My boots looked great. He cleaned them up nicely. The heels looked great too. These are my absolute favorite shoes, Lord & Taylor. On to Saturday. I was in my shoes for a total of 3 hours. About 2 hous in is when I noticed they were peeling. I was getting so many compliments on my shoes and I looked down and I can see the peeling pieces poking out the side from under the ball of my foot. I contacted Rafi first thing Monday and sent him a text with video. He is taking no responsibility. I feel like he was trying to do a good job. He replaced the heel tips and I believe he used some kind of cleaner on the shoes which caused them to peel . I definitely would not trust this business with expensive shoes! I went here because of the high revenues but I neglected to read the bad ones that include pictures of the workmanship or lack of. Big mistake! I feel bad about editing this review because so many people had bad experiences with him initially and initially my experience was great until I had a problem. Then he got defensive and deflected any and all responsibility. He worked hard to complete the service. I feel like he did a great job. I'm happy overall with the quality of the work.
