They weee quick to prepare my order however, I ordered food and they had prices on a sign advertised for one price but when I paid it was another and was told after I paid and pointed it out that the prices aren't the same as the sign anymore. Legally they should've charged me for the advertised priced. Kind of ridiculous - or they should've mentioned it before I paid. read more

Friendly, fast, clean, and efficient. I am not a coffee fan, but really enjoyed my Mango Dragonfruit Refresher, a nice coffee-free option. There were 3 staff members working today, mid-day on a Friday, and they kept the line moving! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. All the snacks were fully stocked. Everyone wore a mask. It's not very big but they have a few tables to sit and use the internet it's right off the turnpike so it's a little more expensive than a normal store. I just got s coffee and it was quick if your used to Corp stores it's not going to be the same read more

The service is great! I was trying to see if there was any drinks available and i was able to review the options with the staff!!

My wife and I stopped here on 12/13 early morning as we had to fill up on gas and were hungry as we were driving to New York. When we got in, no worries...the young lady took our order (Large caramel macchiato, peppermint mocha, and two bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant), and then we wait. Another worker comes in and they start chatting for a bit, fulfilling orders in the process. We get one the drinks first, then one of the sandwiches, at which point the young lady walks away, as I thought she was going to get the other sandwich we ordered. She goes to finish talking to the other person, and I have to remind her that we had another sandwich coming. She finally gives us the other sandwich and we leave. We get to the car, drive away, only to find out that she gave us the wrong sandwiches, and my wife got sick off hers (sausage/egg/cheese on a english muffin). Overall, they have to pay better attention to their customers and get the orders right. It wouldn't have been so bad if I weren't on the road when I discovered she gave us the wrong sandwiches, so I hope that they pay better attention to their customers and do something about those prices...this seems like we're paying more than at normal Starbucks locations. read more

The only things that I will complain about this place is that the prices here are atrocious! I'm from the heart of Chicago and I've never paid $7.95 for a large pumpkin spice Frappuccino. The place was really nice, definitely pretty dirty that I might add. Customer Service was great though but the product tasted cheap. Money well spent. read more

Ugh. If you knew me, you'd know what a Starbucks junkie I am. But even I would skip this one. They were out of a lot of the food (not even a banana to be found!). Then the line took forever... not because it was long but because the person taking orders moved slowly. Then, after waiting for more than 5 minutes for my drink, the barista lets me know they don't have any Splenda or sugar substitutes, which completely changes the game for me. In addition, the "bar" where all of the napkins, etc. are was a complete mess and unstocked. Good grief. read more

This review is the opposite of me: short and sweet. The staff was extremely friendly and our drinks and breakfast sandwiches were delicious. Roadside fare has improved so much in my day and Starbucks is such a great travel option-consistently good with no yuck factor after eating. More expensive than DD, yes, but worth it. read more

I have been here many times while I am traveling. The staff have always been friendly but they have always been understaffed. This last visit only ONE person was working. He had to take orders and make drinks by himself. It was slow but he was moving as fast as he could. This is definitely not a corporate store and you can tell. I can't blame overwhelmed staff for poor managerial choices but I don't stop if I am in a hurry. read more

This review should be pretty simple: 1st Star = Off the Turnpike, where there is rarely a good selection of places to grab a drink or a bite to eat... so I was just just happy to see a SBUX, since my wife starts to pass out if she doesn't get her fix at least once every 24 hours. 2nd Star = You either like Starbucks or you don't. I do and as you already know, my wife has an obsessive addiction. I think it's silly when people check-in to and review a Starbucks poorly when they don't like the coffee. Isn't there a nearby gas station that sells something less strong, less expensive, and/or less culty for you? 3rd Star = For the poor guy working there ALL BY HIMSELF! The line took forever - at least 15 minutes to order and then get our drinks. He'd take a few orders at a time and then make the drinks... and then repeat. Whoever is managing this location needs to both hire someone and fire someone. I'm sure the issue was that some entitled teenager who thinks they're "over-worked" didn't show up that day because they were too tired from playing the new World of Warcraft. read more

Shocking service!!!!! I was the only customer, but had to wait for some gossip to get finished before the young woman took my order. She rinsed my cup, then started chatting with the young man in back. Then she got my pastry. Then she chatted to the other young woman. Finally she poured my coffee. Over 5 minutes to get a plain cup of coffee and a cranberry bar. WHERE'S THE MANAGER?????? These children cannot be left unsupervised!! read more

