On the 4th one I was told it WOULD crack and was not covered by a warranty. And yes, it did after about a year. We were going to Canada (20190719 - Friday) and wanted to have either the frame/windshield replaced, or at least the windshield prior to going. I contacted A Touch of Class and they immediately provided me with a quote for a replacement of both, and then contacted me to drop off the vehicle on 0715 - Monday. On Wednesday they notified me that the job was complete and ready for pickup. (Every summer we take the side windows out - we have full doors - and roll up the back window. It stays that way until fall. When we went to pick up the vehicle, it was sitting outside with the entire back end wrapped in plastic - just in case it rained!) The new frame (and hinges) looked amazing. So amazing, that the rest of the Jeep really looks like sh*t! My wife and I are already discussing other possible areas that could use their service. If you need work done, this is the place. They are courteous, fast, and do an amazing job.

I ask how long they stated 2 weeks which was totally shocked for 2 weeks was not that much damage and ask if they could get it done sooner they stated maybe little less than 2 weeks. I called a little over a week to check the progress and if they car would be ready and they stated it would be ready well over the 2 weeks again, I was passive and remained calms. Then it called the day before and they stated was still waiting on parts. This is unacceptable they stated it would be ready a the next day. Again was not ready because needed calibrations which was supposed to be done but of course they don't want to hire more staff so the customers have to wait longer., Long story short they had the car almost 3 weeks and was not apologize about it at all.
