Your baking skills are outstanding, each layer couldn't be better than the other. Somewhere between the soft flaky pastry of apple pie and TWO scoops of vanilla ice-cream my vision became clouded. But eventually regained focus and I closed in on the main event... Spiced Apple Cake The artistry of your design was phenomenal. Most people may be able to admit to spinning out a box cake. Only the true and probably brave dance with the French and draw out packages of apples and nuts to deliver such an impressive piece of art. You are very creative, excellent at improvisation and made a layered cake that looked absolutely beautiful. This cake was delicious. Super moist, rich, deep complex flavors. I am so pleased with the 3 tier cake Stardust Cakes by Sara did for my parents anniversary party. The flavor was out of this world delicious and topped off with the perfect frosting that accented the cake delightfully. Sara's cakes are the best I've had! My kids love her cakes, too. They never were fans of carrot cake, but after having a Stardust carrot cake, decorated for summer with an ice-cream cone/sprinkles on top, they want it again. The icing Sara uses to frost with is the best! It's not sugary and too sweet, just perfect. The kids, again, had the best comments about the frosting. I never liked red velvet of anything until I've tried Sara's red velvet cup cakes. It was so delicious that I ended up eating not only mine but also my husband's and half of my kids . When Sara bakes for a so special occasion she bakes as if she is baking it for herself. She goes above and beyond.
