I highly recommend Dineve and her assistant, Charlotte. I recently purchased a home in the area, and Dineve is truly one of the best agents I've worked with. If I had to describe Dineve in one word, it would be advocate. She genuinely had my back and made sure I was well taken care of throughout the entire process. She is professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable, and consistently went above and beyond for me as her client. During negotiations, she positioned me strongly and ensured I was getting the best possible outcome--we even secured the home under the asking price. Both Dineve and Charlotte were supportive and responsive every step of the way, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed. They did an excellent job, and I'm incredibly grateful for their support. read more

I only had the opportunity to speak with this realtor briefly, but she was extremely kind and professional and referred me onto someone who could assist us with our real estate transaction (as she did not cover that region). I would highly recommend her! read more

I am copying this from my review earlier this year for Dineve. She must have 2 separate Yelp listings. I want to make sure potential clients see this. -------- Can't speak highly enough about Dineve. She knows the area and definitely knows real estate. She saw little things that we would have missed and helped us to find exactly the right house. Never any pressure, both she and Drea worked diligently to show us what was available and to understand what house would work for us. They made sure that all the bases were covered and nothing slipped through the cracks. Dineve Ramirez from Knipe Realty is an outstanding realtor. We hired her to help us sell my dad's house after he passed away the end of 2025. The house was located in Vancouver, Washington and I live in California so we needed a realtor we could trust and who was capable of making this happen since we live remote from the property. She made the entire process easy and used excellent judgement to make the home sell after only being on the market for 4 days. Her experience with staging homes was obvious from the start. She is also very knowledgeable with the mortgage side of buying and selling property. She knows every side of the business. Dineve helped us get the house cleared out and was able to help us get an estate sale completed at the Vancouver property while we were in California. She made the stress of the situation as easy as possible. If I wanted to buy or sell a property she would be my only choice. read more

Dineve was an absolute dream to work with as our realtor. She has a wealth of knowledge and made house shopping fun. She helped guide us each step of the way. She is very well connected in the community and was able to introduce us to contractors and anyone we may need as new homeowners with a personal recommendation. I couldn't recommend her more highly! read more

Dineve is dynamite! She is so savvy and tactful. She helped guide us through the process of selling our home and purchasing a new one in this challenging 2024 market. She had the right advice and resources for every step of both processes. She is very proactive and attentively addressed even our smallest questions and what-ifs. Taking her advice, we were able to get several offers on our home, and she guided us to make the most informed decisions every step of the way. I would absolutely work with her again. read more

Dineve is more than just a real estate agent - she is the ultimate guide and advocate for your home hunting process. She also makes what can be a harrowing experience a downright enjoyable journey. We were planning a move from LA to PNW, and as soon as we spoke to Dineve, we knew we'd found our agent. From the get-go, she put so much intention and energy into understanding what we were looking for. A few whirlwind weekend tours later, we'd decided on a home. The next time we traveled up, we were moving in. We received proactive communication and comprehensive guidance from Dineve every step of the way. Really can't say enough about how wonderful she is! Also, everyone she referred us to during the process for related services was just as helpful and thorough. We're beyond grateful to Dineve and her team. read more

If you're looking for a dedicated, highly responsive, exhaustively knowledgeable real estate agent, then Dineve is your gal. She assisted me in finding great home prospects in Portland and Washington--yes, she has the skills and credentials for both regions. I like to think of her as a real estate sherpa, guiding me to the right candidates and offering advice during negotiations, which can be nail-biting in these high-pressure market conditions. Cool and calming, she knew what to say and made great recommendations every step of the way. Oh, and she's a nice person, so you can trust her. She backs up her words with deeds and that, in the end, means a less stressful home-buying experience and an efficient one at that. read more

Are you looking for a knowledgeable, responsive real estate broker with excellent communication skills? Then call Dineve Ramirez! My partner and I recently moved states and when looking for an agent, we were impressed by Dineve's responsiveness, vast knowledge of the Vancouver area as well as her friendly, easygoing demeanor. She listened to understand what we were looking for and provided FaceTime showings (because we couldn't be in person) - and we're now first-time homeowners. We're grateful to have found Dineve, loved working with her, appreciated her integrity and would work with her again. read more

From the very beginning upon meeting her, she was fun, honest, real and very helpful. She took the time to listen to exactly what I'm looking for even though I changed my mind multiple times because I'm the WORST at making up my mind‍She was very patient and understanding. She is eager to to get the job done as fast as possible and show as many homes around my schedule. In the end I found the home I have been dreaming of. Thank you so much, Dineve. I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for ransom, I can tell you I don't have money. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills, skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for crappy realtors. If you choose Dineve now, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you. .......... Ok, there is nothing extra I can say. Dineve is fantastic. Remember how many guys Liam Neeson killed in Taken? Remember all that fighting? That is how Dineve fights for her clients (minus the shooting and stabbing). Friendly, knowledgable, responds to emails and texts in seconds, and is just a friendly a cool person I want to go have a beer and eat some burgers with. My wife even liked her, and my wife hates most women, especially swarmy sales person types. Chose her, or I call Liam... (Ps. If you don't chose Dineve, I won't actually kill you. Well, probably not. I will just laugh at you for your poor choices) oh, and go watch the movie "taken" if you don't get this review. read more

So helpful and personable. Made me feel comfortable throughout the process and did not pressure me.

