Had a great experience today in Yelm with the incredible staff here at Starbucks. There aren't many coffee shops in this area, but the staff here really shines and I could see how hard they're working to serve customers and provide food and drinks in a great ambience for the people of this city of Yelm. I come through here from time to time, mostly because my daughter wants something. But I have found that when I order a coffee, it only gets filled 2/3 of the way. In an already over priced drink, I'm certainly not getting what I'm paying for. I believe there was already a lawsuit about this. You'd think a business would learn from its mistakes. read more

This place is really good we tried so many different drinks and all most all of them are good but I do recommend that if you get iced drinks like dragon fruit get it with no ice and you add ice your self or just get a cut of ice you get less drink if you get ice in it oh and I do recommend to get a empty cut but one size bigger so that is it all fits in a cup and you still drink the same size drink as you always get just in a bigger cup read more

I always come here before work on the weekends and they're always so kind and nice. I've never had a problem with them making my drink wrong or burning food. They follow COVID-19 regulations and sanitize between customers. I was pleased to see their work ethic too because when I came, it was very busy and early in the morning. read more

I just had the best experience here - what I would say is the true Starbucks experience. As the company has gotten bigger and bigger, I feel like some stores have lost their customer service focus and just try to churn out drinks as fast as possible. Today was the opposite. One of my kids spilled their drink, and was extremely upset. I felt like every barista sprung to action - a new hot cocoa, a pile of paper towels, and a mop bucket wielding barista appeared quickly. Oh how I love a good Starbucks drink! However this location has an overall hearing problem. I always order my hot drink at 120%. 1 out of 4 times it will be 120%. moved to Yelm couple of months ago and they can not seem to get my order right. tried through their drive through and they argued with me about what I said did walk ins had the same issue so hey I will do on line ordering they can't argue about what I said and still they can't get it right. it sucks to have to drive all the way back to hawks prairie to kingham street to get my order right. especially since I go almost every day. but it is worth the cost of gas to get good customer service. get a reader board yelm that might help but I doubt it since your folks dont listen or read things correctl anyway. read more

Since it is the only drive through Starbucks in yelm I usually opt for this location, that being said they never have enough of their egg bites available! It's rare that I can get them at this location at all which is very frustrating. The girls who work there are polite and the drinks are fine. read more

Worst Starbucks ever. Staff unfriendly most seem to hate their job. Hours are not correct online wasted time driving there to get coffee before work to find it closed when on line said was open. It's always takes for ever to get your order. I have called many times to talk to a manager about the way I was treated. I go to this starbucks at least 3x a week! the baristas make good coffee, and memorize your drink order to the T very quickly! if ever my drink is not what I was hoping for, They are always quick to make me a new beverage! very clean! bathrooms are always tidy! and the same experience you'll get at every other starbucks...spend a good amount of money on a pretty darn good cup of coffee, sit down and enjoy the trendy atmosphere with a good book, good friend or your laptop. my favorite hangout in yelm! read more

If I could give no stars sadly I would. I had never had such a disappointing experience at a public service place in my life. I had an interview a week ago I sat there for 40 min when a girl came up to me and said she was so sorry but the manager forgot my interview and wasn't going to make it. So I understand things happen. I had to call to reschedule which I thought I was rude considering she stood me up. My rescheduled interview was today. I show up 20 min early. The girls working told the manager I was there. I sat there for 40 min AGAIN waiting she came out into the store saw me multiple times and did not say a word. During my sitting there 5 customers complained and returned their food and drinks for it all tasting burnt. The girls at the counter were so rude to the customers and they had no back stock of food so they couldn't give their customers a new one. All the stuff including the manager is in professional in their service, the way they dress, and their hygiene. I ended up leaving because I was never acknowledged. I thought after her standing me up the first time she could at least have the decency to be on time this time or let me know she would be with me soon. I called the corporate district manger to let them know what's going on here. The entire store needs help. There was ONE employee who was in that wasn't even on the clock and she was the nicest and the most presentable. She was even having to help the cashier and it's her day off.
