Kaleigh is professional, knowledgeable, and helped us get exactly what we needed in an uncertain market. When repairs were needed on both sides of our transactions, she had trustworthy vendors out at a moment's notice. We never once had to worry if things would be completed on time and we are thankful to her answering our questions (even when they seemed silly to ask). We will forever trust her will all of our real estate needs and cannot recommend her enough. Thank you, Kaleigh!

Upon agreeing on a date to meet, my parents drove down from Seattle to meet myself, Tammi and her associate Kirsten and immediately went on an extensive day tour around the NW, SW Portland and Beaverton area. We provided a list of properties to look at and we hit every single available property without fail. Tammi's knowledge of the area as well as real estate knowledge helped make the most of the day and she provided excellent information about each property throughout the day. Upon deciding on a property, Tammi was very responsive to all parties and made sure to pass along information to everyone accordingly. Her communications skills are balanced with professionalism, efficiency and speed. Her negotiation skills were great as our original offer for the property was not accepted, however with the help of Tammi, we were able to negotiate between all parties. Tammi was an incredible real estate professional to work with and I'd recommend her to anyone that's looking for real estate services in the Portland/Beaverton/Hillsboro area.

I had been looking for a home for a few months and decided to get serious about it. I found Felicia and we met a few days later to discuss what exactly I was looking for. She explained how the process would go from start to finish and provided me with a detailed packet. After our meeting she immediately set me up to receive daily emails with listings and new listings on the market. A few days later we were already looking at properties and I kid you not, I found the perfect home! We put in our offer and a few days later we were under contract! Buying a home is not like buying a car or renting an apartment, there is so much paperwork, tasks and information you need to do/know. Felicia handled it all! She would email me anything I needed to know or complete and follow up with a text to see if I had any questions. If I did, she was available almost immediately to go over everything by phone. She had several recommended contacts that she worked with. I was able to get my inspection scheduled and completed on time and they were extremely thorough. There was also some electrical work that needed to be done and she went out and got me several bids. This all was going on during the pandemic and Felicia took care of everything. I am so thankful to have found such an amazing realtor! I highly recommend her to everyone, you won't be disappointed!

He was always available for last-minute walkthroughs, he communicates with all stakeholders in a kind and professional way, and we will continue to recommend him to our friends and family. We were wishy-washy on what we wanted, and our selections were popular, so we ended up making offers on multiple homes. He was an excellent negotiator, he always gave us great advice on how much to offer, and he also let us know when to back out. After acceptance, he had all connections required from lenders to inspectors, and they were the cream of the crop. We ended up getting our new home for a great price, we have no regrets, and we would have been lost without him in multiple situations. One million stars. In fact, looking back I realized that Ben had good instincts. We didn't always listen to him, but he ended up being right about a lot of things.
