Our automobiles feel much smoother when driving, we feel more comfortable as our glide ride supports us, and keeps us, and everyone around us safe. Our new tires, last much longer, if we exercise the efficiency side of our brains, and get an alignment every 6000 miles. We get to feel good about doing the right thing helping to extend the life of our automobiles especially in our area when the distances may be short, or long depending upon our wants or needs. We don't have to fret about the weather because "we got our shit together!" Yea, one for the good guys. But where to go to get this marvelous feeling? All Pro Tire Pros (The shop that is so professional, they had to list it twice in their name, lol. There has got to be a reason, but why, I have no idea, so ask as you'll have about 45 minutes waiting for you alignment to be done), were they provided you excellent work at a reasonable price. Justin did a great job as I watched him work the phone, calling customers back with a happy and pheasant demeanor letting one know, they can get the part they needed, another, after first calling the mechanic he was going to recommend to them to confirm he wanted the job, that while All Pro Tire Pros could not help them, Justin could recommended a mechanic and a solution, that would handle the problem for them, and finally, sadly another customer that they could not help but recommended the "dreaded" dealer (not mine of course, I'm ok, lol) as their only option. I got to experience GREAT customer service, live and in color! Yea, it's always the little things that mean so much to many of us. You want service? Instead of dealing with a call center in India, or the Philippines where an English speaking name is used to mask their identity so they can tell you "no", over and over again. Yea, it's like that! Then take your ride to All Pro Tire Pros in Bluffton for tires, an alignment, or just about any other mechanical issue your transportation poses because then can feel the satisfaction, and enjoyment of feeling like a valued customer. Now, you just can't get that everywhere! Take a minute, and think about that next communication with that out of country call center representative. Dropped off my Jeep Wrangler on or around February 19 for service and handed the keys to the shop…read moreafter parking directly in front. At the time, my vehicle had a custom engraved bullet antenna installed valued around $200-$300. When I picked the vehicle up later the same day, the antenna was gone. After reviewing my dash cam footage, it clearly shows the antenna on the vehicle when I left my residence and drove directly to the shop. After leaving the shop, I stopped at a car wash where their entry photos show the antenna was already missing. I contacted the shop to try to resolve the issue, but was told their security footage does not go back far enough and they declined responsibility. I'm not accusing anyone directly, but the antenna disappeared while the vehicle was in their possession. Just sharing my experience for transparency so other customers are aware.

Under no circumstance take your car here…read more I brought in a couple of Tire Rack tires to be mounted. They wanted the rather high sum of $25.00 for tire mounting / balancing per wheel. But they promised good service. I emphasized I wanted NO RIM DAMAGE. They promised they used a very good tire mounting machine which would not damage my rims. They in fact did inflict damage on my "mag" rims. When they mounted the rims I asked if they were applying the proper torque setting, but got some double talk about wheel spacer affecting the proper torque setting (105 pound feet for my car). I went on several web sites and found the wheel spacers did not affect torque values. I know this may be a bit beyond the average reader, but read on. I drove the car at highway speeds later that week and found at least one of two newly mounted tires were out of balance. I took the car back and they admitted one of the wheels had not been properly balanced. Of course they inflicted a little more damage to the finish of the factory mag wheel while re-balancing. The worst part of this whole fiasco of an experience was watching the clown reattach the wheel. He just used an air driven ratchet, without governor, and did not use a star pattern while re-attaching. This is an incredibly unsafe and damaging practice I have never witnessed in near 50 years of owning cars (I currently own 10 and do most all my own work). When the wheel is tighten in a non-star pattern fashion (just work lug after lug without skipping) this can and will distort the wheel. It can also result in over-stressed lugs which can crack and fall off. Added to this, the lugs were way over-torqued (I checked with a professional rated torque wrench). I had to use a 24 inch breaker bar to untighten a couple of the lugs. If someone broke down one the road, no way under the sun could the car's factory jack lug wrench undo the lugs. This further demonstrated uneven torqueing. Here's the ultimate downside, the over-torqued lugs can fail, the wheel is out of true due to damage inflicted and it can work it's way off the car. Now I have to inspect my lugs very often, and will replace my rotors sooner than later. I have experienced improperly torqued wheels myself years back, the wheel was worrking itself off the car at speed. That's way I always re-check the torque settings in the rare cases someone else does the mounting. Most of the time I just take my wheels off myself and bring them to the tire place (advantage of having my own air equipment). Thought I would save some time. NEVER AGAIN. IF YOU ARE PLANNING SUICIDE AND HATE YOUR CAR, BRING IT TO THESE INCOMPATIENTS. IF NOT STAY AWAY AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS.

I pulled to the drive thru just for them to tell me it was door dash only. on maps it does not…read morestate that AT ALL. so i waited in the parking lot ordered through doordash at 11:16 pm didn't receive my food until 11:50 during the almost 40 minutes of waiting for my food i went to the window to see what was taking so long to make some nuggets and fries and the guy at the window said we're making it right now and i asked what have yall been doing this whole time and he didn't have an answer for me this was 30 minutes after i already placed my order on door dash and then i get my food and it's cold and stale like it's been sitting there the entire time there was nobody in the drive thru the crew members inside the establishment were just playing around the whole time as i watched through the window.
