I have refinanced with Starwest a handful of times over the past several years, across different houses, and each time it has been smooth. I love their no-cost refinancing, it's saved me a bundle. When rates drop in the future, I expect I'll refinance with them again. read more

Jacob, Kyle and team were awesome to work with. The whole process was easy! Appreciate your whole team.

We had a wonderful experience with Starwest Mortgage. Simply put, the staff was communicative, their recommendations and products were sound, and they legitimately save you money. I was very impressed with the way they worked together as a team. I highly recommend using them as your brokerage, especially if you are someone who like to know the details of the process. read more

Hi. I was contacted by Starwest when rates dropped recently. They moved quickly to get us in at a great new rate and term. My payments and overall interest I'll pay were both lowered substantially at no additional out-of-pocket cost. Uploading documents was EZ as were all the steps in the process. All questions were answered quickly and to my satisfaction. This is a great local business and I would do business with them again (in fact this is my second time working with them). A++++ in my book. read more

Used Starwest to get a loan for purchasing my first home. They were amazing. The team was incredibly helpful and were happy to answer all my questions. Not to mention they got me the best rate by far. I will be using them again. read more

I meant to review this increadible team earlier! We could not have asked for a better group to help us refinance our mortgage this summer. Logan, Scott, Jacob, Amy, Lauren and everyone we encountered was stand out. We received a great rate on our loan that ended up saving us $500 a month with the refi! The process was efficient, beyond affordable (no expense/they can explain) and they were detailed with us every step of the way. We loved them so much we recommended them to various family and friends. No surpises, no gimmicks, totally transparent. We will definitely be back! Thank you Starwest Mortgage, you are awesome!! read more

I had a terrific experience with Starwest Mortgage! Even though refinancing can be quite layered, their professionalism, clear instructions, and teamwork really helped me trust the process! They delivered on everything they said they would. Logan and his team worked tirelessly to ensure my transaction was successful! Special shout out to underwriter, Amy, who grabbed me by the hand, midway through the process, and skillfully & patiently guided me across the finish line! She's a real professional! Thanks Starwest Mortgage! read more

Easy to work with once again. Will continue to use Logan and his team for our Morgage needs.

Great experience. Great communication. Great rates. No surprises. All emails and phone calls were very professional. Everything was better than expected and the entire process took less than a month to close. We highly recommend StarWest Mortgage to anyone looking to refinance. read more

This is the second refinance. The first one was a year ago. Everything that I stated in this previous review is still true. They are truly amazing people to work with. I've re-posted the previous review for easy reading. At first I was skeptical and thought Starwest Mortgage might be a scam. I looked up reviews and their BBB rating. The reviews are stellar. I tried them just recently for a refinance. It's been an exceptional experience. Logan and Scott (along with others that I spoke with) were very thorough, on top of things and easy to work with. The whole process was easy. Their claim that there are no closing costs turned out to be true. In fact there was extra money from the lender as a credit that they applied to our prepaid interest and escrow amounts. Their interest rate was better than other banks even though they offered a no cost loan. I compared mortgages apples to apples and there's was just a better deal. Their process is very thorough with great communication, answering questions before I knew I had them. This is about my 15th time going through a loan or a refinance process. I give them an A+ for communication, customer service and their products. read more

My refinance is done and it's time for a final review. They offered me a wonderful deal, and delivered that same deal at closing. Time wise- it was just over a month which isn't bad either!! What I will say though is that it felt, often times, like pulling teeth and that I needed to be the squeaky wheel to keep things moving. For a customer, or at least speaking for myself, that didn't feel like a good part of the experience. That being said, it was only part of the experience. I was treated kindly, they delivered a good deal, and I would consider using them in the future if I decided to do another refinance... and would recommend them to friends if they wanted to buy or refinance a home. read more

Refinanced from 4.0% 30 year to 2.75% 15 year. Whole process done and funded in 3 weeks to the day. These guys do not mess around. Easy to apply and provide supporting docs on their website. Kyle Saunders is great. Easy to reach by phone and email. No closing costs. In fact, we will be getting a check for over $200 due to credits from the lender. If you think you will qualify, apply online or call them today! read more

Great experience with Starwest Mortgage. Top notch across the board. My second ReFi with them and they delivered again in record time. They will find you the lowest rates guaranteed. read more

Starwest Mortgage made our refinancing experience a breeze. From day one until its completion, they are very in depth with their service. Kudos to all the staff and management. read more

I've financed several homes and done refinancing a dozen times or more. I have never had a re-fi go better than this one. I applied on 8/3/21 and the loan was funded on 8/17/21 - two weeks after the initial application, the loan was complete. Ashley and Kyle know how to get these done and done quickly. My loan was structured with no costs and that means "NO COSTS" AS THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE OF THE LOAN WAS THE SAME AFTER THE RE-FINANCE AS IT WAS BEFORE THE RE-FINANCE. The rate was excellent, I did not spend a dime and saved on monthly payments. Certainly a win for me. read more

They refused to give us final pricing or rates. Refused to even lock the loan in until after everything was fully approved. The pricing they actually gave wasn't even close to other brokers using the exact same lenders. Clearly trying to stick it to people and take a bigger piece of the pie for themselves. Would not trust them. read more

Starwest Mortgage offered the best service I could fine. They kept me informed of all my options at all times and I always I was constantly informed. If I had any questions I could ask at anytime quick a response time. We were able to obtain a no closing cost loan with additional lender credits to help with the title cost. I would refer Starwest Mortgage to anyone looking for a better loan/rate on their home or looking to purchase a new home. read more

Huge fan of this company. Made the refinance process so easy. Would definitely use their services again in the future.

Amazing experience, I was dreading the refi process as the first refi we did was drawn out and exhausting. Everyone involved was prompt in replying with questions and the whole process was a breeze. We got a great rate and couldn't be happier. read more

Great team! Very informative and efficient. I have returned twice already, since they really got me a " No Cost" refinance with a very agreesive rate. I have recommended their service to friends and Startwest was able to help them save a lot of $$$$ as well. read more

Great Refinancing experience from start to finish. The team at Starwest team worked together and we closed in less than 30 day. Awesome job! read more

Found this business through a mailer. I didn't believe they really would offer a no cost re-finance. After talking with Kyle, he convinced me and we began the process. Because I had equity in my property, I qualified for a very competitive loan. Since that first re-finance, I have since used Starwest Mortgage to re-finance my mortgage a total of three times and each time, I dropped my interest rate and saved money. Kyle was very easy to work with and his staff stayed right on top of all the documents. The entire process took less than 30 days each time. I highly recommend Starwest Mortgage. read more

Starwest is an incredible company. Although we had just bought our house, we received a letter from Starwest with an offer for an incredible rate on a 30 year loan with very little out of pocket costs to us. We contacted them to confirm the details on the rate and decided to refinance because we were truly going to be able to save money. We initially spoke with Logan and he continued to work with us throughout the loan processing. In 34 years of doing business with mortgage companies, we have never had a more positive experience. Starwest delivered on all their promises, acted efficiently and professionally on our behalf and were so polite and pleasant throughout. My husband and I continued to remark to one another about how amazing this company is. read more

If it's possible to give zero stars thats what Michelle Smith from Starwest Mortgage would get. She repeatedly misled me during my loan process and shopped my loan to lenders not approved by Starwest. She pulled my credit without my authorization and when I requested a copy of my credit report she sent me the credit report of another client. Completely incompetent, unethical, not trustworthy, and illegal. If this brokerage continues to employ LO's like Michelle Smith they will surely be out of business and their broker probably in jail. And if you chose to work with them then buyer be ware. read more
