Service was excellent - Miguel was terrific providing a tour of the building, shared some old photos and the history of the business.

We were seated at one the booths for two along the wall overlooking the open kitchen. I intended to order a Manhattan but upon discovering they're pouring Gallo vermouth decided on a Maker's Old Fashioned which was nicely done. Anne went with a glass of an Italian Pinot Grigio. I ordered that as well with my entree. We started with the shrimp ceviche. This is a unique rendering of the dish and quite enjoyable. The portion, however, was surprisingly and remarkably small for $17 even by upscale FTW/Dallas restaurant comparisons. The Caesar salad presentation here is so creative. See my pic. The dressed whole Romaine leaves are arranged in a toasted Parmesan cylinder which you crush up, slicing the leaves yourself to mix. The dressing is excellent. Again the portion is small, especially to share. But the price point is reasonable at just $10. We both opted for the grilled quail. This was the star of the show. The quail were nicely seasoned and perfectly grilled. The mound of crisp, fresh Arugula sang with the most perfect Arugula enhancing vinaigrette we have ever tasted. The poached pear, compressed beets, and seasoned walnuts all complimented so perfectly these grilled birds. So good. If we were locals this would become a regular destination for.

The CFS that I saw on other tables did look really good, ngl. The decor is really cool. There's a 70s/Once Upon A Time in Hollywood vibe going on for sure. Would recommend and will return.

I came on Saturday the 15th for the Car Show. Per John's…read moresuggestion, I decided to try the upstairs. The upstairs bartender (sorry I did not get you name) was great. Bloody's were very good. Not sure what was in the pitcher, but they were not made by pouring out of a bottle of Zing Zang. (which I do like btw) This is in a very rustic, hastily put together space, and now that the problem child is gone. it is time for some upgrades and a makeover - as John has suggested. You have your proof of concept, now just dress it up. A suggestion on the sound. It was pretty much inaudible upstairs. I could hear that ya'll were talking - just very hard to make out the words. Which was a shame because I really wish I could have made out the Q&A Session better. I saw speakers everywhere - they just were not sending words to me. Not sure if it was better downstairs.

Once I arrived I knew I was right by the amount of Harleys that were outside. Some Custom some Stock. Even the parking out front was reserved for Bikes. If you like riding to Strokers in Dallas you will love Roadhouse. If you are in North Texas and you head here you will not be disappointed. From what I understand the establishment is under New Ownership. Management, from my experience is killing it. The menu has a lot of options and literally everything wa appealing. I'm a Wing guy so that was a given. Big Wings cooked and seasoned perfectly served with what might be the best hand cut Onion Rings I had in a long time. If I remember there were like five flavors and I'm sure there was no bad choice on flavors. There is also a Steakhouse from what I'm told serves a very good Rib Eye. I should also mention the Burgers were said to be the best around. The Bartender Jennifer was very nice and made some tasty Cocktails. They also had a very good selection of Beers and some that seemed to be Texas favorites lol. I had a chance to talk to the Manager Reggie who was a nice guy. He said they have live Music some days. The place was.complete with a Stage and an area for Dancing. He said Ted Nugent was there recently. Definitely it my thing but to each his own. It's off the beaten path but as I said a great place to go to get away for a few Hours. Next time I'm in Fort Worth I'll probably go again. Especially if I find a business that Rents Bikes. Still thinking about those Wings. Lol. Yallhollatchaboy'.

Cold beer! Cold beer! Ice cold beer! We needed some place to eat, and my daughter recommended this place. The location is easy to get in, and they have plenty of parking. After walking in, we found that they were not crowded yet. We were greeted quickly and taken to our seats in the main room. Our waiter brought us menus and water and left us to review the menu and decide on what we wanted. We ordered chicken sandwich, chicken strips. and a burger. It wasn't long until our food was delivered. Each order was just as we requested, hot, and tasty. It did not take long for our table to devour our meals I didn't get our waiter's name, but he did a good job. He probably is a student at TSU, as this business really caters to that crowd, and he fit the age. Will I return? Definitely when in Stephenville.

We were refused service because our dog was not a service animal with a vest. If that had been what was advertised, we would not have attempted to dine there. The excuse was the turf and that they can't change what is advertised. Turf is often used for easy clean up with dogs. Outside patios that don't allow dogs will prevent customers from coming. If the rest of their service is like this experience maybe it saved us a bad meal. Also maybe this is why on a Friday night this place is half empty.
