Earlier this year, I had an appointment with Jeremiah Gonzalez, and he made comments that I felt were inappropriate. As a young woman, they made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I also had an appointment with their allergist, and it was very difficult to get her to answer the phone or return my calls. She performed a prick test and told me I had multiple allergies. She suggested immunotherapy. I got a second opinion, and it turns out I don't actually have any allergies. Overall, I was really disappointed with my experiences here and wanted to share this so other people can make an informed decision before going to this office.

She sits and listens to every word you have to say, has amazing bedside manner and answers back to your emails usually within the same day. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because the staff is super busy and it's hard for them to return phone calls promptly. I could understand the frustration for people that are trying to get through over the phone and can't. The best way to get a hold of them is through email.

Everyone always had a smile on their face. From the nurses and Dr. Rahn, to the radiation techs, who had to put up with my stories, to the ladies up front. These ladies along with the office manager, went so far past above and beyond, they helped me so much. They would take it upon themselves to handle the dentist problem I was having. The manager wrote a professional letter that I would give to the border guards every day when I crossed. This may sound crazy, but I looked forward to going every day, even though I was going for radiation treatments. I sincerely want to thank everybody for making a crappy situation, extremely bearable. My only complaint is the parking lot. For the amount of patients and the family member or friend or caregiver that have to be there with each patient to drive them home, there is not enough parking spots. The parking lot is very small so even if you are there to just drop off or pick up, it's still too tight to turn around to get out the parking lot.
