First I would like to say that the customer service has always been great. Very friendly people at that window and inside. My order has never been wrong. Second, I am not a coffee person. I usually go just for my wife, but this time I was thirsty and wanted something refreshing and not sweet, so I tried the Summer Sky drink and let me tell you it was fantastic! Made with raspberry, blueberry and blackberry flavors mixed with coconut milk and has raspberry pearls. It's a very light drink, not sweet at all and very refreshing. I highly recommend this drink to anyone wanting something refreshing and light. Hope they keep this on their menu. read more

Extremely friendly staff. Coffee is uniform at every Starbucks I've been too. I've been in 42 states and every Starbucks Has been great. Management here goes the extra mile. Love the biscotti and sandwiches. Their sandwiches are good as well. It's extremely lucky that this city has a Starbucks. Just got the new Apple Macchiato., today, 9/8/21. I find it disgusting. Sorry folks, I just don't like it. Tastes like medicine to me. I won't order this again. I don't know why I keep coming to this location when I'm in town. Maybe because I think the time before must have been a fluke and the excessive wait time for a black coffee his abnormal. Nope. Every freaking time I come here. Drive through, inside or mobile order, it doesn't matter. I have been sitting in the drive through for almost 20 minutes now and if I wasn't trapped with this weird parking set up, I'd just go in to get my coffee. After waiting 20 minutes, I got the wrong drink, I asked for an iced drink and they gave me a hot drink. They also continued to call "Sarah" for the name when that wasn't my order name, and then walking out I grabbed an iced drink that I believed was mine, and then brought it back in to grab the correct drink and they gave me a dirty look, and as I walked back out they bad mouthed me. Oh my God, the worlds worst Starbucks ever! Incredibly slow, and rude, and horribly mismanaged. We ordered via app, which told us it would be 8 minutes. We arrived about 10 min later and the food was ready, but not the drink. I have no idea what the girl was thinking but we waited another 15 min before I gave up and asked for my money back.... Waited over 40 minutes in the drive thru for a coffee with 3 creams and 3 sugars, 2 vanilla bean creams, and a carmel ribbon crunch. After the wait and finally getting to pick up the drinks they only gave us the coffee and did not make the carmel ribbon crunch or the vanilla bean creams, when we corrected her on the order, she said she misread the screen and the other drinks would be coming up. When she gave us two more drinks and said have a good day we then told her we still needed one more drink and she only had one vanilla bean cream made and then she charged us for the other one and still made us wait to make the vanilla bean cream We will never be going here again, we would rather drive to Saginaw and get Biggby then ever deal with this again. read more

I ordered Starbucks today (12-28-22) on the mobile app, I went inside to grab my coffee & go but I realized they messed up my coffee order. The tag on the drink had the ingredients I wanted on it so I knew it was the baristas fault and not mine. If it was my fault I would have known and accepted that I ordered my coffee wrong and went along with my day, but I didn't order my coffee wrong. So I went up to the cashier and told her my coffee was made wrong and I politely asked if a barista could fix it. She told me to keep the drink they messed up because she couldn't take it back. I said "thank you very much" and walked to the pick up station and waited for my coffee. As I was waiting and I took a sip of the coffee they gave me that was made wrong and she came over and asked for it back, I was on the phone with my dad so I was a bit distracted and I gave it back to her (my biggest mistake) and she dumped it right in the sink while she was looking me in the eyes. How fu**** up is it to take back a customers coffee and waste it. I had already had a sip of it. I was going to bring that coffee to my boyfriend and take the order that was made correctly for me. I went up to the register again and complained, they obviously couldn't do anything about it because it was already thrown out. I found it completely disrespectful, unprofessional, no care for making the customer happy. It was the worst coffee experience I have ever had!! I can't tell you how annoyed I am. I went to this Starbucks almost every single day, and I will never be coming back. I wish I could put her name in this review, but I didn't get a look at her name tag. This location is always extremely busy. You're going to wait but that's okay! Being that it's always busy the staff at this location has always been absolutely incredible. I often stop in to get drinks for my coworkers before work and they have NEVER messed up a drink before even on my 5+ drink orders with a 10 car line. Incredible. read more

Would not recommend this Starbucks. I went there and had to wait over 45 minutes for my drink order. One of the drinks in my order was a Soy vanilla latte. When I was watching the barista prepare the latte, I saw her use 2% milk. When she handed me the latte, I confirmed with her that it was supposed to be a soy latte. She said that it was and I had to urge her to remake it due to a milk allergy. Also, I thought this location was very dirty and they had the stickers that they put on the cups dragging across the wet and dirty floor that the baristas were walking on since they were so behind on orders. Like I said, would not recommend due to lack of care for their customers and environment. read more

Today I ordered an iced apple crisp macchiato from the Baycity, MI Starbucks, and this was the first time I have ever gotten a drink that smelled so bad that I could have gotten sick from. If you have somewhere to be in an hour, don't visit this location. I'm not sure if they have to harvest their own beans or what? They forgot 1/4 of my $40 order. I called and was told I could come and get a refund/also the forgotten items. I drive up there to wait in that horrendous line again. I get to the window to be told I can choose one or the other.. a refund of $9 and some change or my forgotten order. This wasn't my mistake and usually I'm understanding. When you waste a big chunk of my day and lie to me on the phone... well, that doesn't sit right with me... I understand things happen, but how this was handled was ridiculous. read more

The staff are rude and disconnected. They really act like they could careless about waiting on people. I really don't know how people figure out what is their order because people truly do not care if it is picked up are not. It looks like a process to them. I don't like giving bad reviews, especially when the staff is always so nice, but... it seems like every time I order online they only make the basic drink I order and no alterations as requested. For example I always get my sweet drinks made with half the pumps of syrup, I end up with the reg amount of syrup. I ask for no whip, get whip. These requests are printed right on my sticker. Last time I went I got my daughter a creme Frappuccino, the Halloween one, it was orange flavored, but tasted highly of coffee, like they used a dirty blender. Also, when getting tea I always have to ask for a double cup, due to the high temp, something every other Starbucks just does. I do want to restate that the staff is so very nice, and I know if I went back they would be happy to make it good, but usually it's just not worth the trouble. Just wish it was more consistent with other Starbucks. read more
