Ordered in-store in a personal cup. The baristas were busy making online drinks and still made mine pretty quickly. Tasted great. I'll be coming back again. read more

I ordered three drinks today but only received two. We were waiting on the last one--my matcha. The barista started preparing it but then paused halfway through to work on the garbage area next to him. My drink was just sitting there, unfinished. Then, instead of finishing it, he took his time and went to take out the trash in the back. Eventually, I had to ask another barista on the other side about my drink. I found the whole situation quite strange and unprofessional. read more

Parking lot and inside of this location are very cramped. They had 3 staff working, but it still took a little bit for drinks. I would return to get a drink to go, but not recommend this location if you want to sit and relax. read more

I love the costumer service. Vicky and kierne are the best. Explained hours, drinks, and deals. Amazing!! It's the cleanest Starbucks I have ever been too! read more

I LOVE Starbucks but this location for some reason can never ever get any order right. It's not that they make the drinks wrong I think it's specifically that they don't prep cold brew or iced coffee right and they don't make the vanilla sweet cream right. At every other location a vanilla sweet cream cold brew is what I order, and here it taste like water. The espresso drinks taste okay here though. As a former Starbucks employee I know it's that they don't prep anything there well and also do not take their time reviewing what the tags say on the drinks. read more

Normally I'm more than pleased with the service at Starbucks, but today experienced something someone would only expect to happen at a McDonalds. I pre-ordered my drinks online since my home is only a few minutes drive away. They did get the entire order correct and it was ready when I arrived, but here's where things went down hill. One of the drinks ordered was a grande iced caramel cloud macchiato with light ice. Before I continue, let me share that every time I've gotten light ice in a drink, it was still a full drink....but not this time. The beverage was only a little more than half full. The employee stated it was because I had asked for light ice and wouldn't fix it. Needless to say, I wont ever be going to this location again, and will instead drive an extra 10 minutes to make sure I'm not paying for a grande and only getting a tall (because there's less ice). I've included a picture marking where the drink was filled as I drank it before writing this review. If you plan on going to this location, don't. read more

Cheerful, friendly, helpful crew at this Starbucks. They are one of the few Starbucks in the area that orders pre-made salads for the cold case (much appreciated!). And many thanks for the used coffee grounds for my garden! read more

This location needs to reconsider their approach on hiring. This was the worst Starbucks experience I have had. There were employees standing there behind the counter while there in a line to the door. Also, nobody greeted the customers. Get it together. read more

This facility is located near my home. Convenient yes. No. I ordered my drink and stepped aside to wait. The place was busy. My companion got Her drink within just a couple of minutes. I was impressed! A lot of people were coming and going picking up their pre-orders. Others were waiting. I waited. I waited. All the people left. I asked about my drink and found out that it had been given to someone else with a different name than mine. Is that supposed to make it right? They made my drink and I left. Maybe the employees should pay more attention to the orders and spend less time laughing and joking with each other. I will drive to the next nearest Starbucks. They have never failed on my orders read more

I get my mocha light frap with soy milk fix here. It's the closest to my house and along the way to work. Yes, the parking is terrible as another Yelper had mentioned, especially when it's busy! I always hate reversing out of parking spots here. This is more the driver than anything, but there was one time when I reversed out of my parking spot, the driver immediately to the left of my spot decided to reverse out of her spot while I was still behind her and before I even finished driving off. It took not one long honk, but TWO longgg honks to get her to stop reversing into my car. I seriously question how that woman got her drivers license. Luckily, my Starbucks drink put me at ease shortly after! I only trust two baristas to make my drink here, Matt and this one girl (I forget her name). They both consistently make my drink great! Although....I must say that there is one older woman who consistently makes my drink terrible because her measuring is always off. She always seems like she's not in a great mood either. Maybe being a barista is just not her cup of tea. :( I know they say that they'll fix the drink if it's not correct, but 1) I'm already out the door trying not to be late for work and 2) it's not like they're using the wrong ingredients, it's the amount that they use that's just slightly off. I would highly recommend going here before it gets super busy if possible (usually before 7:30am if you're going on a weekday, I think). read more

