I have gone to this Starbucks a couple of times. Located in a busy plaza dominated by Publix and Outback Steakhouse, specifically, there is no drive-through, and you have to cross the main line of traffic coming from both Publix and the entrance way from Military Trail without getting inadvertently hit by a car. But the service there is expedient and solid. Any time I have gone there, the space has been clean, the service has been prompt, and the cold brew has been on point. Not my favorite Starbucks due to no drive-through, being a slightly chaotic parking lot where you may carry your life in your hands due to some driver not paying attention, and being a touch out of the way of where I normally go. But it's still a solid Starbucks location. read more

I order through Starbucks app everyday~ my drink is not complicated so when I say NO FOAM, that doesn't mean make I want half the drink to be FOAM! I am paying $6 for COFFEE!! The least you can do is make it correctly. I'm so dissatisfied and I had no time to wait for them to remake it on a Sunday morning because I am going to work! Wow. I'm not usually a coffee drinker but thought I'd try doing a little studying there so naturally bought something instead of being a freeloader. $7.95 for a medium frapacino?!?! Damn! The internet speed was about 1Mb, which is pretty much unusable. And I witnessed a customer with a valid complaint being pretty much ignored by the staff. This particular Starbucks location is always busy regardless of the day or time of day. Due to this factor, I decided to order my coffee from the parking lot to avoid having to wait in line. Slightly lazy? Maybe. Upon arrival at the online ordering station, my beverage was announced. I was very impressed given the fact the line inside was lengthy and I had only ordered a couple minutes prior to entry. My coffee was made to perfection with every request fulfilled. Great place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. There's a decent amount of tables and comfy lounge chairs to sit at and get some work done or study. Peaceful acoustic music gently playing in the background, perfect level where you can hear it, but not get distracted from your tasks at hand. The staff was friendly and made my order quickly. There was no line when i visited so around 12pm, but there is definitely traffic through here. So good job to the staff for being on top of their game. A very busy Starbucks but not a place I would go out of my way to frequent. This is pretty much your run-of-the-mill Starbucks with all of its drink options but this location, probably because of where it's situated (it's right off the highway), is always packed full of people. That can make the lines very long so be prepared if you show up here early in the morning. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks' coffee, but they have tea and other drink options like hot chocolate and their bakery is always well stocked. read more

This morning I ordered 3 sausage egg and cheese sandwiches from Starbucks online, all of them without meat because my boyfriend and I are vegetarians. We were very disappointed to see that the beyond sausage was not available so this was the alternative. I open all three bags and my sandwich had sausage on it. Starbucks is supposed to be an environment that is welcoming and enjoyable. My family and I have been to this Starbucks location a handful of times and each time the customer service is awful, but usually from just one particular person. It's a very uncomfortable experience each time when "Rebecca" never greets us with a smile or says anything at all and just glares even when we try to be friendly and smile! It puts a very poor image on the company... It is very unprofessional and rude and that's why I won't be coming back. There are always different employees working and I have encountered some very sweet people that have been helpful and kind that I appreciated so much, however it's not worth having to deal with someone as rude and miserable as Rebecca!There's plenty of other coffee shops with better energy and other locations with employees that are in great spirits. read more

What a great experience sty this Starbucks. I ordered a large Caramel Frappuccino and a plain bagel with cream cheese. The server was a really cool girl and super friendly. That is expected sty all the Starbucks and this one didn't disappoint. I was completely blown away by the freshness and softness of the toasted bagel. I mean it was really good. The frap was full and rich with the right amount of whipped cream. This Starbucks had plenty of seating too. There are two areas of stuffed leather chairs and several tables but not too close together to make it obtrusive. I world recommend this Starbucks and will come here again. It is located next to Outback Steakhouse. There is plenty of parking nearby as well. read more

This Starbucks is amazing. In the mornings there are usually long lines but they move so fast that you'll be at the cashier within the next 5 min. It's also very clean and cold. So it's especially nice here since we're in Florida and it's always so hot. Their coffee is always amazing, I've never had to ask them to remake a beverage for me. Been to many SB around the country and this the ONLY one that will serve your coffee in a MUG. It makes the coffee/latte taste a zillion times better. Again plenty of near parking, lines are long but quick in AM. Staff is friendlyish. Tend to hold things up when they r deeply involved in talking to friends who visit.
