But by the time I left (around 7:20?) the drive through line had tripled in size. They had probably five people working so I don't know what is going on here, but they need to get it fixed.

It's disappointing to see that the staff doesn't recognize that there are lots of places from which to choose. If you just want a nice coffee, give it a shot. If customer service matters, skip it.

I like their Big Breakfasts, but this McDonalds uses the fold over eggs, does not provide butter and jelly and rarely provides silverware. Had to leave on numerous occasions because no one would take my order, or my wait in line was more than 10 minutes. Most recently stopped for a tea at 6:00 pm and was told there would be a 15-20-minute wait because they were cleaning. This was 6:00 in the evening. This is by far the worst McDonalds I have visited. I'm guessing they are not adequately staffed which likely means they don't pay good wages. Not my problem if true, but corporate should demand improvements or yank the franchise.

Even more so than usual, since my ten foot tall Sprinter van does not fit under the overhang. I had to park and walk up. They seemed a little surprised by a walk up guest, but once that moment passed, the barista grabbed an iPad, took my order, and processed payment. Two minutes later, I was handed two hot coffees and we were back on the road. Mrs. K. absolutely loves their Blondie, and I enjoyed a nice drip with a splash of cream. 7 Brew does not overroast their coffee like some other big chains, so the flavor was smooth and pleasant as we drove north on I-85 toward Charlotte.