Tiny place and the most curious thing happened here. I was standing in line behind a gentleman and there was another gentleman behind me. The guy in front of me goes up to order - the cashier takes forever - and eventually it's my turn to go. Now, I'm a short 5'2" girl but that seems to be only a bit below average. So I walked up to the counter when it was my turn to order the cashier had a glazed over, turning his head side to side as if looking around above my head. I have never met this kid before so I know there's no beef or any ill feeling between us, but here he is completely and literally overlooking me while I'm waiving my hand up high and saying "hello, I'm next, heellloooooo." Eventually he asked the guy behind me what he wanted as if he hadn't even heard me!! The dude looked at him then me and made a face that said something along the lines of "I don't know what's wrong with this kid" and pointed to me and said, "um, she's next." This whole interaction also took a few good, long minutes. I know for a fact there was nothing mentally wrong with the kid because he was JUST fine talking to the guy before me and picked up his work pace with the guy/rest of the people after me, so......... Definitely an experience I've never had nor wish to ever have again! I wish I got the employees name. I wanna give them a one star but the coffee was really good that day. read more

I know I am addicted to caffeine, the sheer number of coffee house reviews is a testament to it. But I ain't going to rehab baby, no no no. I am going to Starbucks instead. This is my Starbucks stop when I am on my way to or from Oakbrook. Sometimes you just need a pick me up on the way home. The first time I came here, they forgot to put the Vanilla in my regular drink - Tall Extra Hot Vanilla Latte. I took a sip in the car and zipped back in. They offered to remake it but I just wanted the vanilla so they put in a couple of shots and handed it back to me with a coupon for a free drink. Oh yeah, that is good customer service. I accept my addiction and Starbucks across the Chicago area keep me well supplied. read more

It's taken me some time to write an adequate review for this location. Once upon a time, I was a barista/shift supervisor for SBUX - I tend to use my general knowledge of the company to decipher which stores I think are worth frequent visits. This location opened up shortly after I moved to the area, it is the closest to my house but I generally avoid it. The major reason I avoid this location is the design of the strip plaza it is in. Whoever built the place, should be hung by their toenails! I remember lots of 'strikes' while this plaza was being built... part of me wonders if union retaliation made this the disaster it is. I narrowly avoid accidents literally every time I visit this plaza... particularly where Starbucks and Panera are situated. This isn't Starbucks fault, however, they are paying rent to be located here... so they should take some responsibility for the headaches. Attempting to describe this madness wouldn't do it justice... but if you're adventurous and have full coverage insurance, give it a try. As far as the café itself, here's my thoughts. For starters, they like to put displays in front of the receiving counter... which is located in 5 ft in front of the door. Also, the condiment counter is located next to the door as well. So, at a moderately busy time, you find yourself having to do the 'excuse me dance' just to enter the store and make your way to the counter to order. The register line... yeah, someone put a permanent beam in front there as some sort of line control.. however, customers seem to be confused to its purpose... as the line rarely forms along this beam. Generally speaking, this store is a Closter phobic nightmare... the outdoor patio is the most spacious thing about it. One thing that has really caught me off guard is their lack of stock... I own a Verismo - yet can never get espresso pods here. They always have decaf espresso and milk in stock.. but hardly ever regular espresso.... Yet the display for the Verismo is right in front of that front door... taking up prime real estate and yet short on stock. The staff: They are a friendly bunch for sure. My drinks are always made correctly and they try to get to know the regulars who come here. There are just too many obstacles at this location to make it convenient to visit. read more

I don't come to starbucks a lot, I love my kuerig at home too much lol. We've come here usually with a friend or two for a quick caffeine fix. Last time I was here, they accidentally gave me the wrong size drink, I mentioned it, they made me a new one free of charge, and let me keep the old one. Double the caffeine. My husband's drink came out wrong too, they did the same for him, but there was a communication issue, and it came out wrong twice. Oh well. They went above and beyond. I had only expected them to pour my coffee into a new cup and top it off, I didn't anticipate a whole new cup! Man was I hyper!!! The store is very clean, and the staff here is wonderful! read more

Friendly staff and quick about their orders! But due to its location, it is almost always packed unless you visit during low times. The atmosphere this Starbucks provide is decent. The Staff does a great job keeping the place clean and presentable to any walk-ins. Due to its proximity to other shopping places, this Starbucks became the ideal location to take a break from shopping or to simply chill with your friends. It also has a decent amount of tables outdoor if the weather prove to be nice! read more

The baristas here are pretty darned good at making my coffee strong & delicious each & every time & they're fast & polite. Crowded Starbucks with no drive-thru. They were busy but got my order out in under 5 minutes! Only reason I'm not giving five stars is no drive-thru and not tons of seating for as busy it is. Used to be a good spot but the new hires are not as polite. Refused to acknowledge me this morning not the best way to start the day.

