I stay away from buying meat here because of the poor quality. Extremely deceptive and if i can't trust them with something as simple as getting fresh meat, how can I trust them with anything else. Only reason for two stars instead of one is their beer selection and their price compared to the take out at the local bars. You're better off at Weis in Hamlin or Shoprite in Daleville.

Would it hurt to allow people a little over the 15 items to use the self checkout. More people working at the deli counter and that old grouch that was there is no longer cutting cold cuts. You do have to watch them because I found on several occasions the items in my order are mismarked with the wrong item.

What made the experience worse was how dismissive and rude the interaction felt when I tried to ask about it. If customers are given a shopping deadline, the store should honor that time instead of starting orders hours early and then blaming the customer for missing items. It completely defeats the purpose of offering online ordering convenience. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

She is always thoughtful , kind, helpful and always advises if I do not use my points by a certain date if a applicable, I could receive a five dollar coupon to be used within two weeks and or items I could receive a discount on. My father was a supermarker manager in the 60s for Safeway and then Finest. in the 70s, he was a district manager for Finest. Gina exemplifies "Each" day, what an organization desires their team members to be. I grew up in the supermarket world working with my dad in my teenage years. I certainly know what life is working in the supermarket environment. I shop twice a week at Weis, and seeing her and having her check me out Is one of the highlights of my week. This shop was very large, bright and clean. The shelves were well stocked and everyone was helpful (especially navigating your way through this food warehouse.) They are in a shopping center (strip mall) so there is plenty of parking. It may get more challenging during peak periods, but that's to be expected. They have a good (and well stocked) meat department and a robust supply of fresh and frozen fish. There is a good bakery with plenty of selections of cakes, cookies and breads. There are many freezers of frozen foods too. There was an impressive supply fresh fruits and vegetables which are also strategically located around the prepared foods, cheeses, specialty gourmet items and deli. They seemed to have some good sales of which to take advantage. The cashiers smile, say hello and thank you for shopping at their store. This was a great experience for a Long Islander very used to our exceptional amounts of markets and strip malls. KUDOs to the team at Aharts.