I found Dineve online and upon calling her, she made me feel comfortable and explained how the process works without being pushy. She made an assessment of my home the following day and gave me a value in mind along with marketing strategies. Within a day of listing my home, I couldn't even come back home until later that night because of the amount of people coming in to see my house. We had multiple offers! She explained putting an offer deadline along with other things and it was beyond what I had hoped for. This process has been zero stress and mostly enjoyable, exciting, unpredictable but really fun. Dineve, It's you who made this all happen. A+ in customer service and prompt responses on text messages! read more

Dineve was awesome! My family of 4 were 1st time home buyers and she made everything effortless for us. We truly couldn't get our dream home without her. Recently I played around with the thought of moving up North. Through some connections, I was connected to Dineve. Although I was not serious about moving, Dineve took the time out of her day for several days letting me know about not only pricing, but also neighborhoods, local culture, etc. I won't be moving anytime soon, but when I do I will be calling Dineve (if it's in her area) for listings and what area to move into. Thanks, Dineve! read more

We worked with Sherry Boice who is Dineve's partner at Hasson Realty. Sherry gave us close personal attention the whole time, from the first time we made contact to the end of the sale and beyond. Based on reviews i decided to reach out to her to discuss my situation, called her 1st time we spoke briefly she requested some info from me and said she would call me back, sent her my contact info, a few days go by and i didnt recieve any calls or emails? i decided to reach out to her one more time" she never called back just referred me to someone else who called me but after discussing my situation with her said she would refer me back to dineve as she was better suited to assist me. I never heard back from her again? if this is an indication from the very start i will look for someone else who takes communication more seriously. *update 5/24 - I guess bad news travels fast", Dineve called me right away and apologized for not getting back to me, apparently there was a miscommunication between her and her associate and i fell thru the cracks, i can understand as things happen, she responded right away with some listings she had for me to look at and made some suggestions which pointed me in the right direction, I appreciate the effort she put in and have upgraded my rating of her service due to it. Thanks! Dineve for reaching out to me. read more

Short Review: Dineve's awesome. Definitely use her, she's always got your back. Detailed (Long Winded) Review: What is the job of an agent today? Anyone can find listings online at sites like Zillow or Redfin. I think the job of an agent today is to not show their clients houses but to negotiate and fight for their clients rights, to expect the unexpected and to close your escrow no matter what the hurdles. We relocated from California and needed an agent to really help us because we wouldn't be in the area yet. Dineve did just that. We found houses we wanted to look at on Zillow and Redfin, setup a time to fly in and Dineve did the research and setup the viewings. We found the house that we wanted, our dream house really. Now it was Dineve's time to shine. First, she got us a second viewing the next day before we flew back out, then she came up with an offer sheet and submitted it. It was accepted. Now came the hard parts. After the inspection, we had about 25 repairs that were pointed out. Some of them were really minor and we didn't want to call them out in case the seller balked. On Dineve's recommendation, we submitted them all and she got the seller to do all but one! We would have been happy if they did 5 or didn't do any at all to tell you the truth but Dineve fought for us. Next hurdle was the appraisal. It came in $25K under the agreed upon price. We were ready to try and come up with the whole $25K but were hoping to meet in the middle. Dineve negotiated for the seller to pay all of it! We got the house for $25K less because of her hard work! Next came the closing. We had issues with the buyers of our house in Long Beach that caused a few delays. Dineve worked closely with our agent in California, our lender, the Escrow folks and the sellers agent throughout everything. She kept pushing to make it close on time and because of her it did. Your transaction might not be as complicated as ours was (and it was pretty complicated) but do you want to take that chance? Work with the best, work with Dineve. read more

We found Dineve on Yelp and as usual, Yelp 5 stars was well deserved. Dineve helped us sell our Vancouver home. She was honest, always available, answered all of our questions, gave us great advice on pricing, and sold our house above asking within a week of being on the market. Her photographer is phenomenal. She's the pit bull real estate agent you want on your side. I wish we could clone Dineve and have her as our agent in San Francisco. Thanks, Dineve!!!!! read more

Your search is over, you have found the best agent in the area! We found Dineve on Yelp and her five star rating should be 6. She always listened and responded to our needs and was completely flexible, articulate, and guided us through the sometimes nerve racking process of buying a home. She gave us longterm input and suggestions of things we didnt know about, hadnt considered or anticipated. We NEVER felt pressured by her and felt like we had an ally who really cares. I would highly recommend Dineve Ramirez to everyone because I was lucky to have a chance to work with her. As a first time buyer, I had no clue about this complicated process. Dineve was able to walk me through with such care and professionalism considering I am a pretty picky client especially when you are purchasing something major like a home. I remember I had to call Dineve everyday for questions, and she was really responsive to all my questions. She kept us informed, educated us on the process and continues to follow up with us. She also tried her best to make herself available for me. I wanted to buy a home where I can work and live at the same time with my kids. She was willing to babysit my kids while showing me this house to make sure I could feel myself living in it. That is how creative Dineve is! I don't know how she did it but the seller was willing to fix some of the things in that house and agreed to the price that i made the offer. At the end, she was able to find me a dream house with a affordable price within my budget. She is undeniably the BEST at what she does. Thank you so much!!! read more
