We recently had Randy Diehl come to our house and do an estimate. They sent us a contract which…read morewas to let us know everything they were planning on doing. We contacted Randy again and asked him for a more detailed contract. He flat out refused to do it. Randy is unprofessional, rude and basically said he would not send another quote. He went off on my husband and proceeded to tell him he didn't need this shit, we know what we are doing and that they have been in business for half a century. So this is how you speak to a potential customer?? We have the right to know the process (step by step) which is being done to our driveway. So we were to pay him cash and not even know what they were about to do. I DON'T THINK SO !!!! Beware !! Please be careful when hiring this contractor. Get everything is writing!!!

David Hess poured two colored concrete patio pads around our swimming pool with the understanding…read morethat he would use the same concrete or similarly-colored mortar to "join" the patios to the line of fieldstone edging the pool. After the pads were poured, he asked for a check for those pads, so I paid him. Therafter, he never showed up to do the mortaring of the stone edging. He did not return our many calls. Lesson learned: never pay a contractor until the job is finished. My husband and I took three solid days to finish the much more intricate work of mortaring the stones. Very disappointed in David Hess's work ethic and his failure to return our calls or finish the work.
