Jenny has done my nails for the past 5 years and all I can say is she is truly one of the best nail artist in the world. Jenny does all of her art freehand and it is absolutely stunning I always get tons of compliments. Jenny goes above and beyond to make sure all her customers are happy and satisfied which is very nice considering I've been to many salons prior to finding Jenny which never treated me half as respectful and amazing as this salon does. I can't say enough amazing things about Jenny and her amazing staff as they all are very kind the salon is extremely clean and brand new! I would recommend going here for anyone that is interested in talent and beautiful designs. Jenny doesn't do those ugly traditional flowers she uses amazing crystals and jewels, she does 3D designs and has a wide variety of beautiful colors to select from including gel! All of my friends and strangers compliment me every single time I leave this salon I am so blessed to have found Jenny and love her to death I hope that you will consider visiting her as I truly have gone all across Southern California for my nails since I was 10 years old and can say for the last 5 years I have found truly the most gifted nail artist in the world!!!! read more

Came here once because my favorite shop up the street was closed for an emergency. This shop hasn't been updated in a very long time and is not very nice inside. But that wasn't my main issue. The gal that did my nails filed them so that they pointed to one side. When I pointed this out she told me my nail was crooked. She seemed put out when I asked her to file them straight (like every other shop I've ever been too). Also the gel color I chose looked completely different than the sample. Never coming here again. I had acrylic on my nails and I asked for the nail technician to remove it and then give me a gel manicure. She then proceeded to take a new nail tip and shove it under the acrylic and I instantly pulled my hand back because it hurt so bad! I told her that it hurt and she just said okay and continued to try it again. I then told her to stop doing that again, I looked down and blood was coming out from under nail. She cracked my nail horizontally in half!! After the service was done she still charged me full price for a bloody cracked nail!!! read more

This place is VERY SPECIAL! They make me feel like a queen whenever I walk in. I have been going here for 10 years and won't go anywhere else. They make me feel like I'm a member of the family. Cindy the owner is wonderful and is so friendly! I often ask for shoulder massage and extra massage on my feet and the girls go above and beyond. They are also polite and listen to your requests. I came here for the first time last week and I made an appointment for 3. They weren't free until 3:30 so already I felt a little disappointed by this place. Despite this, I decided to stick around because of the good yelp reviews I thought It'd be worth it. Now, I am actually very picky about getting my nails done. I look for a place that takes its time and is friendly and welcoming, unfortunately the only thing this place did was take its time. As for the nails themselves, I've had better nails done for better prices but I guess that's okay if the service is good but to me it really wasn't and to make matters worse within a week my nail broke. I hadn't been doing any heavy work or anything out of the ordinary to expect this outcome so I hope you can understand when I say I was surprised this happened and also even more surprised and actually disappointed when I was charged to get it fixed :( It's safe to say I will not be coming back to this place. read more

I have been coming here for about 7 years. They are generally lovely people. Sadly I am not coming back. Cindy, the owner, is very sweet and good at her job. So she's busy. When I come without an appt. I don't expect to get anyone in particular. However, invariably when I make an appt. with Cindy somehow she never finishes me herself. They take walk-ins for eyebrow and any waxing required. Cindy is the only one capable of this service apparently. So, in the middle of whatever I'm getting done she leaves to do some waxing. At times someone comes to take over, others I just wait. The result is I don't get the quality I want when I make an appt. with her. I am back today to fix CRACKS in gels I had done TWO days ago. So regretfully I will find another shop. read more

I've only gone here because it's close to my house so obviously it's convenient, I used to go there all the time but stopped because they never got my nail shape down the way I liked it. I always had to take the file from them and shape them myself and try always hassled me..Given that stiletto nails are so damn trendy right now you'd think they could get down simple pointed nails!!!! Not vampy nothing crazy just a nice oval shape with a slight fucking point.... Anyway I thought if give this place another shot and I walk in and tell them I need a full set the guy goes back and gets another nail tech and she asks me what I need and I tell her a full set and she asked pointy or regular so I tell her pointy! She tells me that shape just takes forever and kept going on about how fucking time consuming it is....the place was empty by the way so I asked her if anyone comes here requesting that shape she said no and I asked her if she knew how and she said no.... Really? This place is fucking ridiculous... Shit customer service and outdated styles... They need to step their game up read more

This is my go-to nail salon! It's spacious, well-lit, and very clean. I usually get Paula (AKA Phuong) for my pedicure and LOVE her. She is so sweet and personable, and shows genuine interest without coming off as being nosy. But most importantly, she does an awesome job on my little piggies. She takes her time and pays attention to detail. As for my manicure, I always, always, always ask for Tina (AKA Lan). I don't usually like how technicians shape my nails but Tina an exception. She does it perfectly (squared and slightly rounded) without me saying a word. Service here is always friendly and I've never had to wait long (I've noticed that there are at least 6 technicians on any given day). I always call ahead just to make sure they can accommodate me, though. FYI, I don't usually get nail art so I don't have anything to say about that. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try :) read more
