Joy was my hygienist and she was skilled and very pleasant, and my husband had the same good things to say about Jennifer, his hygienist, as well. Expected that our initial visit would include cleanings, but found that we needed to schedule two more visits to get that completed and unable to schedule closer than 6 weeks out, but was put on a cancellation list in an effort to get in sooner, so that was unexpected, but okay. Had anticipated Dr. Kessler would be my dentist since I said, "I'd like to make an appointment with Dr.Kessler," when I made the appointment, but Dr. Phillips was the dentist who did our consultation, and she was great! She gave a thorough explanation and very good advice, even suggesting a procedure that would be less costly for me, as the patient, because it would prevent a possible complication which could have an negative aesthetic result for me, and I certainly appreciated that, as a former dentist I had been to had suggested an implant for that tooth, and was quite adamant about that. They did offer a special oral cancer screening for an extra $30 fee, each, but that is something everyone should have done, and the price was reasonable in my estimation. They also gave us a welcome bag containing some very nice items, unexpected, but very much appreciated. So far, so good!

I felt like my dental assistant was especially concerned with making sure that everything was as sterile as possible and she wasn't touching her own hair or face during my cleaning. She did a great job with my cleaning, totally pain free and didn't push for me to have other services and the dentist relied on my somewhat recent ex-rays. The dentist was friendly and gave me a quick check over. No wait and finished quickly. Very happy with their service.

They educate you of the various services they have but do not push them. They use a strong water pick system for teeth cleaning. It can feel a bit sharp but you can tell it is a great clean. Professional dentist, but unacceptable and disrespectful staff behavior…read more I had a fractured tooth from clenching while exercising and had a crown placed, which unfortunately fell out after only a week. When I returned to have it fixed, the dentist was highly professional and apologetic. However, the behavior of the dental assistant/nurse/ staff member was completely unacceptable. While waiting with numbing agent in my mouth, I needed assistance and raised my hand twice. The the dental assistant/nurse/ staff member did not respond. When I later brought it up, her response felt dismissive and disrespectful. When I expressed my discomfort to the dentist and asked for a different assistant, he went to the front desk. Instead of resolving the issue, the same dental assistant/nurse/ staff member returned to the room, which made the situation feel worse instead of resolved. This lack of basic empathy and professionalism led me to go directly to the front desk to ask for accountability. Ultimately, the owner had to step in to complete the procedure. While he was kind, understood my frustration, and tried to defuse the situation, the fact remains that patients should never feel ignored, dismissed, or disrespected during dental care, especially when they are already in pain and vulnerable. I stood up for my self-respect, but I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of care and professionalism from the dental assistant/nurse/staff member here.

Dr. Arhiri quickly put me at ease when I first met him (I just walked in w/o appt to check out the office) and he and his wife Flori, who runs the front desk, greeted me warmly and took time to show me around and address all of my questions. After several weeks of work and almost a full mouth reconstruction, I am happy with my new smile and feel like I have made some new friends as well. I would highly recommend this practice. Dr. Arhiri is a perfectionist, and really takes his time and cares about his work. Very appreciated in a time when you are just a number in most practices. My wife needed Invisalign, and we chose to pay our portion upfront to receive a discount -- trusting the practice to handle billing properly. Phoenixville Dental was supposed to file two insurance claims. The first was filed and paid without issue. The second, however, appeared to be filed incorrectly and was denied. Rather than investigating the denial with the insurance company, the Office Manager billed us directly and threatened to send the balance to collections -- despite our spotless payment history and her inability to explain why the claim was denied. After lengthy back and forth, she asked us to pay out of pocket temporarily while she re-filed the claim. We agreed, trusting her. That was a mistake. She later claimed the claim had been filed, but offered no proof, and it did not appear on our insurance portal. After repeated follow-ups, she finally sent us a copy -- and the lack of detail on the claim was striking. It was denied again. To make matters worse, treatment was never completed. The practice was sold to a new doctor who showed some initial willingness to continue, but eventually informed us he hadn't been paid for the work and therefore could not proceed. We lost money, time, and still didn't receive the care we paid for. We would not recommend this practice.

I found this dentist from a list through my insurance. I took my kids there for their annual check…read moreups. Both had check ups eight months before,both had, had no cavities and no issues. After a check up at Loesberg I was informed that one of my kids had six cavities and my other child had nine cavities. I was shocked I couldn't believe that this had happened over eight months! I took them for a second and third opinion. One of my kids had two cavities at both the second and third opinions. My other child has ZERO cavities and both the second and third opinion. BEWARE of this con artist!!! One of the dentist told me they had seen several patients from Loesberg with the same issue!!
