We chose Window World to replace 16 windows in our home and we are so happy with the final result…read more We've never replaced more than one damaged window in the past. This time the windows were just plain old and worn. We didn't have to replace all of them but decided to do so because of the quality of the product, installation sounded organized, and the job could be completed in a reasonable time period. The job they did was outstanding in every way. Every person with the company was pleasant and helpful. Installation was neat and clean and not at all disruptive of our home routine. The installers were very enjoyable to have around. We were able to ask questions and we received thorough instructions on how to operate every window installed. Rod told us we would enjoy how these windows enhanced our enjoyment of our home. And he was absolutely right! Our home is unbelievably sound free, weather-proof, and so easy to clean! We've always loved our home and our new windows make us love it even more. The remarkable truth is, Window World couldn't have done a better job and we have already referred others to them. Rod and his staff actually made this such a pleasant experience for us and we recommend them without reservation. Five stars aren't near enough - in our book, they rate a 20!

Upon completion of the manufacturing process, the installers arrived to install the shutters. These shutters were unparalleled in the quality of manufacturing and the paint was flawless. I don't know how things could have been better. These are the guys you want to do your project. The person in charge to schedule an appointment called Annette was not nice from the first time I spoke to her. First she scheduled an appointment for Monday 12/13/2021. When I called her back to provide the parking instructions, she mentioned to me that they do not do their job on Mondays. How could I guess? She also said that the company workers will call me prior to arrive. Well nothing of that happened. When I shared the above with H.D. supervisors in the store, they denied knowing that company. But from where I would have known them if not through H.D.? That was not promising. It was a nightmare to purchase blinds at H.D. from the moment those people left my home. After selecting the colors and decided what to buy, I was glued on the phone for days and spoke to hundred people at H.D. I came to the conclusion that H.D. is not any longer the same quality store I knew years ago. It changed a lot. I won't recommend A&J Blinds Inc. to my best friends. Make sure that H.D. would know who they dispatch to you when they offer a company to measure your windows. Yes it is tricky business and not transparent. One star is well enough!

Highly Recommended: Donald Kirtland, Owner of Dragger Handyman Service…read more I can't say enough good things about Donald Kirtland and Dragger Handyman Service. Donald completely transformed my home in Slaton, Texas, and the results are nothing short of amazing. The scope of work was extensive: he painted the entire interior and exterior, refinished the hardwood floors, installed new kitchen flooring, put in a new kitchen sink and countertop, and installed new bathroom fixtures. Every project was completed with exceptional skill and attention to detail. My house looks like a brand-new home. Just as important, Donald is a true professional to work with. He communicated clearly and consistently throughout the project, and he honored every commitment in his bid, on scope and on price, with no surprises. That kind of honesty and reliability is rare in the trades. If you're looking for a contractor who does quality work, keeps his word, and treats your home like his own, look no further. I recommend Donald Kirtland without hesitation and would hire him again in a heartbeat. Doyle