I had a Iced Coffee and lemon pound cake from this Starbucks during the drive to Chicago yesterday, and both were REALLY good. How could the coffee and cake be good you ask? 'Cause after 5 hours of straight driving, I was pretty damn tired and almost anything I drank/ate would have been freakin' delicious even if it normally tasted craptastic! I don't live very far from this Starbucks so when it came to town I was ecstatic. I've gone to this location multiple times. Unfortunately, each time has been less satisfying as the time before. My boyfriend and I ordered the same thing this past weekend. A caramel mocha frapp. The girls made iced instead and when I corrected the mistake, they giggled and acted as like it was no biggy. When I got my drink, the flavor was way off, more so then the last time. I don't wanna give up on this location, but I don't wanna keep comin here time after time regretting I paid $6 for a drink that tasted worse then a McDonalds iced coffee. read more

7:24 on a Saturday morning, both plazas are closed. No signage with explanation or anything.

I stop at this Starbucks location at least once a week & generally have a good experience but today's visit was one to write a review about. I walk up to the counter & I know what I want & the 2 girls working are chatting as the one finishes making a drink the other one is writing out a sign on a post-it behind the register. I'm standing there & they continue to chit chat back & forth as the one jokes & tapes the sign to her face. Not one of them acknowledges that I am standing there! Not a, "good morning" or a "what can I get for you" or even any eye contact!! I continue to stand there waiting & she finally says "are you having a hard time deciding ?" I say "no, I was waiting on you to finish your sign!" Oh well, "I'm ready" she and the other girls both chime in that, "they are always ready"! What poor customer service! read more

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. I have always felt that while Starbucks pricing is high, the pricing is offset by service, consistency and quality. I received a latte at this outlet that was cold and immediately pointed this out to the barista. He told me that I would have to microwave it at another outlet within the service center. As you can image I was not satisfied with this response and let him know. He went on to tell both my wife and me that we were rude and did not know how to order coffee. After our protest he agreed to remake my latte. My wife asked if he had added the two Equals I had requested and he said he had. I left the establishment and my drink did not include the Equals. This location clearly does not live up to the high standards of Starbucks. read more

Echoing other reviews here. We stopped at this location off the Ohio Turnpike. Service was very slow. One teenager behind the counter who did not look happy being there. Eventually he was joined by another. They then began to discuss how "super sick" they were. Apparently both were ill. One had to leave early to see the Doctor. They were carrying on this conversation in front of customers. And yes, they were handling drink and food orders. Disgusting! I wrote to corporate and they did respond with a $5 coupon and a promise to let store management know. Based on the number of complaints here I can't imagine I am the first one they promised this to. read more

The service here was flat out bad. It was just a bunch of teenagers running the place who didn't know what they were doing. Every time we go to Starbucks we order the exact same drinks and when we went to this place, our drinks tasted horrible. It didn't taste anything like what we usually get. I've been to this Starbucks several times (via the back way) since I live in the area. Typically it's not too bad (the service and the quality of the drinks) but tonight was a different story (for the service). Two young men were working, the shorter/smaller one taking orders and payment, and a taller thin one making the drinks. Several times before, I've purchased a bag of whole bean Blonde Roast Willow Blend because it happens to be my favorite. The first time I purchased it, the young lady behind the counter graciously asked me if I wanted it ground. I was happy to have her do it and I appreciated that she offered. Several times after that, I purchased some and again a young lady working there would ask me if I wanted it ground. So tonight I asked to have it ground and the young man said they don't do that. Hmm? I chose not to challenge him because I thought that maybe they had recently changed their policy about this service. Then, I ordered a tall Caramel frappacino, and he rang up my bag of whole bean coffee and my drink. I thought it sounded a bit more than usual but I hadn't taken the time to add it in my head. As he was giving my change back to me, he told me, "Oh, by the way, I rang up a venti instead of a tall for you but I'll give you the venti. I told him that I didn't want a venti. He had an "I could care less about what you want" attitude, and he acted like it was no big deal. I told him that if I'd wanted a venti, I'd have ordered one. He told me laughingly, "You're getting a bigger one!" I was not happy, and then of course I started questioning to myself his statement that they don't grind coffee for customers. He probably thought I was traveling through and wouldn't know any better. I think he just didn't want to do it. Obviously this young man isn't good at customer service and is clueless about graciously handling customer's requests. read more
