I was there at 8 and they had the front door locked so I couldn't use the bathroom- even though they were clearly still open. I went through the drive-through and asked them about it, and they said it was because of the storm?... no honey it was because you're trying to get everything all cleaned up early so you can get out of there and go home- at least be honest about it. the drink was good though no complaints there. read more

I was handed a coffee that I have ordered the exact same for well over 2 years and the cup is half full. I got questioned and belittled over the fact that I paid almost $10 for this coffee I want it to be how I have always gotten it. Took arguing with the guy for him to take it tell us he is remaking it to then parking us and bringing out the same cup and telling us he only put more ice in it. Completed wasted $20. read more

I have went to this location almost daily for several years now and after the way my coworker and I were treated today I will NEVER return. The issue was on their end due to them misunderstanding the order and then the initial person wouldn't even come to the window they sent a second who was just as rude....and might I add that person wouldn't even hand the drinks out they sent a third person. When I spoke with cooperate they immediately apologized and confirmed that this so called policy that this location claims they have did not exist. (They claim they have a 2 order policy on drive thru which has never been posted or spoke of anytime we come thru from work and order for everyone) read more

It's Starbucks. You get what you expect, they're quick and consistent. The inside is clean and people are nice. You get consistency here

I was thrilled when Starbucks opened a store in small dead Chester. When I was working I placed a mobile order most days of the week. I am a Starbucks member and as such they give you a free birthday drink of your choice. Since my birthday fell on a Saturday, we had to make a special stop there to take advantage of the offer. However I neglected to click through the email... long story short, they charged me for the drink. I decided to stop in and mention it. I was not aware that they don't honor the birthday drinks on mobile orders but the manager made it right and gave me a free drink that day. I call that excellent customer service! Whoever made my Caramel Ribbon Crunch on October 24th, 2023 at 6pm put their whole starbussy into it, they do be inconsistent though. Some days it's straight ice and a little flavor and others it's fully whip cream and no coffee. Today was good though. read more

horrible! I did a mobile order for inside pickup. pickup time is 8:18 we left at 8:32 due to how long it took. I don't mind to wait but when I ask for pup cups and you tell me I have to wait a sec then proceed to make 2 other drinks and take a customers order. Nice addition to Winchester. The manager Dylan is personable and the interior is nice and new. Nitro cold brew is available and tasty. Great smooth flavor to the cold brew. Reliable Starbucks conveniently located on US 60 near the hospital. read more

Beautiful new location, plenty of space, nice music, everything else...kind of a train wreck. Out of everything, even bags for my mug, card reader not working in drive thru, no toilet paper in the bathrooms. The baristas did not seem to care at all. Didn't even greet me. read more

This is a great new Starbucks in winchester! Staff was nice, very good service. There white chocolate mocha tasted just like any other Starbucks so it was good to see they got the right training. Only downside is the location it's a little out of the way for me but will definitely go back! read more

It's 2 pm in a Saturday. The floor is dirty all over the store, the pick up counter needs a wipe and the outside of the espresso machine is not clean. Looks like something spilled and the wipe up left a mess which is now dried. The lady who took my order was delightful and the other baristas were pleasant. I know it's new, so I will keep trying while they work out the kinks. read more

I was excited to try this new Starbucks. Didn't use the drive thru. Went inside to sit down and have s cup of coffee and a sandwich at 12:45. The two of us were the only people staying to sit down. The drive thru only had a few cars come through while we were there. There were at least 8 people working behind the counter. A woman over 50 waited on us and was very friendly. The younger staff didn't bother looking up from their personal conversations behind the counter to help. We had regular coffee that was terrible, bitter and old tasting. The woman who waited on us was very kind and made a fresh pot for us which was better after she cleaned the unit. None of the other staff who were behind the counter helped her. While we ate our sandwiches I looked around and the store is new and fresh looking but won't be that way for long. The tables were dirty and the floor was littered. The creamer was empty. The unisex bathrooms needed to be cleaned. We watched the older woman who waited on us start to sweep the store floor as we left. The remaining 7 other staff members were not waiting on anyone in either the drive thru or the counter and continued to cut up and have personal conversations. I suppose when the one woman sweeping the floors was done she went on to clean the tables and the bathrooms by herself while the younger people were paid to have personal conversations. What happens when she isn't working? I don't want to find out. read more
