We asked a lot of questions, to which he didn't know the answer to many. We got a few printouts of product we were interested in ordering. This included two $500 fans and a $3,000 industrial fan for a shop. Dru states he would contact Big Air about the larger fan as they didn't have an account with that vendor. He also stated he would come out the following week to assess our lighting needs under the shop's patio. Keep exchanged cell phone numbers. I texted him twice and never heard back. Went with Amazon. So much for supporting small, local businesses.

One bedroom had severe spot issues with cat vomit and smell, and they cleaned it efficiently and got most of the smell out of all the carpets. The total price was $338, extremely reasonable for four rooms with cleaning, vacuuming, and deodorizing. They even provided a complementary pet deodorizer for our new residence! Before arriving, I received a phone call letting me know the technician was on the way. I also received a text message with a photo of the technician and a bit of background information. This way, I knew who to expect and he wasn't quite a stranger when he arrived. Both the technician and his partner introduced themselves and shook my hand upon arrival, and asked me to explain the situation and show them the rooms. After a quick survey and conversation, they explained the steps they would take to clean the carpets. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I will call Carpet Tech any time I need a carpet cleaning in the future.

They were prompt, neat, and did an excellent job making adjustments to the variances in the window openings relating to things being square and plumb. I am very picky about the quality of products. The person in charge to schedule an appointment called Annette was not nice from the first time I spoke to her. First she scheduled an appointment for Monday 12/13/2021. When I called her back to provide the parking instructions, she mentioned to me that they do not do their job on Mondays. How could I guess? She also said that the company workers will call me prior to arrive. Well nothing of that happened. When I shared the above with H.D. supervisors in the store, they denied knowing that company. But from where I would have known them if not through H.D.? That was not promising. It was a nightmare to purchase blinds at H.D. from the moment those people left my home. After selecting the colors and decided what to buy, I was glued on the phone for days and spoke to hundred people at H.D. I came to the conclusion that H.D. is not any longer the same quality store I knew years ago. It changed a lot. I won't recommend A&J Blinds Inc. to my best friends. Make sure that H.D. would know who they dispatch to you when they offer a company to measure your windows. Yes it is tricky business and not transparent. One star is well enough!
