Avoid this fraud of a lender at all costs!…read more If you're thinking about using this guy, just go to the bank, withdraw about $1,000, then return home and flush your money straight down the toilet. If I had done this, I would've only lost half the money this joker cost me! Slick Tom called me four days before closing to inform me that -- nyuk, nyuk, shucks! -- looks like the down payment is going to be triple what I told you before! Golly! Turns out, Tom doesn't actually know too much about the products he's selling, and completely screwed up my loan. First, he claimed it's a problem he never sees. (I spoke to a lender in another state who said this is completely incorrect, and any competent lender would have recognized this on "day zero.") Then he decided to blame underwriters, and various other people not named Tom. If for some reason you still pick this sleaze, make sure you communicate my email only. He seems to have a hard time keeping his stories straight when he calls you up with his really weird, phony salesman voice, declaring he has "good news." Buyer beware!

In my experience with Nina, she was very patient with me as I explained my client's problem and quick enough to find a solution. I needed to find a mortgage loan officer to help a client that had a hard money loan that was expiring. Nina came across as confident, prepared, and very knowledgeable of her company's products. Ultimately, she recommended that we should refinance the loan and that she was the gal to do it. I appreciated her honesty and her ability to help solve my client's problem. Review for AZ flat fee:…read more If you have any doubts about AZ flat fee please read my 100% honest review of our experience. When I was looking for a realtor to sell my home, I came across AZ flat fee and was intrigued. I researched them, had a meeting with Katie and was still a little skeptical. Once I figured out that they are incredibly affordable, I started to get really skeptical. I wondered if the pictures would be nice, if they would get it on Zillow and realtor.com and social media like they said they would, and most importantly, I wondered what their level of customer service would be like. When somebody is potentially saving you upwards of $15,000, you start thinking that it's too good to be true. Well let me tell you, I am living proof that they are most definitely not too good to be true, and they live up to everything that they say they are and more. Our west valley home sold incredibly fast (within 3 days from listing!) and for $20,000 over asking. In addition the buyers also wanted to purchase our furniture and AZ Flatfee also handled the selling of all of our furniture and they negotiated a rent-back so we could have time to find a new place. All for $5,500. You can simply not beat that. I'm also going to be honest and say that I am not the easiest customer. Let's just say I'm very passionate (maybe a tad bit demanding). Of course in any real estate transaction there are times of tension, it just happens, but MJ, Kathleen, and Kylie came together as a team and was able to meet every single one of my demands with professionalism and kindness. When you deal with AZ Flatfee you have a whole team working for you, not just 1 realtor. It's amazing and in a sense your actually paying less for more! Anyways, if you were on the fence about using AZ Flatfee services I would highly, HIGHLY, recommend them and if I had to do it all over, I would use them again in a heartbeat. Special thanks again to MJ, Kathleen, and Kylie. You guys are the epitome of first class customer service. AZ Flatfee is lucky to have you 3. Thanks for everything-Kate

Ever hear the term "ambulance chasers"? That's what it felt like being contacted out of the blue…read moreby this group, without my asking them for their info or giving them permission... I filled out a form on the Arizona housing department website asking for information about special mortgages. I have NO idea how David F. and his team got a hold of my cell phone and email from that, but they did. Next thing I know, I get a creepy text from David on my one day off, Sunday, trying to chat me up like we already had met and like I had solicited his help. NOPE. I did not. I certainly don't want to get cold-called via text, but that's exactly what he did. To me, texting is reserved for family and a few close friends. I don't want to be someone's next "mark" via a text and on my F'ing Sunday! He also had the nerve to add me to his spamming emails and I started getting emails with properties in them. Once again, I never signed up with these people, had NO idea who they were and certainly didn't give them permission to spam me. So, when I get this interrupting text from a total stranger while I'm at a play on my day off, I logically ask: How did you get my info? Instead of answering my question or apologizing, I get another creepy text asking me more questions about my activity. This is when I decided these people are just unctuous (see dictionary). REALLY? Is that the right way to start off a fiduciary relationship? Intrude on someone's life via their cell phone without asking and then when they ask you a logical question ignore it and slime your way further into a hole with another question? Gross. Just gross. So, I extended (via another text) some sage feedback to David F. about how NOT to start a biz relationship (uh, like cold-texting someone and then ignoring their "why are you contacting me" response...) and he had the nerve to once again, ignore my displeasure, not apologize and say that his tactics are good. What do I have to say to the fool who ignores the potential client's statements about the UNWARRANTED, UNSOLICITED and offensive behavior? BYE BYE. Dude, if you can't f'ing get a clue about what I find acceptable and unacceptable about how you initiate a dialogue with me, do you think I'd trust you to help me buy a HOUSE? OMFG. Get a clue... Dear 46:10, if you wonder why the only property David F currently has listed on his site is a ramshackle shack, check his sales tactics first.... perhaps his manner has something to do with it.... and since you haven't caught on about this "alt" smarmy way of doing business, how could I trust your company in any way... shouldn't you only pick agents who have a clue to represent your company? No to 46:10 and NO to Keller Williams period over this. Just too gross for any iota of trust to develop...