I love this place! The only place that makes my drink perfect :) They're always busy but i never had anyone rude to me everytime I asked for a cup of ice with my order. Went to this outlet today with family, was tired after a long day and wanted to refresh with coffee and snacks. The lady at the counter was rude, abrupt and was almost rushing us to place an order...she appeared irritated about the fact that she had to get our order. I felt very bad about the way she behaved...I thought she was probably having a bad day but later noticed that she was more courteous to some of the other customers....I wonder if this was some sort of a selective bias playing out... Completely ruined my evening...I hope such characters get some coaching on customer service and how they should speak with people!! Bad! read more

My wife, daughter, and I were on our long drive back home when we decided to get a coffee. We found this Starbucks using the App and made our way there on 6/10. It said it closed at 9:30. We diverted of the highway and arrived at 9:15 and they were locked up and cleaning up. I knocked on the door and the young women just looked at me and yelled NO! I'm going to assume it was a bad night, and maybe they were short staffed but I didn't need to yelled at... Luckily we made it to a DD before it closed. I enjoy my Starbucks and will just count this as a one time bad experience. read more

Placed a mobile order at 6:40 am, waited till 7:00 am to receive. So much for fast and convenient...

Very pleasant crew every time I visit and they always manage to nail my modifications.

The baristas here are really sweet! Even on a busy holiday, they go out of their way to make sure your order is correct and the drinks turn out like they're supposed to. The service here is pretty fast! read more

This Starbucks is closest to my Mom's place, so I frequent it when we visit her. This location is quick, polite, and accurate. When I was in law school, I came here often to study, but being that this is kind of equidistant from Hinsdale Central AND South, it's kind of the eye of the storm for high-schoolers (see also: annoying). Also, while the location is convenient, the parking lot is similar to what I imagine the apocalypse to be: ten zillion soccer moms bouncing between michael's crafts, Panera, Jamba Juice, and Sports Authority and speeding, braking, and turning without notice. I hate trying to get in or out of this place. However, my love of caffeine and friendly, happy service outweighs all other disasters, so this is still easily a 4-star location. read more

I personally love Starbucks. They have really good service, and they always get my order correct. I went to another Starbucks around Burr Ridge, they gave me a caramel frappe instead a smores frappe. And worst of all, they got me a grande instead of a vente, so I had to wait another 5-10 minutes. The Starbucks here is also really fast. When there is a lot of people in line, I get my order in 5-7 minutes. When there are like no people, I get my order in under 3 minutes. Starbucks have really nice people and they keep the place clean. Although, the place is a little bit small, but people usually drink it in the car. The people there are also really nice, especially if you are nice to them back. In conclusion, I love Starbucks and I think that you should go to this Starbucks, even if you live far away, you should still go to this Starbucks. read more

The staff is friendly but boy are they slow! Maybe I have high expectations for speed as I usually frequent locations in the Loop. I visit this location occasionally on weekends or on a random day off. During my visit on Monday, I stood around for quite a while waiting to order and then waited again for my drink. There were 5 staff members visible with only 1 cashiering and 1 making drinks. The others were just kind of floating around behind the counter. read more

Just like any other Starbucks, but with a high percentage of moms and young businesswomen coming in on weekday mornings. Went in there one morning around 8:30, it took me three hours to do 90 minutes of real work. Oh, distractions. You are wonderful...but deadly. read more

Just your typical Starbucks. Good service, good drinks. Didn't have any issues with this location.

Very nice starbucks with good clean atmosphere. The barista makes drinks precisely as you like them, and overall a pleasant starbucks.

The flavor of my frapp was okay but it wasn't even frozen. We were the 3rd group of people that asked for "colder" frappacinos. I don't even think the girl who made our drink used ice. It was completely liquid and the service was insanely slow. Also... It's my birthday so what a waste of a free "treat" read more

My favorite Starbucks!! Super friendly staff that always knows "my" drink!! I love going there!

Always fast, friendly, clean, and precise.

I absolutely love this location, the staff that work there! I go every morning before work and I'm greeted with such positive energy it jump starts my morning, yes it's small and it runs out of things but the staff make up for it. I was in desperate search of the colour changing cold cups and I told all the staff that should they get ahold of some please call me and I'll come the same day to purchase them, I knew it was a long shot because at that point the cups where already extremely limited and the resale $ was and is currently crazy. By complete fluke head office sent ONE box mixed in with hot cups, they put it aside and called me I pretty much sprinted there and bought them 5 minutes later! Thank you guys so much I appreciate all y'all! read more
