instructions, she mentioned to me that they do not do their job on Mondays. How could I guess? She also said that the company workers will call me prior to arrive. Well nothing of that happened. When I shared the above with H.D. supervisors in the store, they denied knowing that company. But from where I would have known them if not through H.D.? That was not promising. It was a nightmare to purchase blinds at H.D. from the moment those people left my home. After selecting the colors and decided what to buy, I was glued on the phone for days and spoke to hundred people at H.D. I came to the conclusion that H.D. is not any longer the same quality store I knew years ago. It changed a lot. I won't recommend A&J Blinds Inc. to my best friends.
