Starbucks is very overrated. It is a high-priced coffee store, that you have to have a PHD to order a simple cup of regular coffee. You can't just get regular anymore, you have to order a mocha rocha frappicino and blah blah blah. I know people who get nervous when they are first in line. Ordering can be very scary stuff. read more

Just left this place and I was the only car in the drive thru; it took them extremely long to make my simple drink. I have gone to many Starbucks and have never had this problem; this Wilson Starbuck never seems to disappointment, this has happened to me several times. read more

Im not a big starbucks fan, so that's why I gave 2 stars. My wife would have probably given 5 stars.

Love the place , very well located. The chairs at the corners are so cool and comfortable. Service is OK, have to work a little bit on the attitude . read more

These people were rude! When I asked for them to fix my drink I got additude in return. Worst one ever!

Literally the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to... I don't know if they're always understaffed but it takes me at least 20 min to get my drink.. it pains me going here. When I go to the Starbucks in the target right next to it I get my drink maximum in 5 min. read more

Sat in the drive thru for more than 15 min in one spot (cars behind me and in front so I was completely trapped). The black SUV should have been asked to pull into a spot! Finally get to the order speaker and was "asked" just give me a moment - like they've already had 15 of them at least. A read more

Great coffee, free internet, and a good atmosphere! I go and get the peppermint mocha frap. This is what the people of Wilson love! Wish they had a location on the other side of town to! read more

My husband and I went there yesterday. We had not been there in a really long time. I ordered our iced coffees on line. When we got there the cars were lined up around the corner and almost into Raleigh road Parkway. When we finally got to the window we noticed that the cup with the iced Carmel Machiato was filled only half way. The other half was all foam! We told the girl at the window and asked her to take it back and make it correctly. She said nothing at all and was completely rude! The girl took it back who is not apologetic. I would give her a 0 for her customer service skills because she didn't possess any at all. She said to drive around to the front made make us a new 1. We sat and sat. Finally someone brought his coffee out and it was only a 3rd of the way filled with liquid all the rest was foam. Worse than the 1st time. We will never go there again. The girl that came out was just as rude as the 1 at the window. They don't really care they just hand you the coffee, they don't say anything unless spoken to and no value or appreciation for customers at all. read more

I used to love going to this location until recently. During the fall I get the Carmel Apple spice (one of their featured drinks!). For the past two days I have waited in line almost 10 minutes to be told, we are out of apple juice! Then I asked for an everything bagel. We're out of that too!!! What is going on? Go to the grocery store or at least offer a coupon!!! They acted like it was no big deal at all. I settled for a another coffee drink and it was horrible!!!! I had to dump it out. If you don't know how to make drinks, you shouldn't work at Starbucks! Very sad to see the service has gotten so bad there, very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend this location!!!! read more

The banana nut bread is excellent & the servers are awesome! I love their tea & other desserts as well.

I'm a regular at this Starbucks thanks to the wonderful staff. My order isn't simple, and I'm always satisfied with the way it comes out. They've recently hired a lot of new employees and I'm so glad - those lines used to get hectic! Anytime something is wrong with my drink or a condiment is empty the barista is overly willing to help me in any way possible, even once giving me packets of sugar for my coffee while she refilled all the dispensers. How sweet is that? (6 packets...that's how sweet). Also, like most Starbucks locations, they have comfy chairs inside and out, free wifi, and plenty of electrical outlets. The real beauty, however, is the sound of modern indie music that you've probably never heard before, walls adorned with a plethora of coffee-related scenery, and a restroom so clean I wouldn't be against taking my drink with me when I inevitably have to go after my third or fourth cup of undeniably delicious Pike. read more

Although the service was friendly, this is the dirtiest location I have ever witnessed. The counter where drinks are made was covered in spilled milk, ice, drink powder... the trash cans were overflowing. They weren't that busy and with 5 people behind the counter, someone should be assigned to clean! read more

I came to this location and ordered a Grande iced coffee. I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant and the barista wouldn't put my order in. He looked at me then, asked me how far along I was. I told him, then he asked if I should be ordering a coffee. I told him yes my dr approves. I paid and waited for my coffee and breakfast sandwich. 5 minutes later the manager called out my sandwich and I got right up to grab it and he handed it to another guest. I then asked the barista working for my sandwich and she asked the manager where my sandwich was. The manager said it was still cooking. I waited another 5 minutes and they called out a different sandwich and the lady pointed to me, I told her no, I ordered a different one. Then the guest came up and said the grabbed mine by mistake, the barista then offered for us to trade sandwiches. I stated no, I wanted one that a guest had not touched. She said ok we'll make a new one. 10 minutes later I finally went up to ask about my sandwich and the manager apologized and put one in the oven. I described my dissatisfaction to the manager and he didn't seem to care much. I won't be back to this location... read more

For the third time, NO CARAMEL SYRUP. Love the environment but I look forward o my caramel drizzle. If the don't have regular then I use sugar free, but they didn't have that in stock either. A little disappointed. read more

The drinks are good...when they have them. More than likely they are out of whatever you want, even if they still have the ingredients. It would be nice if they could offer another beverage similar to the one the are out of. The moral is, don't get excited about your favorite drink because they probably don't have it. read more

The manager was extremely rude to me and made a very snarky comment to my face insinuating that I was asking for too much. There were hardly any pastries. I had to leave quickly so that conflict did not arise. read more
