Whether you're looking for coffee to start your day or beer/wine/cocktail to close out; you're set with Remedy. As far as food goes, Remedy has amazing flatbreads - specifically the Fromage and West Ender are my favorites. They also have fun little charcuterie boards with a decent selection of tasty goodies. The staff are always solid - respectful and pretty quick with service around the room and behind the bar. This is also a great place to bring your laptop or a book and get some work done or enjoy a relaxing read. Lots of comfy places to sit.

They offer baked goods, pastries, waffles, smoothies, matcha, and coffee/espresso. Ms. Abby & her staff are kind and know the regulars. They roast their coffee beans on site and also sell bags of coffee (beans & ground). They have creative drinks and give back to the community. I met with community leaders regularly at this shop and many had never been before and were happy to revisit. My favorite drinks are anything mocha and they never disappoint. You will find many of my favorites pictured. I recommend them all the time. Give them a try.

That, and I believe they pull shots more on the ristretto side. Today, I went to Oasis at the Mill for a delicious Velvet Fog chaga- & kava-infused drink. I also booked a Vibro-Acoustic Therapy session for the first time! I was asked what I was feeling to experience energetically out of the various programs available and I chose "Release". I didn't know what to expect and it turned out to be quite profound and healing on many levels so I want to share my experience. I was taken to a beautiful dark teal room with Tibetan prayer flags overhead...tranquil and inviting. I put on some padded headphones while the program was being initiated, and made myself comfortable on my back on an ergonomically sculpted bed. Resonant music came through the headphones as the bed began to vibrate and undulate, my back and legs receiving a massage-like experience as my entire body felt the resonance of sound healing. My first impression was feeling I was a garden being tilled...old stagnant energy was being lifted and shaken and I felt a renewed energy pouring through me. In time, I connected my experience with the elements, grounding energy of Earth, sinking and flowing as Water, lifting and moving in spirals as Air, and the warmth and blaze of Fire...as these blended into Spirit I began to journey and fell into what felt like a sleep state. I came out of the sleep state as the resonance shifted, and it gently brought me to stillness over several minutes, softening and slowing until the program ended. I felt refreshed and renewed and was already deciding that "Oh, I have to do this on a regular basis!" And, the fact that there are programs to access many energetic states is so exciting! I can say from the bottom of my freshly renewed heart, DO try this new healing opportunity at Oasis at the Mill! It is truly extraordinary!
