After 5 minutes or so she comes back and she says that it's stuck behind a pallet. She called over to a guy and ask for help. the guy end up being the manager of the store. He told me that he was not going to get the chair out because it was behind other pellets that he would have to move. He kept telling us to go online and order it but we wanted it then. He also said "it will take me an hour and I'm not doing that on a Saturday afternoon" I was very disappointed and will now consider taking my business elsewhere.

They have a good selection and variety and offer great stuff at great prices. I come here for a lot of my international foods and furniture, home stuff and kitchen stuff. I have experienced excellent customer service. Recently I was looking for an olive oil container that I had previously purchased at another location, but somehow in a move lost it. I asked the cashier and since I was the only one in line--she took me to their little laptop, looked up the item, found it wasn't in the store, saw they couldn't order it, but directed me to login to my Explorer account, helped me do so (I was holding my 7month old baby), wrote down a coupon code, helped me figure out how to order the item--took us like 10 minutes and was super helpful, accommodating and cheerful. Totally recommend this location. Have fun shopping!!
