I grabbed a sale on Cherry Coke, but at checkout the math wasn't adding up. Thought I was supposed to get one free, turns out I was supposed to get two. The front end crew cracked the case quick, and before I knew it another employee was sprinting off to grab me an extra 6-pack. Clean store, friendly people, and they even made me walk out with more soda than I thought I'd scored.

One of the elecetronics employees worked, using all kinds of little pieces of things to get that usb slot freed of whatever was broken and stuck in it. He fixed it and I was able to print photos. Unfortunately, many of them weren't printed right, so I had to return to get them reprinted. An employee, Gael, helped me. He edited several photos and reprinted them for me, then helped me select a security camera. Super helpful and a true asset to the store and electronics dept. Gael is very young but, I see a great future in whatever he does. Kudos to him. I want to add that, I have never had an issue with returning any item here. Any employee that's helped me during a return has been really kind and respectful. ( wish I could remember the lady that helped me the last time I was there for a return. She was great!) Working in returns can be pretty unpleasant but, I have never been treated poorly there.

I never had issues with the cashiers. They are just happy to work, happy to do their jobs. They have good customer service skills. Well ever since the deli runs out of their fried chicken, I started to order their fried chicken for pick up. They add an extra $2 or so but it is worth it to me. Their prices for meats, chicken, fruits, and vegetables are too high for me even though I own many properties. Their quality and service are stellar. I just cannot afford to shop here all the time lol Be careful in the parking lot. People speed like bats out of hell and do not stop for you or for young kids. They will however stop for a shopping cart but that is because they don't want their car to be ruined. Watch over your kids very very closely.

First off, if you don't know, bring a quarter so you can rent a shopping cart. You get your quarter back when you bring the cart back. Also, bring shopping bags to bag your groceries. The store can get rather backed up, so suggest to go early. Great selection of fruits and veggies as well as so many other products. Pricing was actually a bit better than others. Store appeared clean and spacious enough to not be on top of other shoppers. Checkout line did back up. They have self service lanes also.

It was stocked to the rim and the necessities that are hard to find can be found there like toilet paper, paper towels, chicken, creamer, milk, etc. no hand sanitizer but I was very happy with all that I got. Everything is nice and spacious and clean. Each cash register also has a place for the carts to park when they are checking out. That is new. I'm so happy this will be my go to Aldi until Wesley Chapels is finished. But since that new one is next to the outlet mall, I'm sure it will be a big zoo. So this will prob be my go to Aldi!

This is a locally owned small business that has just moved to this location & space.
