I was overwhelmed with the prospect, but ready to make a big change. From start to finish, Lindsay made the process far smoother than I could have imagined. From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Lindsay was enthusiastic, professional, and fun to work with. She was highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority. She had creative solutions for every snag I hit, and she helped me take my home from a chaotic mess to beautifully staged and photographed perfection. At each step in the whole process, Lindsay came through with her commitment to excellence. Her knowledge is first-rate; she made certain my home was priced correctly and got me the best deal possible. We were under contract within a day of hitting the market. She ensured every detail was taken care of; I never had to worry that something would be missed. Lindsay was on top of it! Throughout our journey, Lindsay demonstrated immense patience and understanding of my situation. Whatever I needed, whatever I was worried about, she took it all in stride. She went out of her way to provide me with every resource and showed up for me time and time again. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much, Lindsay. I absolutely could not have done it without you.  Bonus: If you're a dog lover, make sure you ask to meet Max and Zoey. Her furry "co-workers" are such a joy!

She is an expert at staging and has many connections to help make your home shine above the rest. She rolled up her sleeves and got right to work at our side to make our home as marketable as possible in a difficult market and competitive area. We had a less than perfect scenario where we ran into problems along the way with a sale falling through and some issues with our home that were unbeknownst to us. Lindsay had an infectious positive attitude throughout the process. She didn't see problems, just challenges to be overcome. Although we were at times discouraged, Lindsay inspired us to continue to see the light at the end of the tunnel. With Lindsay's help, we ended up getting a sale on our home at a fair price with reasonable concessions by both parties. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Lindsay again and will recommend her to everyone I know.

In case you're the Reader's Digest type, let me quickly get this out of the way: Hire Jamohl. Just…read morebe prepared to be disappointed when nearly every other professional in any other industry does not live up to his dedication to his clients, or have his mystical ability to make you feel like you are, in fact, his only client, that he was put on this good green and blue earth to work for. Jamohl was a friend's referral, and when I introduced myself, I made sure to make our situation as unattractive as possible - we were selling a condo, with an HOA board that was seemingly on the verge of levying a monumental special assessment on unit owners. A lot was still unknown, though, and I wondered if we even had any chance at marketing the place given the uncertainty. No matter! Almost instantly, Jamohl was already working for us, researching and checking in on how another listing was approaching the situation. This set the tone for everything to follow. Among Jamohl's many talents, 'Vendor Wrangler' must be near the top. We decided to make our place sparkle a little bit more while we awaited word on the assessment, and not only did he have incredible contractor connections that bid at fantastic prices, but he did the vast majority of the actual coordinating, too. When we finally listed and then had a solid offer in hand - but with several repair conditions required before closing - he performed much the same magic. This was one of the most stressful periods of our lives, but I know without a doubt, I would have been a puddle on the ground if we didn't have the support that Jamohl provided. Finally, when it came time to make a deal on the house we were buying, Jamohl made an extra effort to make sure the deal didn't falter when the seller balked at one of our requests. I can't tell you how many open houses we went to, where we walked away after interacting with the realtor just so incredibly reassured and relieved that we were lucky enough to be working with Jamohl instead. He is the face of what this profession should look like.

Over the past year, I had been casually looking online for a new home. We were happy in our current home, but if the "perfect" house popped up on the market, we were definitely willing to move. During 4th of July weekend, the home we had been waiting for finally appeared on the market. I texted Laurie at 8pm asking if we could tour the home the next morning. Laurie was super flexible and made it work, even with her busy schedule. She took us to the property we were interested in, as well as a few other homes so we had some comparables. We never felt rushed during the process and if we asked Laurie for her opinion, she was honest and very insightful! By the afternoon, my husband and I decided to make an offer on the house! However, we had to list and sell our current home in order to purchase the new one! Within ~72 hours, Laurie was able to list/sell our home, and get our offer submitted/accepted for the new house. During the close process, we ran into a few unforeseen obstacles (none of which any of us had control over). However, Laurie did everything she could to move things forward and ensure none of the deals fell through. I'm thrilled to say that my husband and I just moved into our new home a few weeks ago (after finishing some renovations), and truly couldn't be happier! Without Laurie's work ethic, organization, expert knowledge, and positive attitude, we truly couldn't have made all of this happen in such a short amount of time! THANKS LAURIE!!

She helped us throughout the entire home buying process, even though we weren't located in Oregon at the time, which was a huge help. She even came to our new home after we moved in to bring us gifts and see how everything was going. Long story: My husband and I were moving from Colorado to Oregon and needed a realtor who could show us around while we were in town looking for a week, as well as check out houses when we weren't in town. During our visit, Laurie did a wonderful job of not only setting up showings at the houses we wanted to see but also recommending a few more she thought we might like. We didn't find the house in the first trip, but she stayed in touch with us when we were back in Colorado. When we did find one that we liked, she drove over and Facetimed with us so we could get a virtual tour. She let us know the pros and cons of the house and neighborhood so we could make a decision. She was very much on top of things when we decided to put in an offer and because of that we got it! Since we weren't living in Oregon yet, having her nearby the house was very helpful. She met with the inspector and made sure any questions we had about the process and the house were answered quickly and to the best of her knowledge. We could get in touch with her via email, text, phone call. She always made herself accessible, and if she was in the middle of a showing, she let us know when she would be available. Overall, a wonderful first home buying experience, and we have Laurie to thank for that. We will definitely work with her again and recommend her to others!

Laura grew up here so she knows the area inside and out. Laura searched whatever parameters we wanted, and when we wanted to tweak our parameters from time to time, she did so with no complaint. When we did our own searching online, she gladly took us to see anything we wanted, but she was also able to warn us if the homes we had found backed up to a busy road or were in a less desirable area, which saved us time. She even answered all of our questions about living in the Pacific Northwest, which was very helpful as we are new to this climate and culture. One thing that stands out to both my husband and myself was that at one point in the process, we changed our minds from buying new construction to buying a home that was 6 years old. When we told Laura about our decision, she did what we wanted without question and without trying to talk us out of our decision. She just went straight to helping us get details about the 6-year-old home, even though this would mean more work for her and probably less commission. She really just wanted us to find what would work best for our family. We ended up buying new construction in the end. I got the feeling throughout this process that Laura just really loves what she does. She's so knowledgeable about the the whole process and she's very good at explaining what is happening within the process. We felt safe knowing that she was helping us find the right home for our family. She was quick to respond to texts and phone calls, even though she had other things going on... it was summer and she had family in town visiting. Her personality was a perfect fit for us... professional, kind, easy to talk to, not overbearing, etc. By the end of the process, it really felt as though she were a good friend, and not just our real estate agent. Laura was really there for us from start to finish! I would highly recommend Laura to anyone, and would definitely use her services again if we ever have to move again.
