It's…read moredifficult to pick where to begin in writing a review for her, but I will start with that hiring Amiee was the best decision I made. When I hired Amiee in October 2023, I had only booked our venue, HMUA, and photographer. I was having a very difficult time finding a caterer. My husband and I were on a fairly tight budget. We were gifted money from both sides of our families for our wedding but would be covering a significant portion ourselves. I received a few quotes from caterers that were simply not feasible for our budget. Even ones my friends had recommended from pre covid and through 2021 had drastically increased their prices since then, and it seemed some had altogether gone out of business. At that point, I hired Amiee as I realized I needed a professional to help navigate this critical element of the wedding. We ended up hiring Amiee's catering team for our wedding, and they were our saving grace. Prior to the wedding, Amiee and her team set up a beautiful tasting for my husband and I, that felt like a romantic date night in itself. At the wedding, the food was fantastic, with my cousin exclaiming at one point during dinner "This food isn't just good for a wedding , it's GOOD GOOD!" It's been a few weeks since our wedding and my husband's boss was still talking about the food at work last week, same with my mom. I personally do not believe you will find any caterer in the Sonoma or Napa area that will provide the elevated dining experience and quality of cuisine for the affordable rate we had, and we are so grateful for that. Beyond the food, I deeply valued Amiee's breadth of wedding experience, spanning decades. A planner like Amiee has seen it all, and there is nothing she can't anticipate. She went above and beyond, helping me with some DIY tasks I simply could not complete myself due to the fact that I live 500 miles away from Sonoma. She stepped up and ensured that the day of my wedding I was not burdened with any set up tasks, and could just focus on sipping mimosas and enjoying my morning with my loved ones. Amiee also became a confidant and friend over the course of our year working together. She listened to my rants, provided wisdom, and shared many laughs. Ultimately, our wedding was everything we wanted it to be because of Amiee. We are forever grateful for the role she played during this chapter of our lives. If you hire Amiee, she will exceed your expectations. She is not only a professional, but deep down a romantic who loves love & her clients love stories. She will do whatever it takes to honor yours and ensure your wedding is everything you dreamed it would be. Thank you Amiee, we are so grateful. Cassidy and Ty

I understand COVID presented her (along with many others in the industry) really challenging times. I don't want your entire judgement of her to be based off of my review and I do think she could be a good caterer. Because of the distance and the short time frame, I decided to look into having a wedding planner. After much online searching, I came across Amy Bridges Events! Amy Bridges is SUCH a SWEETHEART!! She really helped put my mind at ease. Even though I signed up for the month-of package, she graciously answered any queries I had before that. My now Mother-in-law and I met up with Amy at Mark West Lodge in August 2010. Our wedding was to be the end of September. I felt even more assured after meeting her in person. What's great is that with all of my stressing and worrying about all the tiny details, Amy still swoops in and does the rest! I'm the type to worry that if I don't do it, it won't get done or done right....but with Amy I didn't have to worry!! Everything looked so beautiful and perfect. The best thing I can say is that all of our guests LOVED our wedding! They thought it was the most fun they had ever had. This is where I give props to Amy Bridges!!! :-D She has her clipboard and notes in hand, a smile on her face, and such a positive attitude. If anything did go wrong, I never knew about it! She was also excellent at email communication. So if there are any brides out there wanting to have a destination wedding in Northern California, have no qualms about contacting Amy. Even when I needed to change the cake baker for our wedding cake, she helped me through that. She is the perfect go-between person that you will want for your wedding. It's stressful enough as it is...you really need that person to lean on and trust!! Thanks again, Amy! We have really beautiful memories from our wedding day, and you helped with that! J. and C.

Well - I am a girl of my word. When my now husband proposed, one of the first phone calls I made was to Morgan at Spreading Lovely. Morgan is EXCEPTIONAL at what she does. From the moment I hired her, I already felt a sense of peace knowing that I had the best possible person in place to execute my wedding to perfection... Morgan and her team did exactly that. Morgan was hired for month of coordination services. From our first meeting it was clear that her primary goal was to make and keep me happy - I felt her genuine care and concern around every detail. She was so "locked in" at that meeting that it was clear NOTHING would slip through the cracks. Through the entire experience, it felt like I was working with an absolute pro and also a genuine friend. Morgan always had my interests and well-being in mind and knew exactly what to do in every scenario. Morgan went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my day was special, flawless and exactly what I was dreaming of. I am forever grateful to Morgan and her team. They gave me the greatest gift of all - the ability to LET GO. As an admitted control freak and professional wedding planner - handing over your day to someone else to run with is scary. Well... not with Morgan at the helm of the ship. When the day of the wedding came, the unthinkable happened - I did not worry about a single detail. If you knew me, you'd realize what an insane feat this is. This is the true testament of Morgan and her greatness. If you are looking for a wedding planner that is equal parts professional, bad ass and kind - look no further then Morgan Miller!

