Horrible service, placed a mobile order here for two croissant biscuits and very few other things, they gave me wraps, no problem, it happens but then they only gave me one biscuit and then when i asked for my other one because this shouldn't be a 20 minute process and they give me all this attitude looking at my receipt like they didn't believe me, yeah no, still didn't get what i ordered, employees don't have a nice attitude,can't read, fire everyone and get a new manager at this location because this has been an issue. read more

Writing a bad review because this is consistently an issue. I know that coffee shops are busy in the mornings, but wow. It's almost as if they are trying to go as slow as they possibly could. We pulled up to the drive through with 3 cars in front of us, and sat in line for 30 minutes. When we got to the window I thought, "the dining room must be absolutely slammed," wrong. Attitudes here need an adjustment. Mobile order for Dunkin Midnight and got barely-warm coffee. Walked it back in and got sour attitude for doing so. Quick and simple location. service is always good here; I always get my coffee with a smile from the ladies. Another recommendation I have, being a person that highly dislike drive-thru, it's the fact they have a decent patio seating here, so if you are not in a big rush first thing in the morning, skip the drive-thru, find a parking space, get your hot coffee and fresh breakfast items, sandwich or donuts, and find yourself a seat on patio, under the shade of the tall trees and enjoy a little sunshine and fresh air and delicious breakfast. My visit could have been better. First, the drive-thru line was long, and I made a mobile order. When I got inside, about 10-12 people were waiting. Even though I did a mobile order, I still waited over 10 minutes to receive it, AND it was ONLY bagel bites and the Charlie Cold Foam iced coffee. Then one of the staff members got frustrated and said loudly that they should have found a stay-at-home job. Most of the customers heard that comment. One woman who was waiting informed me that she had been there for over 20 minutes! That same woman got one coffee but not the other. This establishment was great back in the day, but lately, it has gone downhill. With my recent visits, I've experienced a bad attitude from the staff or bad coffee. I'm here at Dunkin, Wilson NC, 6th car back from ordering station on drive thru, and look over at entrance door, 4 employees outside smoking, there barely 3-4 employees inside on any given day. Service is friendly & I prefer these donuts over Krispy Kreme. Nice location that is near my area. We need more than one in town. This is the only place I have seen all the shelf's full and clean with different kind of things for sale and they have samples for you to taste. I would recommend this place to everyone that goes to NC. read more

Me and my husband come here about maybe 2x or 3x a week. We spend a good amount of money there. The line always goes out into the street since they aren't open on the inside which is just absolutely lazy. Making drinks and slapping a sandwich together is not hard. It should not take 40 minutes to get out of there. Then they can't even make the coffees right, they're different every day you either get a good coffee then next time you get something that tastes like absolute garbage. Someone needs to get that place into shape and replace that unintelligent group they have. read more

Very poor service and horrible attitudes. apparently they only take app orders and drive thru orders in the morning but the sign was hanging on one register and is NOT clear that they don't take any walk-in orders. HNG IT ON THE DOOR if you don't want anyone to come in and order! It's fine if you aren't staffed for it but I walked in and stood there for ten minutes while what may have been the mgr ignored the line all together and just kept rolling her eyes. She finally mumbled that they only took online and drive thru while continuing to turn her back on the line and customer. If you would have asked me 5 months ago I would have been quick to say they can't take the simple instruction of no. Dairy milk. Wilson's Dunkin Donut's is an experience in patience and perseverance. For those who enjoy sitting in a drive thru line for 45 min to an hour, this place will be nirvana! Anyone who likes the mystery of what they will end up leaving with after they have waited so long and paid for their desired selections will also not be disappointed! However, for people in a hurry or who actually expect to get what you pay for this Dunkin is not for you. 4 trips in 3 weeks have yielded the same experience for me. Such a shame because Dunkin has always been a fav of mine. Not sure if management has changed or what the changes are; however, this is subpar on all counts for the last month. Sad. Truly sad! Wilson has many other restaurants where you will be treated with respect and service. This is a nice, stand-alone location set in a shaded area. They offer WiFi and patio seating, or drive-thru service if you're in a hurry. The coffee and donuts are what you would expect at any other DD store. read more

Contrary to other reviews on this DD, I actually have enjoyed it on my few visits. My son loves the donuts. My recent visit I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant. It was delicious. I actually had to wait a while for it to cool off because it was very hot and fresh. Loved it. The younger staff are very nice while the older staff are a little "rough around the edges" but still polite. If there is a line then expect to spend quite a bit of time waiting. read more

If you live anywhere other than next door to this DD, go to Starbucks. Heck, even if you live next door, it's worth the drive to Starbucks or, cant believe Im typing this, go to McCafe and you wont have to deal with the rude employees. We pulled in the drive thru 7 mins before closing for some coffee and a donut only to be greeted by,"we close in five minutes and the machines have to be cleaned" when i asked, politely, for a second to get our order together. We were willing to ignore the tude for our coffee fix but everything we asked for got,"the machine is already shut down for the night" or "we dont have anymore". I get trying to be proactive with the closing procedures but last I checked, the store was still open to customers until 10pm. We'd had enough and told them thank you and we drove away. I called to ask for the manager's phone number and believe it or not the same employee answered the phone and was very polite. As I pull up it looked like the grounds had never been cleaned, ever. There is trash everywhere, almost to the point that I turned away. Went inside and it was clean and the employees were helpful so no complaints there. I would have have 5 star if it wasn't so nasty outside. I have written at least 2 other reviews on this Dunkin Donuts and they are not appearing. So, here's another. I LOVE Dunkin Donuts and highly dislike the Wilson NC store!! A majority of the employees are rude and take NO care in getting your order correct. My coffee order is almost always incorrect and this is is after the order has been read back to me! The gentleman manager is very nice and will apologize if and when an error is made. The bagels they keep in the drive through are stale and many times I have gotten all the way to work to realize it's hard as a rock and not made how I ordered. They do not have the donuts available they post on their signs. I am routinely frustrated and disappointed in trips to this Dunkin Donuts and it makes me so sad because I love the coffee and donuts so much. This store just ruins it with their staff and their attitudes. read more

This dunkin donuts is ok....just make sure you taste your coffee/coffee drink before you leave the store because i've ordered an vanilla iced latte before and loved it so when i went back a few days later another one i had 2 different people make it and it tasted like pure water with no taste! the staff is somewhat friendly, though i've overhead the staff memebers complain how busy they are in the mornings. you're a coffee place and you have a job! quit complaining!!!!! i would recommend it if you're not in a rush. beware if the drive thru line is long, it doesn't move very fast!! read more

POOR SERVICE. My sister came 30 minutes before I did, I got my food in no time. When my sister checked on hers, they had completely forgotten about it. HEALTH HAZARD. My daughter found a fly in her sandwich. When I approached the staff who made the sandwich, his response was "I didn't put it there". I told the other staff that there's a fly roving on the donuts and she completely ignored me. I asked for the manager's contact info and he (the guy who made my daughter's sandwich) took 15 minutes to give me the manager's number which is the store number! read more
