By EOD Monday I heard nothing so I sent an email. There was no response and that is when I made a call and that is when there was a message they were not taking orders. I left a voice mail messaage regarding the order I made and heard nothing. I filed a complaint with PayPal. On Thursday, December 23, I finally did recieve an email indicating that I would have my money refunded. This is a very shoddy way of doing business. It has left a bad taste with me and will not do business with the bakery once the "relocation" is completed. Some points If you have not been taking orders since October why is there no indication of that on the website? Or better yet why is the website even active? Why does Google Maps say you are open? It took almost a week for me to be notified that they would not be able to fill the order. This was meant as a gift.
