I called them to get some information about when a movie would be shown and the gentleman that helped me gave me more information than I asked for and but it was helpful and needed. Then we went to the theater and we were greeted with a huge smile. Then before the movie started we ordered and the server throughout the movie was the best server. She took care of our needs and even more. Then there was a problem with the billing and I was overcharged accidentally. It happens. How you judge the situation is how was handled. It was handled immediately with grace and respect and I could not have been more pleased. This will be the only theater I ever go to.

First time since they went to scanning QR code for food and drink vs ordering in person or on the sheet of paper. QR code was not easy for us or the other couple we were with. We ordered first and got our drinks last and two separate times . No notification, unless in very small print, that automatic 18% and if you don't close out your tab (not easy) you'll be charged an addition 5%. We sat on the second to back row as we know from the past, the back row does not recline. Our 5 seats in a row did not recline. After the show we talked to the person at the desk and he showed no sympathy or concern for our experience. We asked how we could know what seats in the future do not recline and he said he didn't know . Because there was no concern about our experience, not sure if we will come back again. In addition their bar/ tap room never seems open. When they are the bartenders are fine but just hours not predictable. When a struggling business doesn't care about the customer, why give them return business.

My only complaint is that it was freezing inside, so definitely bring a blanket or jacket. They also have a nice mix of current releases and classic films.