After interviewing a ton of other planners and partial planners that all seemed to blur together, talking to Morgan was like talking to a friend. She has a calm demeanor, but you can see she has a passion for what she does and excitement she brings to all of her clients. That passion was evident throughout the entire process and her calmness was such an asset when any issue or stress-point would come up. The entire process was a joy, which I know is not the case in wedding planning so often. Morgan was able to create a design brief from our all-over-the-board style to a cohesive look and feel for the wedding that was even more beautiful than I could have imagined, but still felt so us. She helped us find rentals for what we could rent and pointed us in the direction for the cheapest options to buy other items which was so helpful. The end result was not only stunning, but more importantly stress-free for us and our parents which was the most important thing we wanted out of a planner. Numerous guests, after-the-fact, commented how all of us just looked so happy and stress-free. Guests pick up on that, and they were totally right - we were able to completely enjoy ever minute of the wedding weekend. Both my husband and I cannot say enough good things about Morgan. Hire her today - you will not regret it!

Although I had a skeleton or idea of what my husband & I wanted our wedding to look like (color scheme, concept boards, size of venue, timelines, etc.), she was able to help really clarify details, bring in new suggestions, and point out so many things that we didn't even think of. As an event planner, it was comforting to know that she had experience with so many different ceremonies and parties, whether it be events in banquet halls or ceremonies in the SF Civic Center. Her funny, yet serious, personality made it easier to relax and build trust with her. She was easy to get ahold of (but then again, I wasn't exactly the type of bride that reached out to her constantly - not that it's a bad thing!) What she helped us accomplish was incredible. She - assisted in planning - reached out to vendors if we were experiencing trouble - sat down with us and laid everything out to help create a visual - coordinated with vendors prior to the wedding day and on the actual day - executed the timeline & worked alongside the DJ as MC My husband & I began planning a formal and small (120 guests) event only 5 months prior, and Kristine was able to come in a month before the wedding and accomplish so much with us and for us. Thanks so much to Catalyst Events!

She was with my daughter and her fiancé every step of the planning process. Diana is thoughtful, kind, and extremely professional. We had some last minute changes and she handled them with ease. She came up with things I wouldn't have thought of myself (personalized stickers for the favor bags and personalized napkins) and did a great job bringing my vision to life. During the party she paid keen attention to everything, so I didn't have to. Instead of pouring drinks and checking on food, I spent my time with my friends and family - many of whom I hadn't seen since before my daughter was born. If you entrust her with your event, you'll be able to rest easy knowing every element will be executed flawlessly. On top of all that, she's very enjoyable to work with. I'd hire her again a heartbeat.

I originally talked through some of my budget concerns for planning services and how my husband and I planned to do the front end work and were looking for someone to hand it over to the last month or so. We wanted to be able to relax and enjoy our big day, and be able to trust whomever we hired to take over and run the show. Sarah was that person!!! Sarah was great with reaching out and connecting all of our vendors, guiding me in the creation of our wedding day timeline, and offering wonderful vendor recommendations like hair, make-up, etc. We ended up changing our transportation vendor a few weeks before the wedding, and Sarah was on top of it all. In hindsight, I should have let Sarah run the whole thing from the beginning and saved myself a lot of stress and anxiety! Sarah definitely became much more than "day of". From the start she was proactive and communicative, and her attention to detail with all facets of the plan made me feel so comfortable and confident throughout the process. A month before the date of our wedding, COVID-19 (coronavirus) became a very real global pandemic and San Francisco quickly began to ban gatherings, restaurants and hotels were closing their doors, and air travel was being strongly discouraged - it was starting to become clear that our wedding was not going to go as planned for us or our guests. Sarah stepped right in with professionalism to communicate with all of our vendors and keep us ready for the worst case scenario, while also helping me keep my poise and spirit high in dealing with such a curveball. Ultimately, our wedding has been postponed to later this year and sadly, we will not be able to work together again as she has moved on to her next chapter and taken her life back east to New York. I HIGHLY recommend Sarah to anyone in New York looking not just for a "day of" wedding coordinator but a trusted associate throughout the roller coaster that wedding planning can be - her presence cannot be overstated. All the best to you and your family, Sarah. We are lucky to have been able to work with you!
