Tony was diligent in taking measurements to determine what needed to be done to ensure that our new driveway would be not only beautiful but durable, routing rain runoff so as not to erode in the years ahead. Two teams were dispatched for our project; one to prep and a second to lay the new asphalt. Both teams were respectful, enthusiastic, and meticulous, and four days later we are enjoying a beautiful new driveway. The curb appeal of our home vastly improved. I cannot recommend this company enough. Fair prices, outstanding work ethic, attention to detail, customer service. Look no further. Thank you so much, Tony and your teams

After three attempts to request an estimate for our driveway sealcoating, S & G finally contacted…read moreme. They did a satellite estimate. I agreed to the cost of the job and a date for doing the job was set. The date was an advantage to S & G as I explained that they were doing a sealcoating job for my neighbor, two doors down (no second trip involved). The sealcoating job was decent. They were careful not to get anything on the garage door or pavers. Upon closer look the next day, I noticed some white spots on the driveway (one larger than others). I sent S & G a photo of the larger spot and asked for a response to this. This was around 7/27. Between 7/27 and 8/18, I was told, twice, that the photos were forwarded to the guys who did the job and someone would contact me. After nearly three weeks later and not being contacted, I told S & G that I do not want any further contact and I am considering my issue closed. They contacted me anyway and set 8/21 as a day that someone would stop by the house. I waited all day and no one showed up. On 8/21, I said my patience had run out and I, absolutely, do not want anyone contacting me. My 3 star rating is, basically, for the amount of time it took getting an estimate and the lack of follow-up to the photos that I sent.

We contacted Randy again and asked him for a more detailed contract. He flat out refused to do it. Randy is unprofessional, rude and basically said he would not send another quote. He went off on my husband and proceeded to tell him he didn't need this shit, we know what we are doing and that they have been in business for half a century. So this is how you speak to a potential customer?? We have the right to know the process (step by step) which is being done to our driveway. So we were to pay him cash and not even know what they were about to do. I DON'T THINK SO !!!! Beware !! Please be careful when hiring this contractor. Get everything is writing!!!
