Walked into Starbucks at 5:10am expecting to look like a zombie in search of caffeine, but instead was greeted like a VIP guest walking the red carpet. The baristas hit me with a "good morning" and genuine smiles that should honestly be bottled up and sold as espresso shots. Everyone was friendly, thanked me for coming, and somehow managed to make me forget it was still pitch-black outside. Hands down the best service I've had at a Starbucks in ages--keep it up, because this level of customer care could turn even Monday mornings into something worth waking up for. The wait to get your order inside is ridiculous. I came in with just one person in line and waited for 14 minutes before leaving without my drink. They prioritize mobile orders instead of the people inside physically waiting for their drink or food. You can see in the photo all of the mobile orders sitting on the counter, most of which sat there for the majority of the time I was waiting. Disappointing to spend so much on a latte and have to leave it because it took over 14 minutes to get it. read more

Best Starbucks in Westminster. A review mentioned it as the best Starbucks in the greater Denver area! Certainly a planned store. From the parking to the drive through to the overall store location corporate knew what to do. The outdoor seating doesn't feel cramped or set up as an afterthought. Indoors is extremely spacious. With high tables and low seating business or pleasure can easily be handled here. One downside is the lack of coffee bar seating but with the space in here who really needs that? Still an amazingly cultivated vibe. At the counter you have the normal Starbucks menu. Lots of staff working so your drink is generally being finished just as you pay. Every time I walk in here there's 3 people working and 7 standing around their cup tower talking. I once waited 15 minutes for a drink as the only person in the store with only 3 cars in the drive through. I got my name said blatantly and completely wrong and no apology. Funny even though I like everyone else loves a Starbucks with a drive thru, I found it easier to just walk inside and order. The staff were fast and friendly and they even have mobile pick up and ordering which most of the patrons there seemed to do. Everyone I've interacted with here has been pleasant. If, by rare chance, my drink doesn't taste superb, they welcome a remake so that I'm happy. Only a couple times have I ordered food warmed up and it still be cold in the middle, but they heard my complaint and addressed it immediately. I placed on online order for multiple food items and a drink and when I went in to pick them up, they were all laying out on the counter. I asked if I could have a paper bag to carry them in and the lady said "oh we charge for those now." Rather than get in line to pay for a bag, I decided to just take them. Since the items were for someone else, I kind of felt awkward just handing them to them one by one. I was curious if I could add the bag to the mobile order for the future and when I did, the price was $0.00. So the lady could have just gave me a bag! Came yesterday 20 minutes before they closed and they wouldn't take cash. Told me they wouldn't have any more change left in the drawer because I gave them a $50 bill. One) I've worked in retail so I know how much money is supposed to be in a drawer. They most likely already counted it hence didn't want to take cash because they are lazy and didn't want to count the drawer again. This is the worst Starbucks location I've ever gone to. I came with plenty of time to get a Starbucks before seen my eye doctor. They took so long that I was late and I will not get in to see the eye doctor until next year. They weren't calling peoples orders. Then finally when the woman heard me complaining with some other people who were complaining, she started screaming out peoples names. My coffee was burnt. A MAJOR turn off. I got a gingerbread white mocha latte. It was not made correctly at all. I even specified that I wanted two pumps of each. That seemed to confuse the girl a little. I know I was in the drive though, but still. I got a piece of the gingerbread loaf, that was good. But they don't make that. This isn't as detailed of a review as I normally leave, but it was a quick stop. The likely hood of my going back to that location are slim to none. I don't do burnt coffee. When I'm paying over 5 bucks for a cup and syrups and chocolate, I want it to taste good. There's another location right across the street that's connected to the Barnes and Noble, go there. I walked in at 8:30am yesterday and paid for a grande iced americano, waited over 15 minutes and left with nothing. I understand mornings are busy, but the addition of drive thu and mobile app ordering made for an extremely long wait despite having only a few patrons inside. I was patient up until the 10 minute mark which is when I asked if perhaps they forgot about my order. The barista said no and said it would be a few more minutes. I went in today and ordered a gluten free sandwich but they didn't have them. They told me about the gf egg muffins so I decided on that. But she came back and told me they were out of those. So I ordered a pour over coffee and as I was waiting, I could see several gnats in the bakery display. Yuck! My pour over coffee was not hot and they told me they would redo it and make it hotter. My last three visits here have been very unpleasant and today was my last visit here due to the lack of customer service by the baristas. I ordered a upside down caramel macchiato with just a little caramel on bottom melted with the shots and a little on top. When i recieved my drink there was literally 3 inches of caramel at the bottom and when stirred it was still very thick and goopy with a mouth full of caramel in every drink, and when i politely asked them to remake it i could here the barista complaining and when i recieved the remade drink it had no carmel and the shots were extreamly expired i have never had my drink made this awful and by the baristas actions , it wouldnt suprise me if my drink was purposly made shitty.
