Some breweries in Billings do pours of beers less than a pint but apparently such a request with him seemed ridiculous and asked if I wanted to drink or not with such a small pour. He did give me what I asked but charged a pint all the same. The positive thing with the front counter experience was free popcorn so that was good. As far as the need to charge me a pint when it was actually made a smaller pour made more sense than the attitude because the computer on the register probably didn't have the option to charge that but the flack I got for it was unnecessary. Well, moving on past that I got the Mexican Lager there, simply called Mexican Lager. This is a favorite Lager type for me and this one wasn't bad. Not really amazing but certainly doable. Flavor features with this lager are bready with a hint of lime. The beer was very light bodied as this lager type tends to be. While I appreciated the free popcorn snack the management should at least consider adding a smaller pour option to their register. And of course certain staff not being too opinionated to customer requests.

I appreciated the location as it had elbow room for parking as well as inside the building where it felt nice and roomy. The staff was okay, but not particularly attentive. In the last few months, it has become more of a traditional bar, still with the wine offerings, but now also a full bar. The menu has changed to mostly grilled cheese sandwiches from Montana Melt, and with other traditional bar finger foods. The staff is still okay, but still not particularly attentive. Overall, as long as your expectations are not high, the change has been a positive one, unless a wine bar only is a preference. Still, there's a mix of activities during the month, the bar staff is knowledgeable on the offerings, as long as you can get their attention after the first drink, and the food is still good for what it is. Overall, Levity is okay, nice for a get together to relax and chat with your friends without the crazy you sometimes find at a traditional bar.

When we…read morearrived in the early evening, the place was fairly quiet but did pick up by the time we left. Plenty of seating both at tables, bar seats and upstairs had tables as well. We were helped fairly quickly as well, and our waiter was very friendly. Others in my group tried a few different beers, which they said were good. I had the slushee, which I believe was a wine slushy but didn't actually get what it is. It was delicious-- not too sweet. We also got the charcuterie pretzel which was a perfect snack for our group of four! During happy hour, it was $12. Happy hour is 4pm-6pm Monday-Friday, I believe $4 beers and three appetizers at various prices. There's also a full menu if you're looking to have a meal! Overall a good visit and would recommend others to come here if you're coming through town!
