Loved working with this team, especially with Kaylee as well as Jessica. High communication and responsiveness to every question I had as my home entered the market. Kaylee Eisenhauer was the best Realtor I've ever worked with. I contacted her online from Montana about a listing she had in Vancouver when we were contemplating our move there. She was smart, enthusiastic, and immensely helpful. We put our Montana home on the market and it sold very fast! We made a quick trip to Vancouver to meet her and she already had some ideas for us. We had a quick closing coming up and returned just once - she showed us two condos and we bought the perfect home for us on that visit! Being in Montana she took care of everything for us, the inspection, any questions we had for the sellers, the appraisal, and we arrived to our new home with nothing to do but sign the closing papers. Best real estate transaction we have ever experienced! I highly recommend Kaylee for her professionalism, kindness and knowledge. She gives 100% to her clients ! I expected more from a company rated so highly on yelp and other sites. They were responsive, but only after I initiated contact. Rarely would an answer actually be given, just vague or often non-useful information was provided. I contacted them by phone at first and explained what I was looking to buy, my budget, and my time frame. After that most calls were answered with a text, which is not my preferred form of communication. Overall I was left underwhelmed and looking for a new realtor. Update: Jessica's response explains my experience fairly well. Interestingly, I was working with her partner Greg. read more

We are very happy with Kaylee Eisenhauer helping us buy a home in the Camas-Washougal area. With more cash buyers entering the market (and bidding well over ask at times), I think this should be better anticipated when running comps so that clearer expectations are set around offers. That being said, Kaylee and the rest of the team were incredibly responsive, professional, and successful in getting us a home that fit our needs. read more

Kaylee Eisenhauer acted as my buyer's agent when I bought my first house. She (backed by the rest of The Eisenhauer Team) got me the house I wanted. She's hard-working, dedicated, energetic, experienced, and always professional. read more

Jessica Eisenhauer helped us sell our house in 2017, and since then, I have been a big fan of Jessica. Before getting to know Jessica, I had worked with many real estate agents, but they fell short of my expectations. Jessica had everything I hoped a real estate agent would have. Four years have passed. This time, we needed to sell our house and buy a new one. Many things have changed, but Jessica has not. I cannot express all of her good qualities here, but I can give you a few examples. As a listing agent: 1) A good appraiser. She determines sales price based on comparable sales like an appraiser, not just based on Zestimate or Redfin Estimate. 2) A good director. Jessica gave us detailed instruction on how to stage the house for listing. On the photo shoot day, she took a broom herself to clean the yard, and directed us and photographer what to do so that our house is shown in the best light. Thanks to these, we got multiple offers, and our house was sold $65K above the listing. As a buyer's agent: 3) A good negotiator. She constantly communicated the listing agent to get the latest info and advised on modifying our offer. As a result, we could get our dream house at a reasonable price. I will continue to use Jessica as long as I live in this area. read more

We met Jessica back in 2023 when we were considering selling a condo we owned in Vancouver. We contacted a few agents but Jess was the most responsive. When we met, she came fully prepared and brought a binder with the area comps and background on her company. We weren't in a hurry to sell but we were open to a potential buyer viewing the property before it hit the market. We decided to keep the property another year and then reached out again to Jess in 2024 to see how the market was in the PNW. This was a second home and. we were living out of state. She met with me in person again and we listed the house. We had two buyers with cash offers after only three days on the market. We sold for more than list price and closed in 30 days. During escrow and closing Jessica kept us informed almost daily and all went very smooth. Her knowledge of the market in Vancouver was only surpassed by her passion and energy! if you are seeking an honest real estate agent who cares about YOU, then call Jessica. you will not be disappointed. read more

Kaylee Eisenhauer is one of the top RE agents we have ever used. She found a house in one day and we made an offer and was later accepted. We looked at many houses when Kaylee brought us to a new development by Linnar Homes in Ridgefield. She has follwed and directed the escrow process and kept us out of pitfalls. She has also provided a list of referrals to handle the little things that have come up after closing. She is very knowledgeable of tax implications and market. problems that come up. The Eisenhauer Team was my purchasing agent when I bought my home in 2017. So when I got married and I decided to sell my home in 2020 I turned to them again. Their knowledge of the market and local area makes a lot of difference. Come to find out, Jessica grew up just down the road from my house. You can't get much more local than that. From the moment I contacted them for a market analysis meeting to the signing of closing papers, Jessica was available, friendly and knowledgeable. She walked me thru the various marketing and negotiating strategies, and explained in layman's terms what some of the more complicated verbiage in the agreements meant. I'm a "repeat customer" because the team takes the time to make the process effortless for people who don't do this everyday. If the time comes to sell again, I will use The Eisenhauer Team. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home. read more

