I expected more from a company rated so highly on yelp and other sites. They were responsive, but only after I initiated contact. Rarely would an answer actually be given, just vague or often non-useful information was provided. I contacted them by phone at first and explained what I was looking to buy, my budget, and my time frame. Before getting to know Jessica, I had worked with many real estate agents, but they fell short of my expectations. Jessica had everything I hoped a real estate agent would have. Four years have passed. This time, we needed to sell our house and buy a new one. Many things have changed, but Jessica has not. I cannot express all of her good qualities here, but I can give you a few examples. As a listing agent: 1) A good appraiser. She determines sales price based on comparable sales like an appraiser, not just based on Zestimate or Redfin Estimate. 2) A good director. On the photo shoot day, she took a broom herself to clean the yard, and directed us and photographer what to do so that our house is shown in the best light. I found Jessica almost 6 years ago when I called the number on a "for sale" sign in front of a house she had listed. I was immediately impressed by her, not only because she actually answered the phone herself and was immediately available to help, but because she was so incredibly down to earth and forthcoming.
