On his follow-up call, he insisted that I pay him the full amount asking price to go forward. I told him I was not about to give him tens of thousands of dollars sight un-seen without first sending a vehicle inspector first. He kept referring to the money back guarantee as the safe guard and that after he had the money, if the inspection was not satisfactory, I could get my money back. I refused and told him that I would have an inspector there the next day and if the car was as presented, I would wire the money. The next day the inspector called me and said in 20 years of inspecting cars, he had never had a seller make more excuses of being too busy or was not available to show him the car! I decided to do research. This entity is a Florida LLC (the dealership is in Barnhart Missouri) and when you Google the picture of supposed building, it is an office building, not a car lot. Despite insisting that I pay up front before I got to see or inspect the car, my guess is he never had it. Just my guess