Jessica and Kaylee did a great job finding us the right house. They are smart and reliable and know the market well, but most importantly they listened carefully to what we said and didn't waste our time showing us properties that didn't meet our criteria. They were prepared to spend months with us, as we'd warned them we intended to be fussy. Luckily they found us a place we loved on day two. They followed through and helped us with every step of the process after we made our decision. We we're moving to Vancouver from Washington, DC, and we asked our realtor there, who is regularly rated one of the best in the area, to recommend realtors in Vancouver. He did his research and told us the Eisenhauer team were the realtors we wanted. He was right. read more

I found Jessica almost 6 years ago when I called the number on a "for sale" sign in front of a house she had listed. I was immediately impressed by her, not only because she actually answered the phone herself and was immediately available to help, but because she was so incredibly down to earth and forthcoming. The house I was looking at was a short sale, which I admittedly knew nothing about; I soon came to find that Jessica is an expert on short sales. She broke it down for me and was really honest about how complicated and frustrating the short sale process can be. She didn't sugar coat it or give me false hope about the process, which I really appreciated. We ended up buying a different house through Jessica a few months later and I never once wished I had picked a different realtor. Jessica and her team (including her husband and father) showed us numerous houses and everyone was incredibly nice and low pressure. We definitely felt that Jessica had our best interest in mind and wanted us to find the house that worked for us, not just any house she wanted to sell. The Eisenhauer team are some of the friendliest, most down to earth realtors you will ever find. She made us feel comfortable and was great about explaining everything to us, which was really helpful since the house we ended up buying was a short sale. Jessica eventually helped both my mom and mother-in-law buy houses in Vancouver and she made both of those experiences go smoothly as well. I can't speak highly enough about the Eisenhauer Team and Jessica! You won't find any complaints here. read more

Jessica helped me buy a home in 2013 and then sell it in 2015. Both of these processes were extremely successful! When I bought, the house was a perfect fit! Jessica worked around my schedule, listened to what I was looking for, and found a great house for me. Two years later I decided to sell and opted to use The Eisenhauer Team again. Jessica was quick to respond and had great advice. I don't think the sale of my home could have gone any better. I will definitely use the Eisenhauer Team again and would highly recommend them read more

Our experience with the Eisenhauer Team was mostly with Becky and Greg! They were both fantastic! Becky was always clear and quick to respond to our questions and concerns. She helped guide us as first time home buyers and made the process shockingly smooth. We only looked for homes for one day before we put an offer in on a home but she and Greg happily facilitated viewings the homes we were interested and suggested others as well. During the purchasing process a tree fell on our soon-to-be home (due to several bad winter storms) and she was quick to address the issue with us and following up with the seller's agent to make sure the issue was taken care of before closing and was well done. I would highly recommend Becky, Greg, and the whole Eisenhauer team as a buyers agents. If we ever chose to sell our home they would also be the first we would go to! read more

Greg and Jessica are amazing realtors! I have worked with them on two home purchases now and they have given me great advice and done a great job negotiating for what was needed. They also got right back to me when I had a question or needed anything. In the most recent case, we had to work with a short selling bank and they knew all the tricks to get it to move quickly through the banks process. I had heard this could take several months, but they got it done in a few weeks! (-: I also have a friend that used Greg and Jessica to sell his home. It was a short sale too. He was VERY Happy. read more

My house was lovely, but very unusual! Jesssica came up with a great marketing plan and it sold for a price I was happy with. She made the entire process run smoothly, and was responsive throughout. I had interviewed four realtors to list my house. The other three seemed put off by how unusual my house was and wanted to push me to accept a lower asking price. One of the 'top' realtors in Clark County suggested a low asking price. Jessica sold my house for 100k above what the other realtor suggested! I would have done myself a massive disservice by going with anybody but Jessica to sell my house read more
