I came in around 4pm today (aug 3) to redeem my birthday drink (plus a coffee for my boyfriend) , and the barrista (who was a young lady) was extremely sweet and helpful! I wanted a strawberry açaí but since there was none, she recommended me a passion tea lemonade with raspberry sweetener..... This is my new favorite drink for sure!!! She was extremely helpful to the point where I want to call cooperate to give her a raise. I haven't gone to a Starbucks where they have been this sweet! I don't drink dairy so I was a little sad and then she went out of her way to make the non dairy version sample for me. I appreciate how caring she was without having to be asked. WORST Starbucks I've ever been to. The staff is so rude and have the meanest look on their faces. There's a girl with the ugliest attitude and resting B face. She slams peoples drinks, instead of handing it to people and says Nothing to the customer. Someone asked for extra whipped cream on the side the other day and she just slammed it on the counter instead of handing it to the customer directly and it wasn't even busy at the time. But regardless if it's busy or not, that should not affect the customer service. I witnessed a situation this morning where a customer was complaining about that same employee slamming her drink. She spoke to the "supervisor" and the supervisor was very insensitive and handled the situation poorly. She made an excuse for the employee as to why she was slamming people's drinks instead of trying to make things right with that customer. I feel the tension every time I walk into this store and this morning's situation was the last straw for me. Starbucks is known for their great customer service and friendly and welcoming attitude. Very steady stream of customers on a Saturday morning. I ordered a Tall pink drink (acai refresher with coconut milk) and head off to sit at the empty booths. My friend grabs my drink for me and in pretty much seven sips, I had finished my refresher. Whut. C'mon. I know ice is supposed to be included in the drink but why so generous? It's like the barista thought I asked for a cup of ONLY ice. Sighs. The drink was splendidly made though, in fact the best out of all the Starbucks I've visited. One of the worst locations ever! Came on a weekend around noon and the line was out the door. Had to wait a long long time to get to the front of the line. I then tried to use a coupon on my phone app only to be told that they don't accept it at this location? Huh? This location is hardly ever packed, which is a nice change. Seems like most Starbucks are 20 people deep at best. The location is convenient for work. The employees know me and are always very friendly and patient. It is a little on the small side so don't expect to find a nice large space to work. There is some seating right outside but it is limited. I personally have never seen a table empty inside or out so they must be in high demand...or very comfortable...or both. read more

I'm usually not too picky about Starbucks because usually they are all the same. They are usually trained exactly the same. But this location, I don't know if it was an off day or not but... 1. I was the only person "in line." And when I say that, I mean I wasn't even at the register and the barista (Barista 1) greeted me with, "What do you want... Or you know... Take your time." Hmm a little rude. I told him I was still looking so he rolled his eyes and walked away. Enter Barista 2. 2. Not too bad... But a little gruff. Little no nonsense. But not terrible. 3. Used the restroom. Worst one I've seen at a Starbucks. Pee in the toilet. On the toilet seat. On the floor. Pee soaked paper everywhere. I was actually afraid to use it. I spent a good 5 minutes using soap to wipe off the seat so I could go. Because, well I had to go. 4. Barista 1 looked at me and turned around so I didn't bother with him. On to Barista 2: not sure if you know but there's pee every where. "Oh I'm sorry." 5. I was hanging out here because I had planned on getting a refill... About an hour later I hear Barista 2 tell someone, "Oh the bathroom's closed." Not that I expect you to clean it right away but my hours sitting here only 2 other people had come in. Both who used the restroom also. 6.Refill time, forgot the sweetener. It happens. I'm not mad. I ask again as if I forgot to order it in the first place. Barista 2 admits she forgot. I'm handing her the drink back and instead she brings the syrup to me and proceeds to pump it in my drink... Splashing it everywhere. Including on me. I'm so baffled that I just walk away. Again, I don't know if this is just an off day, but their acting like they're so busy when in reality there's no one here. Super grumpy. I'm glad I am just passing through. read more

The store becomes tapered where the bar and bathroom are creating a mini cluster fuck of annoying OC Starbucks lemmings. Yeah, I was here and have been here a few times. Parking is difficult due to the drug store, and the sandwich shop (Quiznos? Subway? Who knows) traffic taking up most of the spots. I came into to Starbucks to get my 2 shot espresso with light cream. They charged me almost twice the amount that any other Strabucks would charge. I explained this to the man taking my order. A girl came over and said that we charge more because of their location. I said, your in Westminster, I get the same drink in HB, San Juan, Newport Beach, etc... how is it yours is almost twice as much. She wouldn't look at me nor answer me, completely ignored me. I think I have written 2 maybe 3 reviews in the last 5 years. She was very rude. This was today about 1:00 pm. I think my star balance is about 300, that's for about 3-4 weeks of getting coffee. You lost a very good customer. I think I will start looking for other coffee bar options. Hope you see this review and think twice about talking to customers the way you did. Nothing horrible about the service or coffee. However, I always get black medium or dark roast coffee in 12oz. I asked for 12oz and the cashier gave me a 16oz cup that I ended up buying anyway. The people that work at a Starbucks should know what the cup sizes are. I just stopped in with my coworkers for a quick iced coffee. We were served by a new Barista named Calvin. Calvin was very nice and caring. He gave us our "treat receipts" and told us to come back after 2 pm. He let us know that he was new and, of course, we were understanding. He needed help with a few things (adding value to a gold card, ordering a specific coffee, etc.). I felt bad because another male barista, who was supposed to be helping him, seemed to lose his patience. Poor Calvin! Overall, good experience and we wish Calvin the best! read more

Ugh! Every time I'm come here, I always try to avoid having a rude barista named Jenny make my drink. She's always so angry and she always looks like she hates her job. She gave me NO ice when I asked for easy ice, no strawberry juice, barley sweetened, and it wasn't even filled all the way to the top of my cup! I gave her a look at my cup and then she realizes that it not a full amount. Didn't realize how bad my drink was until I took a sip in the car! Besides that awful encounter, the other baristas are sweet and kind. Would've been a higher rating from me if it wasn't for her. My first time at this location. I always head to a drive they store since I'm lazy but today I decided to check out the inside of a Starbucks. The baristas were amazing! The one on the register had long dark hair and the one making the drinks had brown hair pulled in a bun. They were welcoming, friendly, and made my experience so worth getting out of the car! Lol! If this is the Starbucks next to Einstein bagels, I try to avoid at all cost unfortunately. I come in early in the morning and it is very slow and "Jack" at the cash register can't seem to ever get my order correct. Once the employee made me a coffee with no coffee just milk ‍today he/she couldn't figure out how to ring up a tall blonde‍Maybe wrong profession they are in but I cringe when I walk in and see this employee at the register. My family and I are taking a trip to Sacramento. We had to make a quick stop to Sbux for a coffee really quick. I noticed this location wasn't that busy but the baristas were still very helpful when my family had to make a choice for beverages.
